Namolokama et ses cascades spectaculaires, Hanalei Bay, piscine en pierre de lave et bain à remous, deuxiÚme piscine avec barbecue et cuisine extérieure complÚte, 8 courts de tennis récemment refaits, 4 asphaltes et 4 pelouses synthétiques, gérés par Peter Burwash acres.



Le condo comprend lanai surdimensionnĂ© avec chaise longue, table et 2 chaises. Nouveau lit King Size en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire de forme Serta Icomfort 5000F, salle de bain complĂšte avec lavabo sur colonne, rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs sous comptoir, cafetiĂšre, mixeur, climatiseur tĂ©lĂ©commandĂ©, plafond cathĂ©drale de 18 pieds avec ventilateur. Armoire en acajou massif avec lecteur TV / Bluray Ă  Ă©cran plat, Bluetooth Sound Bar pour la musique Ă  la vapeur et la radio Ă  partir de votre appareil mobile ou ordinateur, commode 6 tiroirs. Tommy Bahama chaises de plage, tapis de plage d'herbe, parasol, boogie boards sont fournis dans le condo. Tous les draps et produits en papier sont fournis. Gorgeous landscaping. Unit had great views with private lanai. Near parking, without having a parking lot view, which was a plus. Also near the lagoon pool/restaurants. We were never bothered by any noise. We were not bothered by the 5 minute walk to the beach. Golf cart rides were easy to obtain if desired, but we mostly walked. Property is spectucular and a great value as well.

The location, amenities, and overall experience was very good. The description of the studio was transparent (no kitchen) so we knew what we were signed up for. It would be hard to match the view. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel safe with a fair amount of surveillance of the resort grounds. The restaurants were also easy to get seated and offered great service. Special additions: umbrellas and beach chairs, coolers to take to the beach, good cleaning supplies.

Schöne Lage, aber veraltet und LÀrm durch Klimaanlagen

Das Apartment 1303 liegt im 2. Stock mit toller Aussicht auf das Resort und Hanelei Bay. Leider ist dieses wie die gesamte Anlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (80er Bau). Die im Inserat angegebene Waschmaschine gab es nicht, es war ein Irrtum (ist nur nebenan in 1304 vorhanden). Das WIFI Passwort stimmt nicht und ich musste die Nachbarn darum fragen. Das AußengerĂ€t der Split-Aircondition wurde am Balkon angebracht und man teilt es sich mit dem Nachbarn. Wenn dieser die Klimaanlage aufdreht, ist stĂ€ndig LĂ€rm und heiße Luft am Balkon. Man kann den an sich schönen Balkon kaum benĂŒtzen. Zudem hört von gegenĂŒber liegenden Restaurant von Mittags bis Mitternacht die LĂŒftungsgerĂ€usche. Daher ist es besser, die BalkontĂŒren stĂ€ndig geschlossen zu halten. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gerĂ€umig und schön, aber wie gesagt etwas veraltet. Verglichen mit den Standards in Europa bietet das Apartment ein sehr schlechtes Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis.

Great place to stay

It is a lovely unit with a beautiful view. It’s close to the bar in the hotel but the sound barriers are really helpful. The unit is maintained really well and the property manager is excellent and easy to reach. We had a wonderful Stay celebrating our 56 year together. I didn’t notice it didn’t have a kitchen when we signed up and we did just fine with a small refrigerator the privately owned condos in this hotel are maintained beautifully and in my opinion are cheaper than the hotel rooms. You get to see what condo you’re renting All the amenities and the views. I’ve been coming here since 1984, staying in many of the units over the years and I’m always happy to return.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. The view could not be beat. The walk to the beach was pretty long, so the resort has a bell man who will drive you down on the golf cart. The room was very clean and suitable for our needs.

Top floor great views

The place was nice, with great views from the balcony. The king bed was very comfortable. Top floor (3rd floor) so get used to climbing stairs. A little close to the bar so a bit noisy in the evenings until 9:30pm when it closes.The kitchen is well stocked but no way to cook anything in the unit. Overall we liked staying here.

