We’re thrilled to hear you had a great stay!

Thank you for staying with us in Unit C! We're so glad you enjoyed the clean space, beautiful bay views, and quiet atmosphere. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to host you again soon!

Thanks for sharing your feedback — we’re happy to hear you enjoyed the property, the short walk to the beach, and the pet‑friendly setup. I’ll make sure your recommendation gets to the right person. We’re glad you had a great overall experience and look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the sleeping arrangements. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive expecting accommodations for four guests and find that the futon had recently been replaced and was no longer available. We appreciate you reaching out to us on the day of check-in, and we’re sorry that the alternative option of moving to the other house mid-week was not a convenient solution. We completely understand wanting to unpack and settle in without having to move again during your vacation. We are reviewing the listing information to make sure the sleeping arrangements are accurately represented and to prevent this type of misunderstanding in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with ants in the kitchen and understand how frustrating that must have been. During your stay, our office was closed, and we were not made aware of the issue until the next business day, after your stay had already ended. Our after-hours emergency line was available during your stay, and we certainly would have appreciated the opportunity to address the problem sooner had we been contacted. Once we became aware of the issue, we took care of it. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and sharing the video with us. We’re glad to hear that you otherwise found the property clean and enjoyed your stay at Slaughter Beach.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the property, found it clean and as advertised, and had an overall great stay. We sincerely apologize for the unexpected wasp situation, especially knowing that you have an allergy. We’re very glad our maintenance team was able to respond quickly and take care of the issue. We will absolutely pass along your thank-you to him! Thank you again for staying with us and for your kind words. We truly appreciate it and would be delighted to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback! I am so sorry about the internet issue, I did not realize that wasn't fixed after we sent someone out and she said it was taken care of. Must have just been the TV, but I will look into it ASAP so thank you for letting us know. We have not heard about any internet issues since your stay. It is noted on our contracts that guests are to provide their own towels, blankets, paper and soap products. The cleaning company does currently provide linens. Please note, this unit absolutely does not have a view of the water, it's simply on the property behind the main house which is on the water. You can swim, but I do always recommend water shoes if you have them. It's quite shallow for a while since this is a bay beach and not an ocean beach. Hope you enjoy the rest of your year! - Ideal Property Solutions

Thank you so much for your review, we greatly appreciate it and glad you had a nice time on your vacation! We hope you book with us again in the future at any of the units! Have a wonderful rest of your summer. -Ideal Property Solutions

Thank you so much for your review, we appreciate the feedback. I know you had called our office about a week after you departed so we were not able to help during your stay. 1. I apologize for inconsiderate neighbors that may have slammed their car doors. This is the first I am hearing of this, so we can make a note in the check-in instructions for the future. 2. There is 1 spot per unit and you can call the town for additional parking, all of which is noted in the check-in instructions but I will note it in the listing as well! 3. I apologize, both the mattress and the pull out sofa are new to the property, but we have informed the owner to see if she is able to replace in the near future. 4. I am sorry the ceilings were low, unfortunately there is nothing I can do about the building not having high ceilings. 5. We reached out to the cleaner and let her know about the sunroom so she was able to take care of that ASAP. Thank you for letting us know! 6. There is AC at the property so I'm not sure why it would not be circulating but we have not had any issues since your stay regarding the AC. We're happy to help if anyone has a problem during their stay (office line and emergency line given). 7. Dogs are allowed on the beach. The town specifies that they are to be leashed at all times. We do note this to every guest in our check-in instructions. Unfortunately, there are other neighbors with dogs that are not under our management but it is a safe environment for our guests, including children and families as we have not had any problems in the past. The photos in the listing are current for this year and accurate. If anything changes, we update the listing as quickly as possible. Thanks again for the feedback. - Ideal Property Solutions

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We really appreciate the feedback and love how thorough you were with what you were able to enjoy nearby, I'll have to check some of that out next time I'm in the area myself. Hope to have you stay again in the future. Enjoy the rest of your summer! - Ideal Property Solutions
