Villa Hestia est une luxueuse villa de 3 chambres entièrement meublée avec une piscine privée de 5m x 10m, située au coeur du village de Coral Bay dans un cul-de-sac privé relaxant. Disponible à la location directement auprès du propriétaire cette villa est en excellent état et est équipée de meubles de luxe à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Cette villa plaira aux familles et aux clients qui recherchent un séjour luxueux à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Coral Bay. En tant que propriétaire de Villa Hestia, je prends beaucoup de fierté dans ma propriété et l'ai fourni à un niveau très élevé partout. Dehors, il y a trois salles à manger et salon donnant sur la piscine, équipée de tables et chaises, chaises longues, parasol et un barbecue. J'ai une équipe de gestion 5 étoiles qui s'occupe de la propriété toute l'année et fournit un service de première classe qui comprend le nettoyage, le lavage, le nettoyage à mi-parcours, l'entretien de la piscine et l'entretien des jardins paysagers.

Fabulous villa with everything you need. Was very well presented and comfortable. The pool was superb and the Roman steps were great for us mature ladies, only suggestion would be for a handrail on these steps. Location was great for everything. Even though we were behind the main strip we were not disturbed by any noise. So convenient for all restaurants, bars and shops. Communication and booking process was clear and easy. Everyone was very helpful and booked airport transfers for us and answered any questions.Would definitely book again and recommend for anyone looking to stay in Coral Bay.

Great villa with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Ideal placement to get to lots of restaurants and shops on foot. I was worried it might be noisy being so close to bars with entertainment but it didn’t bother us at all.Very clean villa and pool cleaned regularly.Just be careful on the stairs as I fell down them so I was unable to enjoy part of my holiday.

Beautiful villa, central location with easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent WiFi connection. The villa has everything you would need and the management company were fantastic. Carrie from ROCA was brilliant in resolving a problem with our pool and had someone out to help us in 30 minutes. Great location for exploring the island by car, lots of great tourist sites close to Coral bay, definitely go to Paphos harbour, Aphrodites rock, Latchi, Geroskipou Beach, Sea caves and the Trudos mountains. Thank you Charlie for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. I would highly recommend a stay here and we hope to return soon.

Fantastic holiday

Very nice Villa close to all restaurants and a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Pool area was very relaxing, shared with the cats. Plenty of shade if needed and a large balcony for a few drinks in the evening. You dont really need a car as close to some great restaurants and the bus on thd main strip takes you in to Paphos. Change there for the Waterpark and also Paphos Old Town, well worth a visit. Would visit again without hesitation...

We shared this villa with friends , who's daughter was getting married in Paphos so it's was just a short drive away. Don't know where to start this villa was amazing, it did exactly what it said on the tin and more , we have recommended it to all our friends and family. Week away for a wedding.

We are leaving this holiday having falling in love with Cyprus. The villa was perfect for the 3 of us, me and my partner and my Mum stayed in the villa for a week whilst attending a wedding that took place in coral bay. The villa was perfect and spacious. Our flight was late and we were able to stay in the villa until we were picked up which made the last day more enjoyable (even though we were sad to leave) perfect location with plenty going on just round the corner. 3 people have already asked for the details for the villa just from a few photos I had posted. Absolutely loved it and we will definitely be back.

Fabulous Villa

Absolutely lovely Villa. Could not fault anything. Carrie from property Management called the day after our arrival to introduce herself and to make sure everything was ok, which it was. The location of the Villa was perfect for Coral Bay Strip, with all its bars, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend eating at Les Amis and Rio Grande - they are owned by 3 brothers, who were very welcoming. We ate there lots of times as the food in both are excellent.

Fantastic villa

Absolutely perfect holiday, from start to finish! The villa was beautifully clean and well presented and the location was fab - just a short walk from the bars and restaurants. The pool was just what we needed with the hot weather! Spent most of our days there! Also loved the cats who visited us, was my son’s highlight! Communication between the villa owner and management company was very quick and easy. Thank you so much for an amazing 10 days! We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent Villa.