The view is outstanding! The location is great, very close to parking, lobby, restaurant, pool, hot tub, etc., but also quiet and private. The condo is clean and comfortable. It’s a long walk (1/4 mile downhill?) to the beach, but the property has carts that will pick you up. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful Views, No Kitchen

The condo is located in a stunning resort, and the view is absolutely majestic. Waking up to such a beautiful scene every morning is truly a delight. However, there are several downsides to this place such as musty smells to dusty ceilings. Having stayed at numerous houses and condos through rental apps, this is the first time I’ve encountered an inaccurate listing.The most misleading aspect is the lack of a full kitchen, which was not explicitly mentioned in the listing. The description stated there were full cooking amenities, including utensils and a wood stove in the living room. My partner and I carefully reread the listing multiple times to ensure we hadn’t missed anything, but we hadn’t. We were looking forward to cooking at the condo, but unfortunately, we had to eat out more often than planned.

Best place in Princeville

This was my first time staying in Princeville and it was the absolute perfect place to stay with breathtaking views. Central location to Napali Coast, north shore beaches and everything you need. Dave is the most accommodating and accessible host I’ve stayed with! He truly cares about your experience and did everything he could to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect.Thank you Dave! How to Afford Paradise

11 years ago, my husband and I had a drink at the St. Regis pool area and were envious of the people that could afford to stay in a place with such a gorgeous view. 2 weeks ago we stayed at this unit at the Hanalei Bay Resort and had an even better view. A dream come true for a great price. The high ceilings make the room feel airy and larger than I expected. The resort grounds are beautiful, and we made good use of the pool which never felt crowded. There are spotless grills to use by the tennis courts and Foodland is close by for shopping. This unit is located in the most convenient location for everything including getting to your car to pack up for daily outings to the beaches. We loved our stay here and hopefully will be back again. Also, the host was available to contact if we needed anything, but everything went smoothly so we did not need to contact David. Thanks for sharing this little piece of heaven that I had always dreamed of experiencing.

2 Weeks Just Isn't Enough

We love Kauai and having this condo for 2 weeks was just perfect for us! Of course we appreciated the comfy bed and the "wow" views of the bay & mountains...But I must say that we also enjoyed the convenience of having lots to do within walking distance. The resort's beach just down the hill is a great place to swim, watch sea turtles or go on an explore. To the right (up the stairs) is a 10 minute walk that takes you to the best snorkeling spot "Hideaways Beach" (it's a strenuous short hike/climb and a little dangerous tho). Or you can go left (along the shore) down a trail & with a short swim you can be on the beach of Hanalei (I used a noodle lol). In addition to spending time with mother nature, we loved swimming in the pool and soaking in the beautiful waterfall spa. We'd usually end our day at Happy Talk for drinks and a hot meal. Their food and cocktails were really good, and they usually have live entertainment too! You literally can enjoy so much without using a vehicle to get there.

PARADISE

Hanalei Bay was absolutely beautiful with the lagoon pool. The property was clean and staff were very nice. They have all the amenities needed. Ocean view and sunset every night was fantastic. It has its own private beach which is convenient and not too crowded. Great for snorkeling. I would definitely come back here again. Book it, you won't have any regrets. Mahalo! :-)

I purchased the condo in 1999 because it was the most beautiful location in the Hawaiian islands and is the place I spend 3 months a year enjoying Hanalei Bay Resort and the North Shore of Kaua'i.
After spending time on the other main islands of Hawai'i I found the Princeville area of Kaua'i the most friendly and accommodating. The weather, scenery, and activities are suitable for most every traveler to the state.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Waking in the morning from the new memory foam Sealy king bed to the view of Mt. Namolokama and its waterfalls, crashing waves of Hanalei Bay in the winter or sailboats moored on the Bay in summer, it is hard to find a more pleasing sight and feeing of natural beauty.
