Niccolo was a great host and was easy to communicate with prior to the trip. House was spacious and clean and the property was beautiful. We took advantage of the cooking class with Barbara (extra cost) and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Only suggestion would be to rent a car- getting cabs/rideshare to and from was a challenge although we were able to walk 20 min to the train station

Amazing stay in Tuscan Villa!

We were two couples traveling through Italy, and spent several days at the Villa. It was absolutely beautiful, and convenient to everything. The family made it even more special with a personal tour or the region, and all of the special touches.

Amazing Tuscan Retreat

We traveled to Florence with our three children and our stay at this property was unbelievable!! We received a warm welcome from the owners, purchased a farm to table type basket and booked the private chef for a night. Everything was as authentic as you could get! We are so grateful we were able to book this and appreciate the amazing hospitality.

Everything about our stay was amazing, pool was refreshing, views were unbeatable, and our hosts were spectacular, if we ever make it back to Italy, we will make sure to include this place in our plans.

Best place for a family vacation

Niccolo, Barbara and the entire Pucci family are great hosts. We had super fun with Barbara's pasta cooking class, and really enjoyed Niccolo's awesome Chianti classic tour. The location of the villa is perfect, and it gives that rustic Tuscan villa feel. Highly recommend this anyway, especially for families.

Hidden Gem

The most amazing experience! The Villa and the company of the family was non other! Wish we have stayed longer, from check in to departure everything was above and beyond. Pucci family were the best part of the stay, so friendly and inviting, we felt like we were part of their family. Truly an amazing experience! Highly recommend

Lovely place. All you need is available in the house. A great seimming pool with nice view on the surrounding.We had the place at the backside of the house. While at the pool it was quite warm, the house and the terrace are nice cool.Nicollo was not in that week, but Paula, his mother , was our host. Telling all about the nicest parts of Italy. She was so friendly!Two days we visited Florence by train. Parking nearby the station and regular trains are leaving from the village nearby.

A peaceful and cozy home with a nice view of the Tuscan hills and vinyards. The air was fragrant with summer blooms. We took day trips to Florence and Montalcino, which were very scenic drives from the rental. We didn’t get a chance to meet Niccolo because he was out of town, but his mother was very sweet, caring, and helpful.

The Pucci family is amazing!

The information online is so accurate. Everything is just like the pictures - only better! We enjoyed the interaction with the Pucci family and took advantage of the services that they provided. Their many suggestions were helpful when touring the surrounding areas. We did find it helpful to rent a car so that we could enjoy the many day trips that are within 1-2 hours of the villa. We fell in love with Tuscany and the Pucci's made us feel like family! A dream come true vacation for us!

Beautiful views, the BEST hosts, & great location - Highly recommend!!

We stayed at the Villa for 3 days and had the best time. We took a cooking class at the property & had a blast. The host family is super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice house and pool

We had a very good time. Plenty of space for 6 people in the house and the private garden. We really enjoyed the pool area which was all new and very nice. Close to Florence, which is a must see but also located in a very beautyful landscape with hills, wineyards and olivetrees. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

I love Trail Running, I did some Ultra races (Ultra Trail Mont Blanc, Trail Sacred Forest...).
My family owns the Villa Cafaggiolo estate since almost 50 years; it took a long time and a hard work to transform and old farmhouse (abandoned in the sixties) into an amazing, comfortable villa as it is now.
We began this business of renting our apartments in Villa Cafaggiolo, in 1998
 so we are hosting and meeting people for all over the world, since 22 years now!

"" I have stayed at Villa Cafaggiolo several times in the past 10 years. It is a beautiful property, perfectly situated on a commuter train line 20 minutes East of Florence. The property itself is very picturesque with all of the buildings done in Tuscan farm style. There is a lovely swimming pool and a rose garden. But what makes the experience of visiting Cafaggiolo so memorable is the warmth and friendliness and helpfulness of the owners, the Pucci family. We had a very warm welcome from Paola and we instantly hit it off.
Paola and Niccolo were very helpful suggesting local hot spots and where to go.
