Casa Verano est une charmante villa lumineuse de 2 chambres à coucher à Moraira. Vous êtes sûr de passer des vacances reposantes dans cette maison de vacances très bien équipée.


Cette propriété, située à Moraira (environ 20 minutes à pied de la ville) est idéale pour 4 personnes. Il offre 2 chambres à coucher, un jardin clos et frontal avec vue sur la grande piscine commune.

Détendez-vous dans le salon confortable ou profitez d'une soirée avec un verre de vin sur le balcon (naya), profitez des équipements mis à votre disposition, notamment une télévision avec les chaînes britanniques / lecteur DVD, la radio, un lecteur CD et le wifi gratuit. Il y a une sélection de CD et DVD, pour votre plaisir.

La cuisine est bien équipée pour préparer vos plats préférés si vous ne voulez pas sortir dans l’un des nombreux restaurants à proximité ou dans ceux qui se trouvent à quelques pas de la ville.

La propriété, qui est sur un seul niveau, dispose de 2 chambres confortables, 1 avec un lit double et la 2ème chambre avec 2 lits simples.

La salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire avec douche et de toilettes.

Les terrains ont une piscine commune, un court de tennis, une table de ping-pong et un terrain de pétanque.

La villa est à quelques pas de nombreux bars et restaurants locaux et à environ 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

La villa dispose d'un grand ventilateur de plafond dans chacune des 2 chambres et du salon, ainsi que de la climatisation dans la chambre double et le salon. lave-linge, planche et fer à repasser et un aspirateur.

Notez que le nettoyage, les serviettes, les draps, les serviettes de plage et les services publics sont inclus dans les frais de location. À votre arrivée, vous recevrez également un pack de bienvenue comprenant de l'eau, du lait, des jus de fruits, une bouteille de cava. pain, oeufs au beurre et fruits.

The villa was comfortable and in a nice setting. It was very useful to have off-road parking. There were plenty of good restaurants in easy walking distance, most of which were open even in the winter months. We also enjoyed the coastal walk down to the harbour in Moraira. Calpe and Altea are also definitely worth a visit.

Well-equipped holiday home

We spent a wonderful family holiday in this house. The check-in was smooth and uncomplicated, and everything we needed was available. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The host was always reachable and helpful.Both the house and the garden as well as the pool area were very well maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. The house is thoughtfully decorated with many lovely details that clearly show the care and attention of the host.We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back.

Excellent place to be !

Chris's house is really lovely and very well equiped. The area is calm, near bars and restaurants. Swimming-pool is cleaned every day, Tennis court is nice placed etc... Do not hesitate if you need to have a good time in a nice place !

We visited Casa Verano for a week and loved everything about it, surrounded by beaches and without a nice swimming pool. Definitely recommending it in the future. 🤠

Lovely peaceful place to stay

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the place was. Plenty of seats in sun and shade, a well equipped kitchen and a few nice surprises in the fridge. We were very lucky having sunshine everyday bar one. Our only fault was there was no heating, we only required it the second day, and we were not too inconvenienced

Well equipped villa, wonderful pool and tennis court, amenities close by!

The villa is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The owners included a great welcome pack of groceries and there was the use of beach towels, loungers as well as dvds and table tennis equipment for entertainment. The pool area was beautifully maintained with a large pool and super tennis court on-site also. The villa is well situated with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walking distance. Central Moraira and the beach are a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive with ample parking. I would thoroughly recommended the villa - the owner was very responsive to emails and queries too and I would definitely stay again!

Another Wonderful Family Holiday at Casa Verano

We stayed for 2 weeks at Casa Verano for the 2nd time. For us this villa is perfect, it really is like a home from home and has everything needed for a perfect holiday. It is light and airy inside and has a beautiful terrace to sit out on and relax. The bedrooms are good sizes and the beds very comfortable. The facilities are excellent, the communal pool is great and our daughters spent many happy hours in the pool, myself and my husband even managed a few games of tennis. Many of Morairas top rated restaurants are all within walking distance to this villa as well as 2 large supermarkets. Great communication from Chris and Paula, thank you both. We hope to come back again.

Cosy atmosphere and excellently good location on a quiet road.

It was a very positive experience in all aspects. Easy to book last minute, communicative host with all relevant information about our arrival and during our stay. The property well equipped, all you need is there and even more. Plenty of space in the lounge, kitchen and the bedrooms also spacious. The little garden at the back with the sun loungers are brilliant for chilling outside. The sun shining into the garden almost whole day. You can have your meals outside on the covered veranda too. Can't thank enough for Chris to let us use their villa. We definitely recommend and hopefully we'll be able to stay again in the future. Regards Laszlo

Wonderful Holiday Bungalow

Our family of 4 had an amazing time staying at this property. Really helpful and great communication from the hosts. The property is really like a home from home, it has everything you need and is by far the best equipped property we've stayed at in Moraira from kitchen utensils to folding up sun loungers that you can take to the fantastic communal swimming pool which is less that a 1 minute walk from the property. The property is really light and airy inside and decorated really tastefully, it has a wonderful terrace that you can sit out on and dine al fresco. We stayed in August and the sun came into the garden from 11am until late into the evening. The location of this property is the best, within a 10 minute walk to some of the finest restaurants in Moraira and the nearest supermarket. It is about a 40minute walk along the coast into Moraira centre, this is also a really pleasant walk. We definitely hope to stay at this property again.

