Splendid apartment with balcony, wonderful view in the heart of Florence. 2nd floor with lift, can accommodate 4 people. You will be immersed in the history of the city, a car is not necessary!!!

This apartment was perfect for our vacation. The location is amazing — just steps from all the main attractions. The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. We especially loved the balcony and the peaceful atmosphere.

Wonderful location and the apartment was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was easy to contact via email and very accommodating on self check in and self check out.

Great apartment. Great location. Walking distance to all main points of interest. Well maintained, clean, with new appliances. No ac unit in the living room which makes it a bit warm in the summertime. Otherwise, it’s a really good place to stay.

Fabulous stay in an unbeatable location

We had a wonderful visit to Florence staying in Marco and Nimoe's fantastic apartment. The location is superb and the apartment was well equipped and clean with everything we needed. Excellent communication too. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location!

The Duomo was steps from our door! Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was clean and roomy, it appeared to be recently renovated. Nespresso store for coffee pods is right down the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Florence!

Location excellent! Having teenagers who wanted to move around by themselves, was extremely convenient! There is also a lift which was helpful the times you didnt want to use the stairs (although its on the 2d floor the stairs are not so many!).

The apartment is in an incredible location, just a block away from the Duomo. It is stylishly decorated, clean, and the management was professional and courteous. They even connected me with a great local tour guide. One thing to note about the location is that it is so centrally located that you can not drive your rental car into the neighborhood without an existing parking garage reservation. I used Garage Giglio, located at Via dell' Oriuolo, 14, and it was close to the apartment. The police will not let you anywhere near the apartment without paperwork showing you have arranged parking, so arrange this sooner, rather than later.

Excellent location, fresh and clean unit

We liked the unit very much and felt the location was superb. The unit was clean and freshly renovated!! The kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the white walls and high ceilings. The host met us and quickly walked the ins and outs of the property. Our only reservations were the following: poor quality queen bed, towels need replacing, instructions to empty the water tank in the clothes dryer would have been helpful. Power issues exist bc you can't run the washer and dryer at the same time or run the lights and a hair dryer at the same time or the whole power goes out. Overall, we thought it was really nice!

We provide the first supply of linen, but if you needed it you could ask. Any request or information would have been answered as soon as possible! Also for electricity it is not a problem of the apartment, it works like this in all of Florence, just use one appliance at a time :) Anyway thank you!☺️

Great Location.

We stayed here for a week. The power was an adjustment, we blew the circuit and it was somewhat of a pain to get back on. However the property contact/ owner walked me through it. The dishwasher was not working the entire time we were there which was frustrating. The property manager did send a "repair man" however he was unable to repair the machine while we were there. The location was amazing, near to everything you need, shopping, transportation, tourist sites all within walking distance. very easy to get to.

Great location but some things you should know

The place was very centrally located, but check-in process isn’t until the day of the day so it’s just something to be aware of. Bring your bug spray several mosquitoes. We experienced some black mold on the wall in one of the bedrooms from a recent repair and we didn’t have hot water. The property manager did come and take care of some of this for our stay.

Hidden issues

The apartment was very cute in a great location. But the power went out as soon as we got there. When we returned after dinner there was no hot water. The host walked me through fixing these problems over text the next morning. There’s mold in the bedroom, the tvs weren’t connected so no tv and the worst part there were mosquitos - we couldn’t find where they were coming from. Both my daughter and husband got bit up all over including their face.

You wrote me about those problems at night, and I was sleeping so I answered you right away in the morning and I also came to the place solving the problem. You never told me about other problems and I am surprised to discover them only in the review, I could have helped you with these too. There are specific repellents for mosquitoes, maybe they are on hot days, but it is not up to me.

Great Location by the Duomo

Stayed 6 nights with my husband. This place is beautiful and new. Easy to find. Check in very easy. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Due to rain the power went out when we arrived the power went out ( apparently this happens periodically in Florence ) we and a neighboring guest didn’t know how to reset the breaker right away. Contacted owner and was instructed what to do. We did not have hot water the second morning and messaged owner . He got back to us very quickly. Unfortunately we were in San Miniato very early with no internet and could not get the message till afternoon for permission to enter. Did call back and someone came immediately to show my husband and fix issue. Other than those to minor issues it was a lovely stay. We did not know how to separate out garbage some instructions would helpful. And a couple more towels as we only received 1 medium and large towel for each of us for 6 nights. Highly recommend
