Bienvenue dans notre appartement Rabat 24 à l'Oasis de Capistrano, Nerja !

L'appartement est situé au cœur de la célèbre Oasis de Capistrano à Nerja, à 50 km à l'est de Malaga (45 minutes en voiture ou en bus).



Ce spacieux appartement de deux chambres peut accueillir jusqu'à cinq personnes. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur le jardin de l'Oasis, les montagnes et la mer.

La terrasse dispose d'un coin repas spacieux et d'un charmant petit jardin avec chaises longues. L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de bains. La chambre principale dispose d'un balcon à la française et la chambre n° 2 a un accès direct à la terrasse.



L'Oasis de Capistrano, où se trouve l'appartement, possède un magnifique jardin tropical qui incite de nombreux visiteurs à y revenir année après année.



Nerja est une ville authentique et charmante avec de superbes vues sur les montagnes et la mer. On y trouve tout : bonne cuisine, culture, petites plages cachées et charmants villages de montagne. La région offre de magnifiques paysages où vous pourrez pratiquer la randonnée, le vélo, l'escalade, la plongée, etc. Nerja se trouve également à seulement 1h30 de la station de ski de Sierra Nevada. Vous trouverez également d'excellents parcours de golf à proximité. En d'autres termes, il y en a pour tous les goûts à Nerja !



ITINÉRAIRE

Depuis l'aéroport de Malaga, suivez l'itinéraire jusqu'à l'appartement situé au 24, Rabat, Nerja.



1. Depuis l'aéroport de Malaga, prenez l'autoroute E-15 en direction d'Almería, Motril. Suivez les panneaux à travers Malaga. Comptez 45 minutes de route jusqu'à Nerja.

2. Lorsque vous voyez les premiers panneaux « Nerja », quittez l'autoroute et prenez la dernière sortie, la sortie 929.

Suivez les panneaux « Nerja ».

3. Arrivé à Nerja, au premier rond-point, vous apercevez l'Oasis de Capistrano (indiqué par des panneaux) sur votre gauche. Faites un demi-tour et suivez les panneaux « Oasis de Capistrano ».

4. Vous entrez maintenant dans le quartier de l'Oasis de Capistrano. Cette route est à sens unique et en forme de fer à cheval (elle commence par la zone de taxis 5 et se poursuit jusqu'à la zone de taxis 1). Suivez la route tout au long du fer à cheval, d'abord en descendant la colline, puis en remontant jusqu'à la zone de taxis 1.

5. Garez-vous dans la zone de taxis 1. De là, vous apercevrez un escalier sur votre droite. Suivez-le en bas, après les premières marches, pour continuer tout droit. Continuez jusqu'au bout du chemin et tournez à gauche avec un escalier qui monte sur votre gauche. Montez les escaliers et vous trouverez l'appartement Rabat 24 sur votre droite. Vous trouverez une serrure à clé à gauche de la porte d'entrée. Vous l'ouvrirez avec le code à quatre chiffres que vous avez reçu lors de votre réservation.

Lovely villa, very well equipped kitchen, lovely and spacious, clean, would definitely stay again.Grounds are beautiful and well kept. There is an issue with pool access so it’s a longer walk round but the pool is great once there. We were told this is going to be sorted in the spring. The area is very hilly, something to be aware of. Supermarket is close and good.There was no welcome pack, which we would have liked being new to to area, containing things like local bars and places to eat, how to walk to beach, where to get the road train from etc.Fab stay in a fab place l, thank you!!

Beautiful location and lovely apartment

The apartment has everything you need for a lovely stay. The views from the balcony is stunning with a beautiful sea view and over looking the well maintained gardens. The pool is a walk away through the gardens of Oasis’s. We rented a car so we could travel around with ease and see the surrounding villages. We have stayed in Nerja many times, this apartment and location is one of the best ones. Definitely would return..

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet location, with great views from the balcony. We had everything we needed and the kitchen is particularly well stocked with equipment and utensils. Fredrick provided us with detailed information for our stay and responded very promptly to all our communications. A couple of very minor issues were quickly resolved. We would love to stay at this property again.

