Set in an ideal location just 5 minutes walking distance directly into the centre of the beautiful Cosmopolitan town of Moraira, is where you will find this Quaint Spanish Style Bungalow. Newly Available for Holiday Rentals.
The Bungalow has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, with a newly renovated modern bathroom in between. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and enjoy hot/cold air conditioning.
The well equipped open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar, brand new whirlpool washing machine, brand new microwave, electric hob with oven and all kitchen utensils. In the lounge / dining room you have a new sofa, two new leather recliner armchairs and a dining table with 4 chairs.
With two entrances, the bungalow has one from the Kitchen, the other from the beautiful pool area and terraces. Being South facing means this cosy Bungalow has All Day sun in the Winter and Summer months, Perfect.
An Amazon Firestick is installed with a remote control. There are some free TV apps, and you can sign in with your own Netflix account too. There is also Express VPN installed where you can view your own countries choice of channels.
The most attractive part of this bungalow is the extensive and beautiful outdoor areas. The large communal pool is directly in front of the Bungalow terrace, making it perfect for easy swimming and sunbathing on the pool terraces, or catching the sun on your own terrace in front of the bungalow. Also ideal for watching your children swimming safely.
The gardens are stunning and very well maintained, with mature palm trees, fruit trees, and established flowers, bushes, a truly beautiful place to sit and relax in the sun, or shade, and enjoy a drink or eating Al Fresco, on the sunbeds, or at the outdoor table and chairs.
There is a new Webber Charcoal BBQ for preparing your favourites. Plus there is also the large communal BBQ Area, which is set amongst mature trees, and laid to grass.
Free High Speed Fibre internet Wifi is available. Parking is easy with private parking spaces only for the use of people staying in the bungalows.
This Bungalow is Ideal for families, friends, or couples to enjoy a town centre holiday home, whilst being set in a quiet, peaceful and idyllic location.

Lovely location; walking distance to shops and bars. Comfy beds and good selection of crockery/utensils. Paula excellent at communicating and very helpful. Could do with larger freezer department and upgrading bedding (a little old) but a great stay and will come again.

Ideal location

Limoneros bungalow has everything you need for a relaxing time in Moraira. The beds were very comfortable as was the sitting area and the kitchen is well equipped. The south facing small patio area looks out onto the pool and well kept gardens. The location is the best feature as it is only a 15 minute walk into the town with it’s excellent beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We have already booked to return next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our xmas and New Year holiday at this bungalow. The area is quiet and it is only a short walk into town for food/shopping/castle and beach. The bungalow is cosy and comfy, with a great tv and easy access to netflix/prime/disney. Communications were great, Paula is a lovely person, friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and it was brilliant to have a box of groceries with bread, coffee, wine, margerine, jam and even soya milk. Thank you for your excellent care, we will not hesitate to book the bungalow again.

Great central location, clean and nice pool

Lovely quiet area but just 5 mins walk from the town and 10 to beach so perfect to go out and about. The villa looks onto the pool so if you had older kids you could keep an eye on them from the terrace. The pool was often empty so we had it to ourselves. Villa was clean and had all amenities we needed albeit we only bbq’d once - made the most of eating out. Only minor feedback would be that the main bedroom bed dipped slightly in middle but other than that the stay was perfect

Spanish charm in great location

We had a lovely stay here and Paula was the kindest host. She was on call for us throughout our stay and thought of everything. It’s in a great location, an easy walk into town and all of the lovely restaurants and shops. As it’s also a popular place for Spanish people to holiday, we would say it can get pretty noisy at the pool area at times. However, that is not a complaint, more of an observation. Moraira is stunning and we would recommend it for people wanting a quieter holiday but with a great selection and high standard of restaurant to choose from.

We have stayed many times on this complex, At other properties. I feel this property needs a Little updating. New washing machine,new microwave. Property very overlooked so needs some fine net etc.on bedroom windows

The washing machine and the microwave are not brand new, but they do both work very efficiently, if either breakdown they will be replaced. In both bedrooms there are persianas which offer total privacy, then there are the main curtains as well. Previous guests have found these to work very well. It was lovely to meet you both, and to chat as we did.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Los Limoneros, From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The villa itself was well equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The outdoor spaces, including the pool and grounds, were impeccably maintained and provided a serene escape. The location was ideal, offering both privacy and easy access to local attractions. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering great recommendations and being readily available for any questions. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and can't wait to return. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway!

Would definitely return. Only ten minutes walk to nearest shop/town/seafront.There is an incline to aproach the residence which may challenge some people if carrying heavy loads of shopping or suitcases from Beniconnect bus stop. Taxis seem to be scarce.

We are a family of 3 adults and Just spent a great week at this modern bungalow, Paula the manager was there to greet us very welcoming and friendly, The property is in a great location only 10 minutes walk into town, the pool area is fabulous and very quiet we had it to ourselves most of the time, we had a problem with the tap in the kitchen being loose on our arrival then actually falling apart, Paula the manager had the plumber round within 10 minutes from us calling her amazing ! Will definitely return .

Almost home from home!

Having stayed in this property a few years ago, we knew exactly what to expect. The gardens and pool are quiet, extremely well kept and very pretty. There was ample parking when we were there and Moraira centre and the beach is only a ten to fifteen minute walk away, although coming back could take a little longer as it is uphill! The property itself had everything we needed for our three week stay although we were surprised that there was no linen change offered. Fortunately, it refrained from raining when the towels and bedding were drying. Outside furniture was ample and it was nice to have plastic chairs available as a change to sit on after swimming. Our only wish would be to update the fridge, which is currently under counter, to a slightly larger, freestanding model with a separate freezer compartment. Communication with Paula was excellent; we had a broken key and she told us precisely where to obtain a replacement. We would recommend this property and Paula to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.

Super Apartment in Moraira

Es war ein schönes Apartment. Zwei Zimmer mit guten Betten. Die Aircon hat gute Arbeit geleistet. Auf der Terrasse konnte man schön sitzen und Liegen waren ebenfalls verfügbar. In der Mitte der hübschen Anlage war ein Pool. Der Ort war nach gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Strand waren es ca. 10 Minuten. Wir werden das Apartment wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Moraira kommen.

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, and return on holiday here year after year, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.
Moraira is now one of the most exclusive and pleasant places to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca. It has all the charms of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards, and at the same time has grown to offer everything to those that stay here. The streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains.
