Spacious apartment combining classic and modern styles, perfect for accommodating a family or group, within walking distance of downtown and Montagnola Park.The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, located in a residential area. The entrance opens onto a hallway from where you enter the rest of the rooms. The living area consists of an open kitchen equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a kettle, and a large wooden dining table in the center of the room. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms all equipped with a large closet and a desk: two feature a queen-size bed and one has two single beds. Two bathrooms complete the layout, one with a shower and one with a bathtub and shower.Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.There are other accommodations inside the building.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
