Propriété de prestige à proximité de la Piazza della Signoria et du Duomo
L'appartement est situé au quatrième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un élégant bâtiment historique situé dans le centre via dei Cerchi à Florence. Nous sommes exactement au centre de la ville à mi-chemin entre la Piazza della Signoria et la Piazza del Duomo: il est impossible de trouver une maison plus centrale que celle-ci.
Récemment rénové, Signoria Elegant est meublé dans un style moderne et propose des chambres confortables équipées de tout le confort nécessaire pour vous garantir un séjour inoubliable au cœur de Florence.

Les espaces internes sont organisés sur deux niveaux. Dès que vous entrez, vous trouverez un petit couloir qui mène à droite à la première chambre double, tandis qu'à gauche, il mène à la première salle de bain (où il y a aussi la machine à laver) et à l'espace ouvert spacieux qui est divisé entre le salon (où il y a un canapé confortable lit double et TV) et la cuisine ouverte très moderne; cet environnement est très lumineux et permet aux clients de se détendre devant la télévision ou devant un bon livre après une journée de visites dans la magie de Florence.
Enfin, un escalier vous mènera à la mezzanine où se trouvent la deuxième chambre double et la deuxième salle de bain.

Good location, terrible host experience

The apartment is right in the action in Florence, however the host was a real challenge. We booked for four people, but only had 3 pillows. The check-in was slow and we waited 15 minutes for the rep to show up and let us in. There were no dishwashing detergent or cleaning supplies. We complained to the regular line and the emergency line then finally after 6 messages and 2 days (half of our trip) they finally came with additional pillow cases and cleaning supplies.

Great location and beautiful apartment

The place was absolutely beautiful and even had an elevator in the building to get up to the apartment. It was in a central location but off the beaten path and had a market close as well as restaurants. The only thing was the downstairs main bathroom was broke when we got there and they had a plumber fixing it. He left it a mess and we had to clean it up which was disgusting since there was toilet water and feces all over the bathroom. It was hard to have a conversation with whoever was in charge after hours since this was all at night around 9pm and kept getting the run around. Finally they agreed to reimburse me 20% which should have been 50% but I was tired of going back and forth with them. So all in all it was a terrific place as long as nothing is wrong in the apartment

If you want the feel of a non-touristy place with the cutest Italian charm then this is your place. The location near the Duomo was perfect. Having two bathrooms was wonderful and the cleanliness was spot on! The host went above and beyond to be the most accommodating. We loved every minute

Very nice location for 3 adult males to venture out and walk the various establishments. The street down below was active until 2am so it was a little noisy at times. My only compliantwas the showers did not have a shelf to hold soap and shampoo about

We loved our stay in this apartment. The location is amazing. So close to everything you want to see in Florence. Also the beds are very comfortable. The place was very clean.

Florence stay.

Great central location for exploring Florence, walking distance to all the main attractions and train station. Apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed, appreciated the elevator to avoid the stairs in the July heat. Lots of room for our family of five. Wifi did not work great all the time and the AC had a hard time keeping up during the heat wave but all things considered we would definitely recommend staying here. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place, great location

Loved the place Comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Really love the location. it is perfectly situated in the heart of the city. Everything to see is within walking distance. Restaurants all over the place it is always easy to find a place to eat. Though there is a cute little Grocery store in the same square, also two great food vendors and a small pub as well! We really enjoyed our stay here. 5 stars.

Nice two bedroom, two bath within walking distance to the major attractions of Florence. Pictures look better than the apartment. Loved having the heavy shutters to keep noise and light out. I wish the host communicated more. FYI, no laundry soap, and if you want extra towels there is a charge.

Amazing location. Very clean and cozy.