Perfect home from home

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Chris and Paula were just the best to deal with, every query responded to promptly. A gorgeous little two bed property. We loved the decor, the cosy little patio with seating (plenty of shade at sundown) It was lovely to sit out in the evening. A swift?swallow has nested on the edge of the patio roof and it was joyous to watch her swooping in with food and seeing the chicks peeping out of the nest. The outlook at the back is quite private and not noisy at all. The communal pool is beside the house, clean and beautiful. We loved the, the aircon efficiency, the quiet location. It was just perfect for us and we will return here without hesitation. Its a bit of a trek down to the town of Moraira, perfectly do-able for us as we like to walk - about 2 miles. However there is a taxi service for those who dont want to walk. Across the road and round the corner several nice bars and restaurants, all on the doorstep and nearby supermarket too. Really fabulous.

Lovely sun filled relaxing holiday

We went as a couple mid June this year for 2 weeks. We had a lovely holiday and plan to return. The villa itself is very clean and bright. Decoration and accessories make the villa feel very homely. The garden has an eating area and a sunbathing area, the sun was on the garden from approx 11am until last thing at night. The garden is private so perfect for sunbathing. The pool is situated below and was most of the time empty so we had it to ourselves. The area of moraira is picturesque. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from very close by. A little walk further approx 20-30mins or taxi ride into moraira town and there are more bars and restaurants and the harbour is situated in the town also. There are a few beaches to choose from. The main beach in town or there are smaller beaches nearby which are quieter. Visited a few and all were clean and friendly. Looking forward to our next trip Thank you

The property is good but could be great...The location is great, easy access to everything, walking distance to supermarket and a good selection of restaurants. The property itself is well laid out, its a lovely space but the provisioning falls short in a few key areas.The swimming pool is just a short stroll away, so accessible, private and quiet. Its a great size and a lovely cool off in the afternoon.The bedrooms are small but adequate and importantly the bed is comfy.The garden terrace is a nice private space, secluded, with fantastic sun all afternoon and the naya a few steps up gets the lasts rays of the day. The steps down to the garden terrace should be noted, we we're not aware of them and with some mobility issues we used the terrace less than we would have liked.However, the sun loungers and mat provided on the terrace were very poor, clearly end of life, badly worn and deteriorating. The owner acknowledged they were due replacement but that isn't really the answer. We went out and purchased our own for use during our stay. The day we arrived we had to buy handwash as the bottle left was almost drained and in a dirty condition.The towels provided were old and worn and although the listing stated beach towels provided, in reality there was only 1. There was only 1 tea towel for a 2 week stay, needing to be washed and dried regularly.These were largely small things but the things that make the difference between good and great.

Lovely comfortable villa in a fantastic location

We spent almost 3 weeks at Chris and Paula’s villa in Moravit. It’s a long time to be away from home but we found it so comfortable and well equipped, we didn’t feel we were missing out on our home comforts. It was very clean and well maintained. There was a nice welcome pack and we arrived late at night and were able to have a glass of wine ! The bed was very comfortable and extra bedding was provided. The sofa and chairs were comfy too and the kitchen was very well equipped. You could tell how much love the owners have put into the place. It’s a real home from home with lovely personal touches. We were able to log into Netflix etc on the tv and the wifi was very good. We cooked some meals there and had everything we needed. The bathroom was modern and well equipped and there were plenty of towels provided. The terrace and garden were lovely and there were a couple of parasols for shade. It was great to have beach chairs and sun beds as well as a parasol. The pool area was very nice - plenty of beds and chairs and the pool was clean. The location was one of our main reasons for choosing the villa. It’s very close to loads of restaurants and bars along the moraira - calpe road as well as Pepe le Sal. We walked to Cala andrago - about 15 mins and into town - about 25 mins. Everything you need is on your doorstep but it’s so quiet. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We absolutely loved it and will be back !

Très agréable maison

Propriété très confortable et bien située Piscine très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. Petit conseil pour les propriétaires : installer des stores bannes autour de la terrasse pour protéger un peu mieux du soleil de fin d’après-midi Un bon rapport qualité/prix pour cette région

Séjour merveilleux

Nous venons de passer 15j (été 2019) dans cette maison et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est très bien équipée, tout y est, rien ne manque. De plus, elle est très bien décorée et surtout bien située, proche de toutes commodités. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés : œufs, beurre, fruit, lait, champagne nous sont offerts, et ont répondu à chacune de nos sollicitations avec une grande courtoisie. L'endroit est calme et reposant. La piscine et le court de tennis sont très accessibles et agréables. Nous recommandons plus que fortement cette location. Vous ne serez pas déçus, et passerez des vacances de rêve!

Leuk huis met gemeenschappelijk zwembad dichtbij de kust en op loopafstand van oude centrum van Moraira. Voorzieningen supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. Goede airco, bedden en spullen in de woning.

En general casi todo bien, por lo q me molestó. Al llegar en TV no funcionaba estuve toda mi estancia sin TV si le hice saber a los propietarios lo único q supieron decirme q lo sentían y no solucionaron por lo demás todo bien

En general un apartamento muy cómodo. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar tus vacaciones a gusto. El aire acondicionado en el salón y en la habitación principal se agradece. La limpieza fue correcta pero parte de la vajilla se encontraba sucia. Se nos complicó un poco contactar con el dueño del apartamento debido al idioma pero Chris estuvo disponible en todo momento igualmente. La terraza y la piscina lo mejor! Repetiríamos sin ningún problema.
