Had a fantastic time.
Was almost perfect.
What would have made it outstanding, would be a safe for security.
Mattresses on pool sun loungers.
A rotary line for drying washing.
2 pillows per person on the beds.
It was a great place enjoyed by us all.

Relaxing but close to Amenities
A lovely well equipped villa exactly as the website photos. The pool is superb. Although close to the Coral bay strip the outside areas were quiet and relaxing. Communication and check in with the property management was easy and efficient. A proper big bed in the main room and nice bed linen and plenty of towels provided.
Just a couple of negatives - there was no safe in the property, although a 4 bed villa there was only one umbrella by the pool and of course paying for all the electricity not just air con. Just to give you an idea it cost us €140 for a week for 2 adults using air con in only one bedroom. I think the villa is well priced to reflect this but you need to factor it in to the cost

Good Villa with last minute changes
Was originally meant for Villa magnolia, however due to an over booking was moved to Katerina.
Villa was good, all amenities and good location.
Due to complications with booking, we overlooked the fact we have to pay for our own electricity, however it was made clear by the agents. Would have been nice to meet the agents in person to clarify things properly, all communication was over WhatsApp.
Oven was brand new with tape still inside - a good job we noticed before we turned it on, would have been nice to know in advance.
Fridge didn't get very cold but did the job.
Would be better to include electricity in the price, as heated pool will use an amount as standard.
Overall good villa, would stay stay again.
