Near the edge of a bluff overlooking the ocean, this ground-floor condominium offers fabulous ocean and coastline views. Bali Hai, the landmark mountain made famous in "South Pacific," is just one of the awesome sights that guests enjoy here.

Relax indoors or on your lanai to take in the gorgeous scenery - boats sailing by, playful dolphins offshore and, during winter months, giant humpback whales. Spectacular sunsets color the sky along Kauai's beautiful north shore in the evenings.

Lounge poolside and take a refreshing swim from time to time at the pool just a few steps away. Beach lovers appreciate the path which leads to sea level and a sandy beach below the bluff. Plan a picnic here or just laze in the warm sun, relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic vista.

This condo is a comfortable home-away-from-home which is conveniently located near restaurants, shops and activities. The fully furnished kitchen makes it easy to dine at home and, when you wish to dine out, there are many restaurants in right in Princeville and in nearby Hanalei from which to choose. Easily walk to Hideaways Pizza Pub right at Pali Ke Kua which is open for dinner and to Princeville Resort's restaurants just a bit further away.

This place is truly heaven on earth. The views are absolutely incredible, and we loved relaxing on the lanai and enjoying the wonderful breeze. The location is fantastic, and we really appreciated the beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and cooler provided.Believe the description when it says the beach-access path is steep! There is also a longer uphill path between the unit and the driveway, so guests should make sure they’re comfortable with steeper inclines. For us, the beautiful setting and unforgettable views made this an incredibly special stay.

Waking up to 180 degree ocean views was such a treat. Excellent location, fully stocked with kitchen and beach necessities. Some other reviews mention road noise — it really wasn’t an issue for us. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Escape in Princeville, Kauai

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were only there for a few days but it felt like a true escape. Princeville is stunning, and this property made the most of every bit of it.The location was perfect and the beach access was a huge bonus, being able to walk straight out and have that crystal clear water at your fingertips made every morning feel like a dream.And the views. Honestly, no photo does it justice. Waking up to that landscape every day was something we won't forget anytime soon.

Stunning views of Bali Hai

A lovely corner unit with awesome views of Bali Hai. The private beach and the access is very unique. Also when it rains, amazing waterfalls on the mountains. True paradise !

10/10 This became the trip of a lifetime! Incredible hiking! Out of this world secluded beaches! Many within walking distance to PKK 101. The condo was the best of the best with the best views. Everything has been thoughtfully considered to enjoy a wonderful stay.

Tropical paradise

We enjoyed our stay immensely and loved that fact the condo was a ground floor end unit which made it removed from a lot of foot traffic. The views from the lanai were amazing and the unit was well stocked with necessities including snorkeling equipment. The location was convenient for shopping, dining and market. We would definitely book this property again.

Best View in Kauai !

The property is as advertised and more! The ocean views from this end unit were more beautiful than you can imagine. The condo was clean and the owner provided lot's of thoughtful extras. The location was walking distance to beach and great dining!! We will be back again soon to this fantastic oasis

wonderful whales

Incredible views , fantastic whale watching from the lanai , well appointed kitchen , near many great beaches , convenient to Hanalei .The only downside is the lack of bbq facilities , but that's a small price to pay for such a beautiful condo.

On our last visit, my wife turned to me on the lanai and said: "Look right between Bali Hai and that rainbow, near the horizon, -- there's a Mama whale and her baby . . . .I can't believe I just said that sentence!!" The north shore of Kauai IS a pretty special place. We're all lucky to have a chance to experience it. Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Recommendation: imitate the whales and make Kauai part of your regular migration pattern!! Hope to see you again on your return visit :) Robert & Carla
