6 Wochen Denia

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Maria empfangen. Uns wurde ein großer Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage bereitgestellt. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einem extra Raum unterbringen. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und modern mit neuem Mobilar und farblichen Akzenten. Sie liegt in direkter Stadtnähe, das Meer und den Berg "Montgo" kann man wunderbar betrachten.In der Wohnung ist alles auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt vorhanden.Die Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei!Den riesigen Pool direkt am Haus werden wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch gern nutzen. Ein herzliches "Dankeschön " an unsere Gastgeberin Maria!

Klein en heel fijn appartement op korte loopafstand van centrum en zee.

De hele maand januari verbleven wij in dit gezellige appartement. Beneden in de parkeergarage stond onze auto. Maria wachtte ons bij aankomst daar op. Zij is een hele aardige gastvrouw die ons tips gaf en gezorgd had voor een flesje cava bij onze aankomst op oudejaarsdag. Heel attent! Wij hebben een fijne maand gehad in Dénia en bevelen het appartement van harte aan!

Top Location

Die Wohnung hat eine geniale Lage. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Zum Hafen ist es fußläufig auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich, super sauber und gepflegt. Maria hatte auch für eine weihnachtliche Stimmung in der Wohnung gesorgt, so dass man sich gleich zuhause gefühlt hat. Die Matratze ist super!!! (Ich hatte während meines Urlaubs keinerlei Rückenprobleme.) Maria und Alejandro haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Nachdem wir am 24.12. so spät gelandet sind, dass wir keine Chance hatten, selbst einzukaufen, hatte Maria angeboten, dies zu übernehmen und hat unseren Geschmack zu 100% getroffen, als ob sie uns schon lange kennt. Die Restauranttipps von ihr waren ebenfalls super! Die ganze Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon darauf!!!

Fantastisch appartement

Heel centraal gelegen appartement, loopafstand naar stad en strand. Heel schoon en goed ingericht. WiFi werkt perfect. Echt groot zwembad. Heel hartelijke gastvrouw, geeft heel goede tips voor een fijn verblijf. Parkeren in ondergrondse garage.

A relaxing stay in this gourmet city

Beautifully presented apartment in a great location, with charming helpful hosts. The apartment had all facilities with excellent WiFi. Denia is a compact city with over 300 restuarants and you can easily drive to many places including Valencia and Alicante. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Exellent apartment for vacation for two or four

Everything was as we expected and even more. Location is superb. Walking distance everywhere. Apartment was clean, cosy and as a new. Wifi and Netflix worked perfect. We really enjoyed nice, clean and large pool area. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and helped us more than they should. Special thanks for Maria.

Excellent apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Underground parking included. The host went over and above to suggest places to visit/restaurants etc. Good location - easy walk to both the centre and the marina. Highly recommend

The apartment was bright and airy and full of light, with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. Everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable was on hand. The apartment was perfectly located for access to the city of Denia, the Old Town and the beach. Our hosts were second to none and made us feel so very welcome and nothing was a problem for them. Neues, blitzsauberes und modernes Appartement

Unser Spanienurlaub war Dank dem wunderschönen Appartement von Maria und Alejandro wieder ein reines Vergnügen. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr geräumig und hat allen erdenklichen Komfort. Es gibt ein vollausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein separates Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke. Die mit allen erforderlichen elektrischen Geräten ausgestattete Küche und das geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnzimmer, sowie der schöne Balkon haben uns ideale Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Urlaub geboten. Die Waschmaschine und das elektronische Equipment (WLAN und Smart-TV) sind ein besonders zu erwähnender Standard, der das alltägliche Leben im Urlaub so komfortabel wie zuhause macht. Besonders schön ist auch der schöne Eckbalkon, auf dem wir fast jeden Tag unser Abendessen eingenommen haben und dabei in der lauen Abendwärme die beeindruckende Silhouette des Montgo Massivs betrachten konnten. Die Wohnanlage selbst ist offensichtlich verhältnismäßig neu und hauptsächlich von Dauermietern bewohnt, so dass eine ruhige und sehr entspannende Atmosphäre herrscht, die das Urlaubsgefühlt unterstützt. Es hat uns außerdem sehr gut gefallen das Leben in Spanien nicht in einer sterilen Touristenunterkunft, sondern integriert in einer luxuriösen Wohnanlage mehr aus der Sicht der spanischen Einwohner zu erleben. Das Appartement ist nicht nur schön geschnitten, neu und gut eingerichtet, sowie in schöner Lage in der Nähe der Innenstadt, des Hafens und des Strandes gelegen, sondern auch blitzsauber und gepflegt. In der Wohnanlage sind ungefähr 25 Wohnungen und es gibt einen riesengroßen gemeinsamen Swimmingpool (ca. 8 x 20 m), in dem man richtig seine Bahnen schwimmen kann und der uns häufig sogar ganz alleine zur Verfügung stand. Auch die unter dem Gebäude gelegene Tiefgarage, in dem es für uns einen PKW-Stellplatz gab, lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert effektiv und einwandfrei. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern Maria und Alejandro ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. Es passt bei dieser Ferienwohnung einfach alles zusammen. um sich im Urlaub wie zuhause und trotzdem mit vielen neuen positiven Aspekten in der Fremde wohl zu fühlen. Wir werden garantiert gerne wiederkommen.