Excellent villa, only thing that wasn’t clear was on air con downstairs and just in bedrooms. Initially I thought this would be an issue but was not. The villa was lovely and clean and location was ideal. Yea you could hear the awful karaoke from the Main Street but was never an issue when going to sleep for me or the children. The travel cot wasn’t the best but when the issue was highlighted a new cot was delivered within the hour which was very impressive. All in all, a fantastic villa in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Villa Hestia - AMAZING PLACE

When we landed in Paphos we were greeted by Matteus our taxi driver which was arranged through Chris and the management team we had a very comfortable journey to Coral Bay on arrival at the villa the first things we noticed was the amazing location, HUGE pool and back garden and how clean the whole villa was! We fell in love with the 4 cats including 2 kittens named by the previous holiday makers Ronnie and Reggie (we did leave a little note to say please feed them to the next holiday makers we hope you got our message) All the restuarants in Coral Bay were amazing but we loved Samisen Japanese Tepanyaki the chefs were hilarious! The villa was in the perfect location! Thank you so much Chris for letting us stay in your beautiful villa we couldnt have asked for a better holiday and thank you Roca for helping us while we were there with places to eat and sorting our transfers. We will 100% be returing to this villa! Mr & Mrs Stubbs

Wonderful villa in great location

We stopped here for the first week of October, Cyprus still being very hot at this time of year. Chris had arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and deliver us to the front door of this amazing villa. There was only the two of us for this visit but you would have had plenty of room if there were six or seven as there are three good size bedrooms and a huge outside area which has quality furniture for dining, chilling or roasting yourself in the Cypriot sun. There's also a very good BBQ that's great if you fancy a night in by the illuminated pool area stuffing your face and getting tipsy (as we did) Although the location is very peaceful and you would think you were quite out of the way of things, you can leave via the handy back gate and be at the doors of a dozen or so very good bars and restaurants within two minutes. The bus to Paphos also leaves this bar street every twenty minutes or so and it's worth visiting the harbour and old town. We have had such a great time and can't thank Chris enough for the use of his home for the week. We have already recommended Villa Hestia to a friend who has contacted Chris to make a booking.

Beautiful Villa with everything you need

We loved Villa Hestia. It felt very safe and secure and the pool was huge. Plenty of comfortable furniture dotted around so always sun or shade to choose from. If you want to self cater this Villa is very well equipped but it was so warm we only managed to make breakfasts, eating out in one of the many good close by restaurants on Coral Bay strip. Corrallo and La Trattoria Vigna were highlights. Pick up salads and kebabs from Yummy Yummy a few mins stroll away for lunch by the pool. Villa is directly behind the Strip so there is some music to be heard when sitting out with a nightcap but once locked up for the night I heard nothing. No noisy neighbours and as it’s a cul de sac no noisy passers by. I would argue it’s more than a 15 minute walk to sea, but I walk with a stick so it’s not a fair comparison. The last part of the walk is a slope down with the inevitable slope back up so if you aren’t a fan of walking in the heat take one of the frequent buses that run up and down the strip. We chose to drive, there are plentiful parking spaces at both Coral Bay and Corallia beach.On the whole it’s a really good base to explore. Comfortable, great air con in the bedrooms, and a real sense of peace. Really good comms with Carrie from the management company who helped with transfers etc. On the whole I would very much recommend.

Fabulous villa, perfect location

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa. Situated one row back behind the strip it was perfectly placed. Surprisingly quiet considering how close we were and never an issue with noise. Very relaxing and peaceful when sunbathing around the pool.The villa is a great size and well equipped. Always plenty of hot water, WiFi was excellent, comfortable beds and sofas with ample outdoor seating too. There were cats visiting and sitting on outdoor furniture often which left hair on the cushions which was slightly annoying but a lint roller usually cleans this easily tho.Pool was a good size and clean, and just about warm enough in late April.Off street covered parking although at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so no issue for parking on street.Bars and restaurants were just a 2-3 minute walk away, 2 beaches a five minute drive or a 15 mins walk, both really nice.We had some lovely food on the strip but travelling within 10-15 by car there are lots of restaurants along the coast too.Phillipos supermarket is a 2 min drive or 10 mins walk. They stock lots of English products but we found the local products were lovely too and reasonable prices. Carrie from property management called on second day to check all was ok, she was lovely and helpful. And also allowed us to check out later on our departure day due to a later flight.Overall we had a wonderful relaxing stay and will definitely return, thank you for a fabulous stay.

