Studio (4ème étage) avec une vue fantastique sur la mer, les jardins et la piscine du fabuleux complexe Minerva. Cuisine américaine entièrement équipée et salle de bain de luxe. TV et DVD sont inclus avec toutes les chaînes anglaises habituelles. Une promenade de dix minutes en haut de la colline vous amène à la petite ville d'Arroyo de la Miel où vous trouverez encore plus de bars et de restaurants ainsi que des supermarchés et une sélection de magasins. Un court trajet en taxi ou en bus vous amènera au vieux village pittoresque de Benalmadena Pueblo, qui abrite ses bars et restaurants exclusifs. Une courte promenade sur la colline jusqu'à la plage et la promenade vous mènera à la charmante marina ou même marcher un peu plus loin vers la station balnéaire animée de Torremolinos.

An amazing stay

Thank you Catherine for an amazing stay at your apartment it literally had everything you could need! The pool area was great for children and it’s so central to everything! I only wish I could have stayed more than two weeks! We can’t wait to return next year!

I stayed at Catherine's place for a month while trying to find somewhere longterm, and I had such a great stay. Very easy to get in contact with Catherine before, during and after my stay. The apartment has everything it needs and a great location, and a lovely view from the terrace over a green area and the sea. I will definitely recommend Catherine's place!

Benalmadena holiday

The studio flat is great for two people who are all the time out. From the balcony we had the best views of Benalmadena. One super quality of the studio is not overlooked, even though there are lots of blocks around. They do not restrict the panoramic view of the town, the sea, the hils. That is the best quality we loved.

A very happy and relaxing stay

Wow what a wonderful stay. From making the initial booking months before we travelled, to the day we left. Catherine and Peter you have a gem of an apartment, and you are the perfect hosts, you have been extremely helpful throughout. The apartment itself is well equipped with a lovely balcony to observe the views of the mountain, sea and well maintained gardens. The staff at the complex are friendly and approachable and despite our lack of Spanish we communicated well. The apartment is very central for bars/restaurants. The bus service is excellent and the bus stops are very nearby. One of the downsides to the holiday is the amount of hills you need to climb to get to places but with the transport being very good if you plan your routes using the timetable you can mostly stay on the flat.

Small but perfectly formed

Catherine was lovely, communication was excellent. Studio has everything you need for 2 people who just need a base to sleep and get washed. The studio is part of a large block so noise can be slight problem. The blocks located around 10 minutes walk to the beach but it is uphill so wouldn’t recommend for people with walking difficulties. There are some shops, cafes and bars much closer. There is wi fi but it’s not very good, this is out of the owners control. Lovely gardens at the side which the balcony faces and the views are fantastic.

super value and very comfortable!!!

we've stayed in this lovely studio apartment for 14 nights. It is very clean and modern. There is one double bed and one sofa bed. Both are very comfortable. The mattress on the sofa bed is very thick (double - it is convenient for a couple). The double bed is very comfortable too. The aircon and van is a very good combination and we had very good night sleeps even it was very hot outside. The balcony is super as you can relax there with an amazing view. The bathroom is perfect and clean. The kitchen part is really well equipped and I could cook some dish if we did not want to go out for dinner. I could recommend to families with 2 children or even 3 if the kids are young or any couple who wants to have some relaxing holiday for a very reasonable price. The apartment is on the 4th floor so the pool is close. The pool is very clean too and there are pools for children so even very young kids can enjoy. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to have a lovely holiday and want to keep the cost down.

Very comfortable and clean

The owners were always avaiable for direct contact and responded promptly, as did maintenance people when called upon. Very comfortable studio with beautiful viewsnover the garden and those all important sunsets. Complex wifi has very weak signal for this apartment, will not even load a page. recommend 'Wifiaway' mifi (delivered from Madrid) but this is an added cost unless owners decide to install a router at some point.

Benalmadena Apartment 13/12/2018 to 27/12/2018

The studio was very clean and tidy with everything as stated and more. First Christmas abroad and would love to do it again the area has all you could wish for restaurants bars quiet spots too. Paloma park which the studio overlooks is beautiful. All grounds were well kept. We were lucky enough to have warm sometimes hot days for our stay. The hosts although not on site were more than helpful in every way. Many Thanks to Catherine and Peter. Happy 2019 from Liz and Alan x
