Cet appartement élégant et chic a été entièrement rénové en avril 2017 pour répondre à des normes très élevées, avec un mobilier tout neuf, des lits de haute qualité, et maintenant, en janvier 2019, la salle de bains privative a subi une refonte complète avec le restylage de la chambre principale superbe appartement le facteur wow à partir du moment où vous entrez, un endroit parfait pour se détendre, se détendre et profiter de vos vacances. L'appartement dispose d'une connexion Internet par fibre et Wi-Fi gratuite et d'une sélection complète de chaînes de télévision en anglais, néerlandais, allemand, français, suédois, espagnol, etc., ainsi que de vidéos gratuites sur demande. Idéalement situé dans le quartier calme d'El Portet, à seulement 1 minute à pied du village de pêcheurs cosmopolite de Moraira avec sa plage Pavillon bleu et son large choix de restaurants, bars et boutiques. En entrant dans l'appartement lumineux et spacieux, la vue est tout simplement magnifique et donne sur la marina de Moraira, la mer et Calpe Rock. La terrasse est orientée vers le sud. Vous pourrez donc profiter du soleil en été et en hiver tout au long de l'année. Le mobilier confortable du salon en fait un lieu idéal pour prendre votre petit-déjeuner, votre déjeuner, votre dîner ou simplement un verre de vin relaxant tout en profitant de la vue et du son des vagues. Il y a une cuisine très moderne et bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, four, plaque de cuisson et une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. L'appartement dispose de deux belles chambres conçues pour le confort et la détente, l'une étant la suite parentale avec son balcon privé pittoresque offrant un ensoleillement optimal et donnant sur la rue calme El Portet. La suite dispose également d'un dressing / bureau très bien équipé. de nouveau avec un balcon privé et une élégante salle de bains avec une grande douche, tous peuvent être fermés par une porte pour plus d’intimité depuis le reste de l’appartement. La salle de bain d'invité a également une douche. Il y a une place de parking privée qui vient avec l'appartement et qui est accessible par ascenseur depuis le parking souterrain et l'entrée de la rue. Restez au frais en été et au chaud en hiver avec le système de climatisation central. La magnifique baie et la plage d'El Portet se trouvent également à seulement 10 minutes à pied. Par conséquent, si vous recherchez une retraite paisible et centrale, pour profiter de vacances en famille ou d'une escapade romantique, ce charmant appartement est parfait.

Check in was so easy Paula was so lovely and welcoming. The location of the appartment was amazing and had everything you needed. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and bakery below for coffee and croissants. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you xx

Our second time in this apartment as we love its location and wonderful views from the balcony.Only gave 4* this time as some of the kitchen facilities are showing signs of wear and tear, with rust in the dishwasher for example, and the bedroom dressing room shutters still don’t appear to be working, two years since our previous stay. However, these were small details and we still very much enjoyed our stay with all comfort and amenities needed.Great communications and attention from Paula who is a very welcoming and accommodating host for arrival and during our stay.

I do appreciate your observations on improvements in the kitchen area, and can confirm this has been done. also the dishwasher tray has been replaced with a new one. I omitted to tell you that the blinds do need the little handle to wind them up, which had been left in the basket by the cleaners probably. On your next visit all will be perfect again.

A great flat all around

We stayed for a week and explored the town and attended family events nearby. The location is was most convenient, had great views, and everything we needed while relaxing at the flat. We really enjoyed being there during festival week.

Lovely, relaxing stay

Wonderful apartment right in the heart of Moraira. Beautiful sea views and a 2 minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants. A proper home from home and Paula couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. Would recommend this apartment to couples and families alike as has everything you need for a lovely, relaxing break in beautiful Moraira.

Amazing Apartment

Our stay was so amazing that we will be looking to go again next year. Everything was on point, the apartment was modern and fresh, we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. So much choices and the good thing was that all shops, beaches and restaurants were a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

Everything about the apartment was great. Very clean, really nice modern decor, very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony with amazing view. The location was prefect for walking to all the local bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Everything ran very smooothly as Paula was a great host who kept in touch and was very helpful if we needed any information. Will definetly go back again.

beautiful Moraira

its a amazing location, but it really could do with a up grade, the little shower room is very very small. Paula the property manager was helpful,the photos make it look better than it is, but the location is perfect for bars and restaurants.

To be clear, the apartment was renovated and redecorated less than 2 years ago, and is in a perfect condition. Nice apartment with everthing you need. Nice and clean comfy beds good location for beach, bars and restaurants. It has a underground car park which is handy but not suitable for large cars. Paula is a very nice and helpful lady always on hand to help you if required.

Memorable week in Moraira

We had a super week in Moraira, Paula met us promptly at the apt and showed us around . The apartment is in an ideal location, just up some steps from main shopping street, close to everything , no need for a car and beautiful views of both the Marina and Calpe .

Highly recommended

From booking, communication has been excellent with Paula. She answered any questions promptly and met us on arrival. The apartment is spacious and very clean with excellent views of the marina and sea. We arrived during a local fiesta which made it extra special. Excellent location, lots of fabulous restaurants - we ate in a different one each night. Very highly recommended 😊

Modern Apartment with phantastic view

Very well located in the middle of Moraira. Great view from the balcony. Air-conditioned which is very helpful in summertime. Modern equipped apartment including an incredible variety of TV- and Movie programs in all languages.

Beautiful Apartment

Reecently enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, it literally has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday with a view from the balcony that we'll remember for a long time. Communication with Paula was efficient and she kindly met us to show us the apartment and answer any questions we had about the AC, TV or Wifi etc - A real home from home with all high end furnishings, bedding and kitchen equipment, many thanks for providing such a beautiful property to the holiday rental market.

High quality apartment with a superb view of the sea.

We had an enjoyable stay in Moraira. The property was beautifully furnished and all needs were catered for. The artwork and the lighting had been carefully chosen. The bed was very comfortable and the dressing room helped to keep everything tidy. Moraira offers plenty of restaurants and shops and the position of the apartment means it is easy to walk everywhere. All went smoothly on arrival as our agent met us and showed us the property including taking us to see the local restaurants and shops.

Firstly, let me say that I am quite picky. Paula’s condo was AMAZING! The property is even better than pictured and the location is perfect. You only need to walk out the door & you are just a small stairway from the seafront with all of its shops and restaurants. The condo was immaculately clean & well appointed. Three balconies were such a delight! Paula was an amazing person and host. The followed some of her recommendations & they were wonderful. We hated to leave but can confidently recommend this property to anyone. Thanks again Paula!
