Inside the exclusive Platamona Village, with playground area and private parking space, Villino Margherita extends over one level, has a private garden with barbecue and covered veranda, an ideal place to have meals outdoors and close to the sea. The villa has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds, two bathrooms, one with shower, living room with sofa and fireplace and equipped kitchen.
It benefits from portable air conditioning with penguin system, wifi and Netflix service.
The position of Villino Margherita, 30 minutes from Alghero airport and 15 minutes from the Port of Porto Torres, allows you to easily reach the most beautiful beaches of the north coast of Sardinia, being 30 minutes from Stintino and 20 minutes from Castelsardo.
In addition, about 1 km away there is a market that can be reached with a comfortable walk. At about 1 km there is also the Platamona pond, a sought-after place for those who love to take long walks among the paths that wind through the dunes and the greenery. The city of Sassari, where you can find the largest shopping centers, is about 15 minutes away.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
