--- The HOUSE "CASA BRUNELLESCHI" in VILLA CAFAGGIOLO sets over 2 levels; it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 persons (3 double beds + 3 single beds).
The total surface is about 1850 square feet (170 square metres). Plus, a private garden of more than 2000 square feet (about 200 square metres).
So, you’ll get a total of 3850 square feet ONLY FOR YOU!!!
The apartment is completely independent (private entrance).
The living room and dining room have direct access to the private patio-loggia and private garden.
The interiors are full of Italian charm… there is really a warm and homelike atmosphere.
--- The GROUND FLOOR consists of: 1 very big living room + 1 dining room + kitchen.
- Living room is very big. Actually it is composed by 2 rooms: lounge room + fireplace room.
It has a comfortable couches-sofas and armchairs, tables, antique furniture and a working fireplace. The room is very light because of the many, big windows; it has a large door with direct access to the patio-loggia and the garden.
- Dining room is composed by a large table and comfortable chairs (seat 8 persons) for your lunches and dinners. The dining room has direct access to the patio-loggia and the garden.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with sink, stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and many, many cooking utensils (pots, pans, bowls, dishes, glasses, cutlery…).
--- The FIRST FLOOR consists of: 3 big bedrooms + 2 bathrooms.
- Bedroom “1” has 1 double bed (Queen size) and 2 single-twins beds (these 2 beds are upstairs in the mezzanine).
- Bedroom “2” has 1 double bed (Queen size) + 1 single bed + ensuite bathroom + private terrace. This bedroom is very light because 2 walls are glass-walls. The bedroom opens to a lovely, private terrace that offers a nice view over the countryside. Besides, the small table and chairs enable you to sip a warm coffee for breakfast or to drink a glass of Chianti wine at sunset! The bedroom also opens (from another door), to the private garden.
- Bedroom “3” has 1 double bed (Queen size) and a small mezzanine where a wardrobe is located.
Bedrooms n.2 and n.3 are linked by a door.

All the beds are made up with crisp fresh linen (high thread 100% cotton); the bath towels are also 100% good quality cotton. We supply linens and towels at no cost; they are included in the rental price (weekly changes).
- Bathroom "1" is equipped with bathtub, shower, 2 basins/sinks, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, towels.
- Bathroom "2" is an ensuite bathroom; it is equipped with shower, basin/sink, toilet, towels.

--- The PRIVATE GARDEN
The garden is about 2000 square feet large (200 square metres). It is completely private (only for you!!!) and completely fenced (safe for your children).
The garden has a covered patio-loggia, just in front of the living room and the dining room. Also, there is a BBQ and a dining table with chairs (seats 8 persons) for Al Fresco Dining and some sunbeds.

The CASA BRUNELLESCHI is fully equipped with:
AIR CONDITIONING, WIFI internet access, Air Conditioning, NEW 32” Flat Screen TV, working fireplace, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, linens, towels and blankets, private barbeque in the private garden, outside garden furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, boiler, toaster, dishes, lots of pots and pans, several cutleries.

--- The SWIMMING POOL with SALTWATER
The swimming pool is about 20 feet large and 38 feet long (about 5,5x11,5 meters).
It's a saltwater pool (we add no chlore but salt) which makes the water healthy and silky.
The area around the pool is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers.
The pool is open from May 1 to September 30.

The VILLA CAFAGGIOLO ESTATE is composed by seven hectares of land cultivated with vineyards and olive groves.
Tranquillity and relax are assured, at the same time the Villa is only 2 km from the village of PONTASSIEVE, where you can find all the modern amenities: shops, banks, excellent restaurants, tennis courts. There is also a TRAIN STATION, that offers fast and cheap connections to Florence. Trains run every 20 minutes and it takes only 20 minutes ride to get in Florence downtown.
We provide TRANSFERS from the Villa to the train station.
This is A GREAT PLUS!!!

The VILLA is very CLOSE to FLORENCE (15 minutes drive; 20 minutes by train) and within 1 hour drive from mostly of the main attractions and sights that we have in Tuscany: Pisa, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Arezzo, Cortona, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi...
Roma and Venice are less the 2 hours far (by car or train).
