Very nice quiet neighborhood. The construction around the exit off of the turnpike was challenging and added 10-15 minutes to our commute everyday. The house had everything we needed to live our lives for 10 days- it was our home away from home.

Hi Anthony, thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and that the home had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It’s great to hear it felt like a home away from home. We appreciate your note about the nearby road construction and understand how that can impact travel times, and making this a 4-star review instead of a 5-star one. Thank you again for staying with us, and we would be happy to host you again in the future.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation in a nice villa. There were some issues concerning the villa, and a couple of them were not solved, despite promise. The furniture was somewhat dated and the upstairs beds creaked.

Decent home

The house was older and in need of painting and some upkeep. I have stayed at VRBO’s before and had places that were kept up better. There were too many bugs in the house for me. The kitchen seemed to have ants and what looked like termites. That turned our whole party off to this place.

Family from NJ

Ever since my daughter turned 4 yrs old, we've been going to the Orlando area every year on vacation for last 10+ years. This is one of the best vacation stays we ever experienced. I highly recommend it. We're planning on coming back this August (if it's available). The property manager were quick to call back when we couldn't figure out how to punch in the door code on a Sunday arrival. Their office was closed. I left a VM message. Within 5 minutes someone called back helped us. The pool was heated. All the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean. My family had a wonderful time.

Worthy of 6 stars!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely perfect! Most vacation home pictures don't match the home this home was exactly as advertised. Spacious clean etc.the neighbourhood was quiet and clean also.we had 3 minor issues so minor I won't even mention them in fact I only contacted the property manager just so they could address it before the next guest arrive and to my surprise 3 tech's arrived within 2 hrs! Everything you need like a super wal-mart,public's even an urgent care if someone needs minor medical attention is under 10 mins away!plenty of utensils and plates and cups so don't waste your money on papergoods.frankly there is nothing negative I can say about this house!I've rented a total of 4 houses in the Orlando area and this one is by far the BEST! hope it's available next time I come to florida.

Just Wow!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't begin to describe just how absolutely wonderful our vacation was because of finding this home! The house was perfect, the neighborhood was perfect, the pool was perfect! The gentlemen I spoke to in the office was more than helpful and accommodating. It was heartbreaking to have to leave after our 8 night stay. The only 2 things I could say about our experience here that aren't 100% positive is, the guys at the gate booth weren't really clear on which lane to come into. Just fyi, if you are coming into Remington in the evening when there is an attendant, always go to the visitor side. We were a bit confused and the guy we spoke to the day we weren't sure which lane to go in was very rude and condiscending. Also, the wifi in the house isn't the greatest. Most evenings I had some difficulty staying connected so I could upload the photos of the days events. But other than those minute things, the vacation was brilliant and I would highly recommend this house to everyone I know (I've already done that actually lol)

Florida vacation to golf in area

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home needs some updates especially some new paint on the walls. Location, layout and amenities as advertised and expected. Kitchen well stocked and met our needs. We added the extra fee for pool heat and it was worth it. We had an issue with the grill and the door lock and the company was prompt in getting back to us to resolve the issue.

This house is located conveniently very close to the Florida turnpike that takes you to both Disney and universal in about 25 minutes. We had a brief problem with the pool pump/filter but with a quick call to our property manager it was resolved fast.
