Bienvenue dans le centre de la Floride à son meilleur. Notre maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec piscine récemment décorée attend pour répondre à tous vos besoins de vacances. Situé à seulement 15 minutes des attractions de Disney, vous pouvez vivre tout cela - l'excitation de l'une des destinations de vacances les plus fascinantes du monde dans le confort de votre propre piscine privée. Notre maison lumineuse et spacieuse dispose de 3 chambres; 1 très grand lit, 1 grand lit et 2 lits jumeaux. Avec les 2 lits pliants, vous avez la possibilité d'accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.
Notre cuisine entièrement équipée offre la possibilité de préparer un repas gastronomique, ou simplement prendre quelques collations au bord de la piscine et profiter de la sérénité de votre piscine clôturée et véranda. Le chauffage de la piscine à gaz est facultatif pour votre séjour mais nécessite un supplément. Nous suggérons la chaleur de la piscine à gaz de novembre à avril si vous prévoyez d'utiliser la piscine.
Les 2 salles de bains disposent d'une baignoire et d'une douche dans la baignoire secondaire et d'une douche de jardin dans la suite principale avec accès direct à la piscine. Quel que soit le type de vacances que vous désirez,
rapide et excitant, calme et serein ou quelque part entre les deux, les possibilités sont infinies.

Great place and location!

Loved the pool area! Clean and great communication from the owner! It had everything we needed for a stay to visit Legoland and then hop in a cruise at Port Canaveral!

Exactly what we needed!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, spacious, and located in a quiet, lovely neighbourhood. It felt very safe and was incredibly convenient- just 25 minutes from Disney with plenty of amenities close by. The private pool was a fantastic bonus, and communication from Jim and Bonnie was exceptional throughout. It felt like home and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Convenient

We were extremely impressed since the minute we booked our stay here. Bonnie & Jim were very detailed and provided us with many different tips and even went above and beyond to provide a list of things we may need. They were very helpful at all times during our trip and extremely responsive. Very convenient location.

Excellent Vacation Home!

The hosts were superb. They called me as soon as I booked the vacation to welcome me and answer any questions. They sent a packet about a month before my stay with all information I needed. The house was very clean and stocked full of anything we needed: towels, pool towels, dishes, cutlery, bedding. The electronics & wifi were user-friendly. Everything was awesome! I would return to this house on another vacation for sure!

Lovely Home

We really enjoyed our stay at Jim and Bonnie’s Davenport FL home! The house was clean and comfortable, the pool was fun for my boys to enjoy after a day at the park, and Jim was super responsive and a super kind host! The house has alarms on doors and windows to keep kids safe with the pool, there were starter items like shampoo and toilet paper and dishwasher tablets to get you started, and the home is real close to 192 with has any store or restaurant you would want or need. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you Jim & Bonnie!

Great stay in great location

We had a wonderful 5 days in Davenport, the house is great and was perfect for the purpose of our stay. Did lots of shopping, some parks and even went to Cocoa Beach. Restaurants and Supermarkets are close by and the area around is nice and quiet.

Home was very well maintained & updated. Kids enjoyed the pool immensely. Close enough to Disney property but far enough away from all the hullabaloo. Directions to get to Disney property were great. Would stay again!

Great Get A Way, Wish we had more time!

Loved this property. It was exactly as advertised. The pool is great, the place is very clean, bed very comfortable. I wish we had more time to stay and relax!!! Would defiantly recommend this property. The owners are very nice and very responsive with any questions/needs.

Excellent experience. Will book again when in the Orlando area.

Jim and Bonnie (owners) made the entire experience a pleasure. Their welcome packet provided a lot of insight prior to our arrival which made being first time area visitors much easier to navigate. The home is close to everything Orlando has to offer yet sits in a very quiet neighborhood. Having the pool was a great way to unwind from a long day exploring. I look forward to staying there again during our next Orlando visit

Perfect stay for event

We stayed here for Wedding we attended on Disney property. Great location close to alot of restaurants and stores. For us it was away from the parks and all that commotion to feel more relaxed but close enough to get too. The place was very roomy and comfortable. The pool was nice size. The loungers outside were perfect. Just a very nice relaxing home. Hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had and showed interest in making sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Stellar Hosts/Wonderful Home

We had a terrific stay. From the moment we booked, and throughout our entire stay, the owners provided excellent communication. Jim and Bonnie truly want you to feel welcome and comfortable, and they do what’s needed to make that happen. The information they provided on the space launches was an added bonus. The home and pool are very clean and well maintained. The location works really well for experiencing Orlando attractions. The neighborhood is also very nice. We look forward to staying here again!! Great stay!

We enjoyed a great week in Orlando. The vacation home was well appointed and had all the amenities we needed. Follow the home-owners advice and bring the extra supplies suggested on the list of things not provided (extra trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwasher and clothes washer detergent, etc). The beds were comfy in guest rooms. Larger en suite bedroom bed was pretty firm for us. Thanks for a comfortable home-away-from-home. Fun vacation!

Our experience at the property

Nice, immaculate clean, everything functional well decorated. Minor suggestion: very small ticket items like toilet tissues bath soap dish washer and laundry detergent should be stacked enough for 5-7 days. We thank Jim for making our stay very pleasant and memorable

Spring Break Destination

We had a great week staying in this home. The house was exactly as pictured. It had plenty of room for our family of four. The pool was very nice and plenty of outside room. The location is so convenient and so easy to get anywhere. The hosts were amazing. They responded quickly to any questions or needs. They even told us about a rocket launch that was taking place and how where to look to see it from the house. We would definitely recommend the house and will be back to stay again if we are in the area again.

Just a few surprises.

As described. Great communication. Decent cleaning, for the most part. Just a few sutprises: - no hand soap at any of the bathroom sinks. - can't adjust air below 72 degrees! (if you are not acclimated to sleep at 72 degrees or higher, this could be rough) - no wash cloths - no bath mat for stepping out of shower. - no fans in guest room - no kleenex If we had known these things before we could have brought our own. By the time we arrived, stores were closed and there wasn't any time to stop and pick anything up after that.

Loved it here!

The owners of this villa are wonderful. The communication was always quick and friendly. Prior to arrival we received all the information we needed about he villa and the surrounding area including attractions. When we arrived, everything was as described. The home was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. Instructions were clear and accurate. The pool was warm, free, and not crowded (unlike hotels). At the rate we paid, I must say I will not go to a hotel again when in the area. I've already recommended the villa to several friends who are planning visits in the near future. During our stay, our 4-year old participated in the Disney Dash (1-mile and 200m races), she had a princess makeover, and ate dinner with the princesses! We also went to Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom. We were only there from Thursday through Monday morning! We were quite busy! The best part is that after those long days, we had a place like home where we could wash clothes, swim, and just hang out and rest. Her grandparents were also there so it was nice for them to have a room, hubby and I to have a room, and little one to have her own space too. We also cooked a pan of lasagna prior to leaving home so while on vacation we just popped it in the oven and didn't have to cook! Having a kitchen helped us cut back on expenses because we ate most meals at home and only ate out a few times. I highly recommend this particular villa. Well, maybe I shouldn't. Then you might try to take the days that we want to come back next year...hmmm :-) Enjoy!

The perfect location that is close to the action but miles from the crowds. Theme parks, golf courses, fine dining, and shopping and all within a short drive. A short walk away is beautiful Lake Davenport for fishing.