We stayed in 3 VRBOs during our stay in Italy. This property in Florence was our absolute favorite. You can’t beat the location. In between the Duomo and Piazza Vecchio. Even a great little snack shop just next door. Try their deep fried olives! The check in process was seamless and they even brought us extra towels and blankets. Very clean. Modern and cozy. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Great property in an awesome location for exploring Florence. Our host was very accommodating (we arrived a little early) and responsive. We had one hiccup with the electrical system and needed to keep resetting the circuit breaker, but the host has been notified and will be addressing it. I'd certainly recommend this for a future trip, comfortably sleeping up to four people, and great to have two separate bathrooms.

Could have used more toilet paper. Bring your own tea towels. The air conditioner upstairs was not as powerful as the one downstairs so it was hot upstairs to sleep.

Apartment in city center

The location is great- lots of restaurants in the area and within walking distance to many galleries, the Arno River and other attractions- . The main bedroom does not have AC only a fan so if you are planning to go in the summer it may be hot- there was a heat wave when we were there in mid October- so we had to leave the bedroom door open with the fan on to get air from the AC in the living room The apartment is clean but needs some TLC The plastic lamp in the bedroom was broken. The rack to hold toiletries in the main bathroom was broken- the shower stall in the main bathroom its very small- the bathroom upstairs is bigger- having 2 bathrooms definitely helped. The main door to the building was constantly left opened by other tenants although there was a sign posted to close the door behind you the apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator was a big help.

Burglarized

Had we not been burglarized the apartment might have received 3.5 stars. We were only given 1 key at check-in. The next day, when we returned from sightseeing, the 4th floor apartment was just as we’d left it – locked & orderly. When we looked closer, we realized my mother’s jewelry, makeup, souvenirs & $ had been stolen. We contacted the host, not only bc we were burglarized, but bc we felt unsafe -- it appeared the burglar used a key to enter. However, it was close to the hosts’ closing time, so they were unhelpful. We spent the next day with the police, losing non-refundable admission tickets. The host said they would look at video, but I’ve heard nothing. Burglars are everywhere, of course, but the hosts’ lack of concern is disturbing. Additional problems: The upstairs bed sinks in the middle – only 1 person can sleep uncomfortably on it. And the host did not turn on the hot water heater – they said there were instructions on pg. 18 of the house-book, but it was non-existent. But it wasn’t all bad. It was clean, in a great location, had a washer w/ a dryer, an elevator, was well decorated, & comfortable.

Location is perfect!

Perfectly located right in the city of florence- so accessible to everything.- all walkable. nicely appointed, comfortable. Pleasure to work with the owner. Grateful for the elevator! my only complaints are.: the master bedroom is s bit on the warm side… but in the property owners defense, it was an extremely hot week. ..the lower bathroom shower is so small it’s painful (Thankfully The upstairs shower is more manageable). Overall we really enjoyed the property and would highly recommend!

Not exactly as we expected....

For the record, we are not complainers and have never given a negative review on a property before and use VRBO all the time. This one just wasn't what we were expecting. The apartment was located on the 4th floor with only 1 tiny elevator as an option or several flights of stairs. That's not a complaint, but more of just a note for others to consider. Our biggest complaint was the a/c as is did not work properly during our 4 day stay with record heat in Florence. The bottom one worked off and on, but the upstairs one not at all (heat rises and it was an oven up there). We ended up bringing the mattress downstairs so that our 3 kids could all sleep in the living room area. No one stayed upstairs at all. Both couches did not appear clean and the one in the master bedroom had some sort of blood stain on it. All of the pillows were extremely flat (poor quality) and only thin sheet for the bed, nothing else. The closet was a mess. The bars and hangers had all fallen down and needed to be assembled to even use. There was not enough toilet paper left for 5 guests for 4 days, so we ran out on the last day... not fun. To be fair, I did not give all of this feedback while we were on-site as we busy with our family plans and simply dealt with it. I only mentioned the a/c the first night and requested another fan, which never came. On the final morning, there was no hot water left for a shower for any of us... Unfortunately, I would not recommend this flat as the basic comforts were just not there.