Dénia, immer eine Reise wert!

Wir verbrachten zu zweit im März für 14 Tage einen perfekten Urlaub in diesem modern eingerichteten Apartment, das stadtnah, aber dennoch ruhig mit herrlichem Blick auf den Montgó gelegen ist. Dénia ist seit über 20 Jahren in der Nebensaison unser bevorzugtes Urlaubsziel, da die Stadt und ihre Umgebung alles bieten, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Diesmal konnten wir aus Anlass der jährlich um den 19.3. stattfindenden Fallas, seit 2016 Weltkulturerbe, wieder erleben, dass die Spanier zu feiern verstehen. Über mehrere Tage werden zunächst an verschiedenen Plätzen der Stadt gigantische Pappmascheefiguren ( Fallas ) aufgestellt, begleitet von Knallkörpern, Feuerwerk sowie Musikkapellen, die durch die Stadt ziehen. Anläßlich der Prozession zur Blumengabe an die Heilige Virgen de los Desamparados kann man die Mitglieder der einzelnen Fallavereine in ihren traditionellen Trachten erleben, den Abschluss bildet die Cremà, was bedeutet, dass alle Fallas der Reihe nach verbrannt werden. Die Fallas finden in vielen Städten dieser Region statt, die größte in Valencia. Die freundlichen Vermieter Maria und José Alejandro, die wir bereits seit 2 Jahren kennen, bereiteten uns den gewohnt herzlichen Empfang und trugen sicher dazu bei, dass nicht nur Dénia, sondern auch ihr Apartment weiter zu unseren Lieblingsurlaubzielen gehören wird!

ESTANCIA INMEJORABLE.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue sencillamente perfecta. Desde el comienzo del viaje hasta el día de partida, la atención prestada por María fue muy acogedora. En cuanto al piso, tiene una distribución muy buena. La habitación es muy amplia, tiene unos armarios empotrados que permite guardar todo lo necesario y así disfrutar del espacio; la cocina está totalmente equipada por lo que cocinar allí no es ningún problema; el salón es cómodo para poder estar 2-4 personas. Cuenta con una terraza, con vistas al Montgó en la que puedes disfrutar de un descanso en la hamaca o disfrutar de las comidas al aire libre. El acceso a la piscina de la urbanización es otra ventaja que tiene el piso, es amplia y nada ruidosa. El piso está en perfectas condiciones, cuenta con todo lo esencial para una estancia, es muy limpio y está en un lugar muy bien situado. Sin lugar a dudas, es altamente recomendable por el trato y calidad que nos prestaron. Además, las recomendaciones gastronómicas y turísticas de María nos hicieron disfrutar mucho más de Denia. Por último, destacar que el poder contar con un parking allí es toda una suerte, ya que las altas temperaturas pueden provocar golpes de calor, tener el coche a buen recaudo es un punto muy favorable. Fue una experiencia muy agradable y sin duda volveremos.

Perfecto

Tanto el apartamento como la ubicación son perfectos. A 10 minutos paseando del centro de Dénia y a 5 minutos de la playa, el apartamento se encuentra en una zona tranquila a los pies del Montgó. El apartamento destaca por su limpieza y porque está totalmente equipado. Sin duda es mi opción cuando tengo unos días de descanso.

We had a lovely time in Denia and Javea catching up with old friends and seeing how both towns had changed over the last 30 years!! The weather was not particularly good during this April but made it good for walking and biking along The Marina, Las Rotas. Apt was perfectly situated for access to everything , our car safely garaged underground. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful large pool, but unfortunately the weather was to cool to swim. A very good relaxing stay, recommended.

Super Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Zetrum, Geschäfte Lokale, Hafen, Strand... Toller Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Montgo und dem Meer. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen und es fehlte uns nichts. Es gab sogar einen sehr grossen Pool. Perfekter Urlaub. Ausserdem sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Apartamento excepcional con unas vistas unicas

Apartamento excelentemente ubicado, con unas vistas al puerto y al Montgo únicas. Buen equipamiento, con SmartTv, aire acondicionado, una piscina fenomenal y la casa muy bien distribuida. A 10 minutos andando de una de las playas de Denia y otros 10 a la zona de Loreto y el paseo marítimo. Una excelente opción para pasar unos días en Denia.

Bonito apartamento y preciosas vistas

El apartamento está puesto con mucho gusto, muy cómodo y con unas vistas espectaculares al Montgó y también al puerto. Tiene una terraza muy agradable con una hamaca perfecta para disfrutar de las vistas. Está muy bien comunicado para ir a la playa, al centro y cerca de varios supermercados. La piscina es bastante grande. Sólo eché de menos algún detalle, como algo más de menaje en la cocina (espumadera; ensaladera) y algún colgador/perchero en el dormitorio y en el baño. Los dueños son muy amables y además nos recomendaron bastantes cosas para hacer en Denia. En resumen, quedamos muy encantados y lo recomendaría totalmente.