Rabat 24 Oasis El Capistrano Nerja

We stayed for a month and had a fabulous holiday . Beautiful location with stunning gardens and views of the sea and mountains . The apartment is clean and very well equipped, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. 5 mins walk to the Marcedona supermarket and 15 minutes walk to the beach . There is a bus stop near the apartment that runs every hour Into town and several hotels near by that you can pop into for drinks if you want to stay local . The restaurant’s on the beach and in town are amasing and very good value for money. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked another month next year . Excellent value for money

Great appartment with amazing view

Great appartment with really amazing view. It has all the equipment you need. Was very clean. Big terrasse and beautiful and well maintained gardens. Really great area. Nearby supermarket, but again very hilly. Best if you have a car. The Way to the pool was more hilly than expected. The easiest Way to the pool was closed, which seemed redicilous. The pool was great, but there were to many rools and we had to pay for sunbeds.

Lovely place

Really lovely apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped and everything was in good condition. The communication was great throughout. The location was nice and very pretty. The pool area was just a short walk down the garden and was beautiful. My only criticism would be that the pool snack bar was closed which was a shame as that would of been great to have that there. Also the pool attendant was very strict and the kids were very restricted in what they could do at the pool, no jumping in etc. They still had fun though. The walk to the beach was fine, took about 15 mins along a track. It was a bit rocky and steep in places so wouldn't recommend for people with mobility issues. Taxi's were easy to get though but I would recommend to hire a car to get around especially to the supermarket or into Nerja. Would definitely return as we had a lovely time.

Lovely apartment with wonderful views.

This is the 5th apartment we have rented at Oasis Capistrano and I have liked them all but this was definitely one of my favourites. The apartment was clean and very well equipped with a plentful supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment with an excellent selection of kitchen knives. The rest of the apartment was tasteful comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with an excellent shower. Storage space was good both hanging and drawers and there are lots of mirrors. There is a storage room off the garden with a supply of beach umbrellas and a couple of chairs as well as a good sized bbq.The outside terrace and garden was great.and my favourite part of the apartment. The views from the terrace both of the sea in front and the mountains behind were wonderful. The standard of the gardens on the complex is vey high and I loved just sitting with a drink looking at the beautiful gardens and listening to and watching all the birds flying from tree to tree, it was so relaxing. The garden and terrace has sun all day but not in the evening which can be a relief. To get to the apartment does involve climbing a number of steps so that needs to be taken into consideration for anyone with mobility problems.The owners Henrik and Ingrid are very friendly and welcoming and answer queries promptly. I really can't think of a nicer place to stay. I really hope to return. very well equiped

Appartement très propre situé dans un environnement agréable et calme

L’appartement est très propre et la pièce de vie spacieuse. La vue sur le cadre verdoyant est agréable ainsi que la piscine proche. La plage est à 10-15 minutes à pied. L’environnement est calme. Nous recommandons pour les familles.

Anlage wie auf den Bildern, Gute Ausstattung, obwohl kaum im Gebrauch, war in jedem Zimmer funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sehr saubere, ordentliche Toilette/Bad. Eine Spülmaschine wäre schön, aber es ist keine Kritik. Wir haben sonst nichts vermisst und der Urlaub war einfach toll.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, sowohl die Anlage, als auch die Lage waren toll. Es ist zwar ein Spaziergang von 15-20 Minuten zum Strand oder in die Stadt, aber das störte uns überhaupt nicht. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Ausblick vom Balkon mit Morgen- und Mittagssonne. Nerja als toller Standort um Ausflüge zu Städten, Stränden und die Natur zu starten. Können es empfehlen :)

mooie omgeving, redelijk appartement

zeven weken febr maart 2024 op de advertentiesite staat een afwasmachine vermeld, die is er NIET aanwezig. Na contact met agentschap ter plekke werd 150€ terugbetaald. VEEL te VEEL trappen. Deze dienen zeker te worden vermeld op de aankondiging. Dat is de reden waarom we daar niet meer naartoe gaan.

We are sorry that there was mentioned a dishwasher in the VRBO ad, that was one cross to much when filling in the ad, this is now corrected in the ad, and you got a refund of 150 Euro for this mistake. The whole area of east Nerja and Oasis de capistrano included are located on a hill and there is stairs to be able to walk up the hill and down the hill. But it is also the most beautiful area of Nerja with green areas and palm gardens and fantastic pool areas and quite close to Burriana beach, so it is a choice you have to make. Es ist in dem Angebot nicht erkennbar das der Weg zu Wohnung mit ca. 50 Treppenstufen erreichbar ist. Und in der Beschreibung fehlt das keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist.

