Luxueuse villa au calme, résidence Lake Berkley Resort, à Kissimmee. Résidence fermée où un garde assure la sécurité 24h/24. La villa est un petit logement: 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 1 piscine privée et 1 spa. Elle donne sur un petit lac. Un court de tennis (gratuit pour les locataires) est à 45m. La villa est entièrement climatisée. Les meubles et la décoration sont de très grande qualité. La villa comprend salle à manger et cuisine où vous trouverez un coin repas et un bar, idéal pour le petit-déjeuner. Cuisine équipée: grand four électrique, table de cuisson, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur/freezer familial, lave-vaisselle et broyeur d'ordures. Dans le salon: 2 canapés, TV par câble et lecteur DVD/vidéo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is close to shopping, restaurants and offers easy access to the parks. The house is very clean and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the pool, we were in at every chance we got. I loved watching all the birds fishing in the pond behind the house!

This lovely gated property is well maintained an a nice and quiet location. Backing onto the lake provides good privacy. The villa is very clean, well furnished, with a fantastic pool and we had a great family experience.The theme parks are about a 30 minute drive and there are plenty of shops around within a couple of miles.

We had a fabulous stay at this property, it's easily the best Vrbo property that we've stayed in. It was very clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. Plenty of storage space - we especially liked the shoe storage cupboard by the door!The living area was a good space to relax in, the beds were very comfy (often a problem with rentals!) and the pool was a great size which was very welcome at the end of a busy day of theme parks. Lake Barkley Resort is very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed walking around the lake in the evening. Handy for Walmart just down the road and we could drive to Disney in 20 minutes. Communication with the owner was excellent, before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

Hi!Our family of five stayed at this property in July 2026 for seven days. The neighborhood is quiet with virtually zero traffic. A walk around the property is very pleasant and it’s peaceful.The hot tub was nice. Please note the extra fee to have a workable hot tub at 104 degrees. The pool was a nice change from the hot tub.The inside is very clean and all appliances and fans work normally. The washer and dryer are in the garage, which is interesting but makes sense.The stovetop is electric. There is lots of space in fridge, freezer, and pantry. The dishwasher works well. We cooked our own meals a few nights, and all was well kitchen wise including enough utensils, plates, glasses, pans.The showers are great, the beds and bedding are more than comfy, and the Roku TV has all of the subscription channels.You will get a starter of two garbage bags, and two dishwasher tabs or at least we did. There is enough TP for a few days. Which is to say be prepared to stock up if staying more than two or three days.You’re 15 mins from groceries, fast food, and I4 or other highway. But it takes 45 minutes at a minimum to get anywhere in Orlando.The security gate to get through the property is a toss up for either getting right in or waiting 10-15 minutes. The longer wait takes patience and can happen anytime of the day or night.This property is very safe. People on walks are friendly and mindful of their driving.Thanks for a very nice accommodation!

I am sorry to hear that you had some excessive waits to get access to the resort on some days. This is not the norm - apart from the usual check in period which typically occurs between 4-6 pm the rest of the times are usually quiet and largely free of traffic entering the resort (as you highlighted in your review). Over the years congestion around Orlando has indeed increased, as new theme parks and resorts and accomodations have proliferated. However, we do occasionally go to Disney and Universal theme parks and in our experience if you beat the rush hour traffic and get to the parks early you should avoid significant traffic congestion. Great getaway! The house is in a fantastic location within a quiet, gated community, making it very peaceful and relaxing. Communication was easy and responsive, the home was very clean, and there was plenty of space. Everything was terrific! The only thing I would improve is the pool seating. We loved using the table outside for eating and playing cards… overall it was great and so easy! Denise was so easy to deal with - it was perfect for us - we would return!

Wonderful property

Check in was seamless, the entire house was very very clean. The house was located in a gated community and the surrounding area was very nice and safe. The host was very communicative and pleasant. I will definitely be back.

Peaceful Location

Florida vacation

The property was just as advertised, very welcoming, easy to get to and convenient to everywhere. Enjoyed our stay!

Great holiday get-away

Very quiet, nice neighborhood, plenty of room, well appointed. Enjoyed the deluxe baths.

Great place in good location

Beautiful 4 bedroom / 3 bath home, well stocked with everything our family needed. Particularly loved the spa at the end of busy days. Great communication with our hosts to make sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely amazing place to stay!!! Everything around you where you don’t have to travel far.

I would absolutely stay here again. Property was beautiful, great seating out watching the kids in the pool, watching the birds by the pond behind the house, and enjoying the beautiful sunset in the evening.

We (Denise and Ian) are a retired couple, having worked in the UK National Health Service, as scientists, for 40 years.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We visit our home once or twice per year and take great pride in it.
We continue to upgrade and renew the property so that guests, as well as ourselves and our families and friends can have the best possible experience. Although we live in the UK we have a great property manager in Florida who is very attentive and responsive to guests needs in the event of any problems/issues.

The home has its own pool which overlooks a small lake to the rear; which means no one overlooks us and we have privacy. For wildlife lovers, the lake is a real magnet for birds and other wildlife. We often see alligators and turtles in the lake and sometimes we even see otters. The fishing is also great!
Birds species that visit are numerous and we often see Ospreys, Bald Eagles,Owls and other hawks. We also get occasional visits from humingbirds to the cactus plant (when it is flower) to the side of the pool enclosure. So we would advise wildlife watchers to bring binoculars!
