Relaxing stay

Our group enjoyed the house very much! We had the most relaxing time lounging outside and using the pool. The house was as described.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Sandra was easy to reach and communicate with every step of the way. Anything that I had questions about or any small issues were resolved. She had small signs all over so you knew exactly how to work everything. Honestly, that was great! It is in a quiet neighborhood with a small pond in the back and it was just wonderful!

wonderful stay!

My daughter and I stayed at this home for a week. It had everything we needed. The pool and view were wonderful, we had turtles and ducks every morning right in front of the property. Sandra was wonderful to work with and always responded to my questions immediately! I would stay here again and recommend this property!

Relaxing Getaway

The location is very centralized to shopping and food needs. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The home had comfortable and plentiful seating in the living room. The beds slept well and good reat was experienced by all. There are no negatives to report. We would stay here again.

Couldn’t ask for more

The property was clean and inviting. The heated pool was great for the kids and the comfortable furniture and large tv’s made relaxing after a long day at the park just wonderful. The kitchen had all dinnerware and utensils we needed, and the grill was a nice touch for an afternoon cookout. The owner answered all of my questions quickly as well. I will definitely book this property again for future vacations.

Nice House 🏡

Nice House just like picture. We rented during pendamic however house was cleaning and had enough supplies. Also if you traveling with kids don't overpack you're bags as this house is centrally located there are Walmart & Target in just 2 miles and Disney about 5 miles. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful villa by the lake

My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The owner, Sandra, was extremely helpful with anything we needed and always responded to our questions within minutes. The home itself was clean and spacious. The view from the pool was very peaceful. We also had a family of ducks visit us every morning! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sandra!

Fantastic

We absolutely loved staying here! Great location! Short drive to the parks and everything you need out on 192. The villa is right off of 192 but tucked into a very cute neighborhood with a beautiful pond in the back you feel far away from the hustle and bustle. The villa owner Sandra is very easy to get a hold of with any questions or concerns. The house is very well equipped with the amenities of home. More than enough towels and extra bedding if needed. I highly recommend this property!

Peaceful paradise

Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, well maintained property with updates and a beautiful pond at the back. Wake up to the birds chirping and watch the ducks and turtles all day! The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of games and toys plus a rec room in the garage. The parks are 15 minutes away, Cocoa Beach is 75 minutes and Tampa is about 90 minutes. Great communication with the owner, would definitely recommend! Thanks for making our vacation spectacular, Sandra!!!

Lakeside Heaven

We were looking for a sunny respite after a year of our own four walls. Lakeside Haven delivered all that and more!! We had all the amenities of home and then some. The secluded enclosed pool and hot tub gave us outdoor privacy and relaxation. All of the beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. We truly relaxed and recharged during our stay. The homes proximity to Disney, Universal and any type of eatery was great too. We even spent an entire day at Cocoa Beach...only an hour drive away. My family will definitely be staying here the next time we visit FL.

Best Villa rental ever!

Me and my family have visited the Orlando area many times and always rent a villa for our large family. This unit is perfectly located for theme parks, shopping, dining, you name it. The unit was clean, quiet and had everything we could have wanted for our vacation. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the spa. The pool table and darts in the garage were a great bonus feature as well. The pond and natural surroundings made being outside in the pool area peaceful and relaxing. The owners were so kind and easy to deal with, no "check in" process or hassle for finding or getting into the unit which made our 1:00am arrival a breeze! If you are looking for the the best place to stay when in the Orlando area, this villa is it!

I had the time of my LIFE

Sandra is AMAZING . The best host ever ! I trust her and I’m going to book with her again ! I would never stay anywhere else but her LOVELY home ! It was big beautiful and spacious ! It was perfect and had EVERYTHING we needed ! The pool was absolutely amazing ! Sandra is the best her hospitality is AMAZING and she ALWAYS responds to you on time when you need her ! I’m so grateful I had a host such as Sandra ! I got emotional leaving but it’s only because I had such a wonderful time . Thankyou Sandra for EVERYTHING ! I had the time of my life and the best birthday ever !!!!

Wonderful Property

This property was perfect for our stay. There was 6 of us staying here and it was the perfect size. The pool was clean and warm and the scenery was so nice. It was in a great location, close to shops and attractions. The longest drive we had was to Magic Kingdom which was about 22 minutes. The house was clean and felt very home like. There are more then enough dishes and utensils and some spices etc for use in the kitchen. The bathrooms were nice and they supplied 2 rolls of paper for us which allowed us a day to get our own groceries. The bathroom exit to the pool was a plus. No wet feet all over the house. The area was quiet and clean and the rooms were nicely spaced for privacy. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this property and stay again!!

Fantastic

House felt like home, great layout. Master bed was comfortable. Pool was relaxing! Easy access to all the areas of Orlando we visited on the trip. Quiet neighborhood. Would rent again and recommend to others!

Lake Haven

We enjoyed our stay here having our own space to unwind after our daily adventures!! Less than a half hour from Discovery Cove, Disney, Sea World and local attractions!!

Perfect

The house was perfect it was clean spacious and cozy. My children enjoyed the entire stay. They absolutely enjoyed the pool. The neighbors were nice and friendly and the area was pretty quiet. The location was convenient near grocery stores, gas stations and not to far from shopping malls. I would definitely recommend and my family and I will definitely rent again.

Great house and great location

The house is just as advertised. Beds we comfy, house was clean. They left a few items to get you started such as garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper which was greatly appreciated. A very comfortable place for my family. We had a great time in the pool and had fun when it was raining playing darts and pool in the garage. This home is centrally located so you have Walmart and Target within a few miles from the house. Plus of course, you are close to the theme parks.

A relaxing week....

Enjoyed our stay, the booking and check in process was easy. The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. The pond behind the back of the house yielded a daily display of ducks, geese & turtles.... also many song birds. The pool and hot tub were both clean & warm.

We are a family from Derby in the UK who have been visiting Florida for about 20 years. We love everything about it which is why we bought our villa seven years ago. We are very happy to share our knowledge about the area - be it great places to eat, directions, and tips to get the most out of your holiday.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love our villa because although it is close to the theme parks and restaurants, Windward Cay is very quiet and there are no through roads. Our pool is south facing and we have a lovely lake view with nature right on our doorstep. There are many species of birds, turtles in the lake, raccoons, armadillos, and even the occasional deer. One of our guests watched a turtle lay its eggs right by our pool screen!