Härlig semester i Nerja

Vi bodde i den här lägenheten i mitten av september 2023. Vi hade det superhärligt! Lägenheten var lagom stor till vår familj på fem personer. Vår tonåring sov i bäddsoffan. Vi andra i de två sovrummen. Sängarna var helt ljuvliga. Bra investering! Ett stort plus att det fanns AC i alla rum. Terrassen hade ett parasoll som vi fick förlänga med en stor filt för att inte få solen i ögonen vid frukosten. På kvällen hade somen passerat terrassen. Det var väldigt skönt att kunna sitta ute på kvällen. Det hade varit toppen med en fällbar parasoll. Det står att det är barnvänligt men vi håller inte riktigt med. Det är mycket kuperat, trappor ner och flera trappor upp. Det hade inte fungerat med barnvagn eller en rollator för den delen. Vi hade tre barn med oss (13, 9 och 4 år). De fick varken hoppa, leka högt, dyka, ha bollar, cyklop eller madrasser i poolerna. Vi blev tillsagda direkt av badvakten om vi gick emot detta. Restaurang Las Fuentes som ligger lite längre upp på gatan vid infarten till Oasis rekommenderars varmt. De fixade en tårta, ballonger till ett firande som vi hade under vår vistelse helt utan kostnad. God mat och dryck! Vägen ner till havet var härlig. Man gick bort till den vackra bron och gick sen till HÖGER om bron för stt komma ner till stranden Burriana. 10 min!! I det stora hela är vi mycket nöjda, endast några saker som jag beskrivit ovan som kan vara bra att känna till.

Hej Kirsten, Tack för din review av vår lägenhet. Vi är glada att höra att ni trivdes bra i vår lägenhet och i området Oasis de Capistrano. Istället för markis på terrassen så har vi en stor parasoll som man enkelt kan justera. De flesta av våra gäster går ner till Nerja centrum på 20 minuter och till Burriana beach på 10 minuter. Det finns också en trappa från Burriana beach direkt upp till centrum. Gällande handdukar har vi alltid ett set med handdukar (en duschhandduk och en mindre handduk) per person. Zeer appartement met een slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding

De woning is voor ouderen zeer schecht bereikbaar door alle trappen die je moet beklimmen met koffers. in de beschrijving ie er niets van hierover gemeld. de pannen in de keuken kasten waren niet schoon alles plakte op ons verzoek heeft de beheerder de kasten en de pannen schoongemaakt en het schimmel in de douch verwijdert met chloor. het interieur was zeer verouderd er was geen douch maar een ligbad dat voor ouderen gevaarlijk is. het wastafelmeubel in de douch rot aan de onderkant helemaal weg de keuken is aan vervanging toe alles brokkelt af de WC bril was zo slecht dat de beheerder het heeft moeten vervangen het terras was niet voorzien van een zonnescherm waardoor je tot in de middag niet op het terras kon doorbrengen het ontbijt moet je dus binnen doen, en je wil juist op vakantie lekker in de ochtend buiten ontbijten. er was een parasol maar die was zeer onvoldoende. de terrasstoelen waren zo slecht dat de beheerder op ons verzoek heeft moeten vervangen. al met al een slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding men moet zich schamen om zoveel geld te vragen voor zo een slecht onderkomen.

Una semana en Nerja

Muy buenas!!! Comentar que el alojamiento está muy bien, limpio sus enseres muy nuevos, eceptuando el frigo que creo es muy pequeño y enfriar la verdad poco. Los escalones para entrar que se hacen pesados.... Pero por lo demás os lo recomiendo está todo muy bien, la piscina y sus trabajadores estupendo, la playa de la Burriana una pasada de bien, sus paseos por el pueblo.... Yo os lo recomiendo como escapada.

Nerja in Spring

Spacious, well equipped apartment in well kept gardens. Lovely terrace for morning sun with furniture and shade. Lots of steps to access entrance. Bedroom furnishings basic but adequate.

Great appartment with excellent view.

We had a great holiday of 12 days. Quiet area in an up and down place. A bike or car would help when you go to town. Would consider to visit again. Fam Bosch
