Bargello Modern est un appartement récemment entièrement rénové situé au premier étage d'un bel immeuble historique donnant sur la Via della Vigna Vecchia centrale à Florence.
Très accueillant et fonctionnel, cet appartement est idéal pour une famille ou pour un groupe d'amis car il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes maximum.
Bargello Modern se compose d'un salon avec une cuisine bien équipée (il y a un four, un réfrigérateur et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner), deux chambres doubles, une avec un lit double et une avec deux lits simples pouvant être réunis, un salle de bain complète avec douche et bidet et une deuxième salle de bain.
Les clients du Bargello Modern seront accueillis comme s'ils étaient à la maison et bénéficieront de nombreux conforts, dont la climatisation et une connexion Wi-Fi.

Great time in Florence

The apartment was great. It was in a great location. It was an easy walk to the Duomo, and The Uffici Gallery. We walked to and from the train station within about 20-25 minutes. The size of the apartment was big enougg for my family of adult kids and me and my wife, 5 in all. It had all the amenities we needed. I would recomend it.

Glad to have booked it.

Great location, not in the busy areas where it’s crowded, but not far either. Very comfortable for a family of 5 and possibly even 6 if you don’t mind sharing double beds (2 double and 2 single). We were very happy we booked this.

Wonderful Stay in Florence

GREAT location, easy to check-in. Bathrooms were TINY and Showers even smaller, but helped that it was only 1 floor up. There was lots of noisy street activity late at night (if you were using the sofa bed) but bedrooms were in the back and unaffected.

Florence stay

This property had an amazing location. Close walk to everything. The apartment was decently sized for 5 adults. They left us extra blankets although, they had big yellow stains and hair so we did not use those. They only gave us 1 key which was difficult to navigate for a group of 5 wanting to do separate things. The check in process was smooth as they had someone meet us.

This apartment was clean and comfortable, and it was so centrally located that it was easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and do in Firenze.

Fabulous apartment

This is a great apartment. The location is terrific - right near the Bargello in the old centre of Florence. It is really modern inside, the kitchen and bathrooms are fabulous. It was really comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. The check-in process was also very smooth. Highly recommended - we had a great stay.

Very well located, easy walk to all attractions, restaurants, compact and better for 4 people than 5 people but workable as bedrooms are generous to store luggage. Well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms worked very well. Thank you.

If all you care about is location

Starting with the good, location is great. Right in the center of the historic area, guests don’t need transportation to explore most of the famous attractions in Firenze. Bathrooms are very tiny, but I was ok with that. What really bothered us was that there is no place for the soap or anything you need in the shower, or to hang the toilet paper. Also, the floor looked clean, but the white towel rug showed us that was not the case. Same with bed linens. They seemed clean at first, but when we reached for the extra duvet in the closet, it was filthy, and it brought a scorpion to the bed. Yes, a real, live scorpion. I have pictures of all that but I don’t see a place to upload them for this review. When we tried to reach the company in charge of the place, they were very dismissive, saying that was not common, and the scorpion was “probably not venomous”.

8 days in Florence

The location tops everything else about this property. Less than a 10 minute walk to Santa Croce, the Bargello, Uffizi, Duomo. Many restaurants, from very casual to fine dining in the immediate area, small grocery store 5 minutes away. Good amount of storage in both bedrooms. We had a little difficulty figuring out the controls on appliances and I suggested to Edoardo that he provide written info about operation. There are 17-18 steps but they were manageable by all (including those with slight mobility issues). There was some outside noise at night, but the bedrooms are away from the street and it didn't affect us. We would stay there on our next visit.

Great Location!

The location of this apartment is great, very walkable to train station, restaurants and all attractions. Clean apartment. Be advised it is very small! The showers are tiny with no room at all to move in and we are not a large family (tallest person 6 foot, heaviest person 175). There is no place to put your amenities while showering. It is difficult to keep shampoo and soaps on the shower floor and comfortably shower. Be aware the washer is out of service incase you plan to do laundry. Good communication with host. The location of this apartment is great, 4 stars due to small showers and decreased conveniences.

Good location but...

The location was nice for easy walking to downton Florence. Only one key is offered so very inconvenient for our group as we werent always together, messaged the property manager twice and asked for a extra key both times he ignored me. If he would have responded with a no can't have another that would have been ok, but he ignored me completely. Not impressed. Also bathrooms are EXTREMELY small, there was no extras in this place either. Don't plan on cooking anything no extras there either.

Poorly furnished mousehole

This was the worst experience ever with a VRBO listing. Very disappointing. Nothing said about the EXTREMELY steep and dangerous stairs you have to climb. The pictures are misleading - it’s tiny. No place to put any of your stuff in either the tiny bathrooms or bedrooms (taken up entirely by the beds). One bed was unsleepable. The couch (also a foldout bed) was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat on, with no pillows to try to make it any better, so you couldn’t really use the living room area, as there was no other place to sit except kitchen table chairs. No paper towels, no condiments of any kind. We left after one night because it was so uncomfortable. The young man who met us and helped us get our luggage up the stairs was very nice, but from there it was all downhill. VRBO should be embarrassed that it lists this place. One person, one night if you were just looking for a place to sleep - maybe, but the price is way too much for that. We asked for a refund but were turned down.

Nicely renovated and great location.

This apartment has been nicely renovated and is in a great location. The only issues we had were with the description which said there was AC (we specifically need AC for medical reasons) and laundry. When we arrived, the person checking us in looked everywhere for the AC remotes. When he couldn't find them he called the "Office" who told him we would have to contact them and he gave us their #. Called them only to be told it was to be used for emergencies only and that we would have to message them. They responded quickly saying they would check with their handyman. Approx. 4 hours later we get a message saying the owner had taken them away as it was against the law to turn the AC on. Yes Italy does have a law to reduce gas consumption but mini-splits run on electricity. Pushing them on this, they said would try and figure something out - 1 day prior to our leaving, they did deliver the remotes, however only the fan worked - If you set to AC, it would run for about 15 seconds and turn off. Re the laundry - The washing machine is outside on a balcony which is ok accept that the area is covered in bird droppings - Don't know when it was last cleaned so we didn't use it. Note there is no drying rack inside so you'd have to use the one outside when the bird droppings are. It's a nice place, however the owner needs to make sure that what is in the description is actually available. Felt that our concerns fell on deaf ears.

Cet appartement convient très bien à 4 personnes mais le canapé est très inconfortable et le séjour donne au dessus d’un établissement de nuit (discothèque).

Hébergement très bien placé

Le seul problème c'est l'arrivée en voiture car l'hôtel est situé dans une zone piétonne et on est forcément en infraction pour déposer les bagages. Sinon très bonne prestation.
