"Dear Louis, We are glad that you enjoyed the garden and pool of the Villa during your holidays. We are also aware that you had this issues during the stay with the air con and shower drain. Sometimes during high season, the technicians may take more time that we would desire to fix the problem. Fortunately, it was fixed during the stay after some days and now is all working good again. We were also glad to offer a compensation for the couple of nights that one of the three ACs was not working, so accepting it hope it was fair and show we made all possible to support you. We also sent a list with the items to provide at the villa to be well equipped to the owners to replace it. Often, with the weeks during the season, some cooking items are lost, but are easy to replace for new ones once we are notified. Thanks again for your visit, and great you would consider use our services as a manager, in another villa on this ocasion. Best regards from Pollensa.