Ruime villa met mooi terras met veel zitjes en ligstoelen

Heerlijk ruim huis met airco’s in alle slaapkamers. Groot zwembad en terras met vier verschillende zitplekken, met of zonder schaduw. Heel comfortabel. Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke caretaker die snel antwoord op vragen. Geen koffiezet apparaat aanwezig maar verder alles wat nodig was. Wel schakelen de airco’s automatisch na max 2 uur gebruik uit, wat betekent dat het gedurende de nacht in de slaapkamers snel weer te warm wordt, en de airco weer moet worden aangezet. In oktober is niet veel koeling nodig en het zou prettiger zijn als de airco gewoon zachtjes aan blijft. Helaas ook veel avonden zeer luide muziek vanuit nabij gelegen cafe tot na middernacht, dus oordoppen nodig om in te slapen. Daarmee was het probleem wel opgelost. Voor een week genoeg leuke dingen te zien en te doen binnen 20 tot 70 min rijafstand van villa. Overall, heel fijne week gehad.

Sweet and sour

The villa itself can’t be faulted and pool were great. However it’s location is very close to Main Street which was very noisy at the weekends, until 2 am in the morning, and also very rundown . There is a quad bike hire shop at rear of property which from 7.30am onwards you were deafened by motor bikes starting up and revving continuously. Persons should be made aware of the cats that freely roam the grounds of villa. A window in villa had been left unlocked by cleaners but hidden behind a closed blind , which we were unaware of, as we did not use this window and had no reason to check it as it states in villa manual that all windows and doors should be locked after leaving. This resulted in the villa getting broken into when we were asleep upstairs in the early hours of third night and had our cash stolen. I reported this to owner and management company who both seemed blasé about matter. This unfortunately ruined the rest of our holiday.

We are pleased to hear you found Villa Hestia & it’s private pool faultless, we take so much pride and keep up with maintenance at the property to ensure all guests can enjoy their stay. The villa is within close proximity of the bars and restaurants which the majority of guests like and choose for ease and enjoyment so I’m sorry you didn’t like this, we can recommend more peaceful villas should you wish to return to Cyprus. I’m also sorry if you did not like the cats, unfortunately they roam the whole island. Coral is our main girl who has lived on this street since the villas were built over 15 years ago, she has recently been poorly and all the villa owners have contributed to her vetinary treatment, it’s actually rather wonderful. There are some awful people who have previously poisoned the cats, charities in Cyprus are neutering cats, you can see the clip in an ear if a cat has had this surgery and will hopefully reduce the population of cats in time. We are terribly sorry for the event that occurred during your stay. However I disagree that both ourselves and our management company were blasé about the matter. Our management company visited you the day of the incident and suggested to call the police however you did not want to take the matter further. We were absolutely gutted receiving your email upon your return home, we followed up the issue by speaking to our management, having the window checked for a locking issue, added an extra security notice into the welcome pack, we have also made plans to have security cameras fitted. Unfortunately there are some awful people in this world and I’m sorry if it ruined your holiday. If you respond to my emails, I’m sure we can come to some agreement to help resolve the situation.

My Name is Charlie Maud Buckerfield and I am the daughter of Tansy Curtis, Villa Hestia owner. Tansy has owned the villa since new in 2005, the villa was carefully selected off-plan, taking into consideration the location for all the local amenities such as restaurants, bars and the local sandy beach. It is a pleasure working closely with my Mum to plan and update the interior design and maintain a high standard of living for our guests. We have a great maintenance company alongside gardeners and cleaners maintaining the appearance of the Villa throughout the year. Since owning the Villa we have shared plenty of fantastic holidays at Villa Hestia starting with family holidays when we were younger to now sharing this fantastic location with friends. I can honestly say there is something for everyone here.

Villa Hestia is situated in the heart of Coral Bay and was chosen off plan as a holiday rental because of its great location to the restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beach and local towns. All amenities are a very short walk away, literally just around the corner, local bus stops and taxi ranks are situated in the high street for further travel. Villa Hestia is a contemporary style 3 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms, open plan living and a swimming pool within landscaped gardens, it is the perfect holiday for families, couples and friends.
