Seaglass, sur la plage de Ponte Vedra!

Lorsque vous entrez pour la première fois dans Seaglass, vous serez submergé par la vue imprenable sur l'océan. Étant au 2ème étage, il n'y a rien entre vous, la plage et l'eau scintillante. Seaglass est un condo spacieux avec beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille! Profitez de regarder votre télévision à écran plat dans le salon, ou tout simplement vous détendre sur la véranda avec sa propre table à manger et son mobilier confortable. Le bruit des vagues vous endormira!

La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et il y a un charmant petit déjeuner bar qui peut accueillir 3 personnes dans la cuisine. Tous avec des appareils mis à jour et entièrement approvisionnés!

La chambre principale fait également face à la véranda et ses vues spectaculaires. Profitez de votre salle de bain et douche avec vanités doubles! Le lit king size est parfait pour dormir et regarder des films en fin de soirée sur la nouvelle télévision.

Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont toutes deux des lits jumeaux. Le 2ème ayant une salle de bain et le 3ème avec sa propre télévision et salle de bain couloir.

Birthday stay

Overall rating very good but AC did not work as well in back bedrooms so was hot back there and the outside porch area could use a redo—furniture not comfortable at all and old.

Perfect location

I absolutely fell in love with this area. It is convenient to restaurants and stores and it’s right on the beach. We loved sitting on the porch with the doors open listening to the ocean waves. Just perfect! The inside is somewhat dated and could use a little upgrading, but it was clean and everything worked. Loved being able to plug our phone into the speaker and play music. We are already talking about coming back!

Great place by the sea

We loved our stay here. The condo was easy to find, fitted out perfectly for our family, and the view of the sea and access to it was incredible. This wasn’t a problem to us, but the listing said there were two bedrooms with king bed, and there are actually two bedroom with two queens and one bedroom with a king. Not sure if that was an update that needs to be made in the listing. The kitchen had the tools we needed to cook from the condo and the lanai was fantastic. Many of us spent a lot of time reading and talking out there. Wonderful breeze, covered, screened in and comfortable furniture. We’d love to stay here again when we visit family here.

So much more room than we have been use to in Hilton Head. We loved the view, the fact that the beach is sooooo close. Having 4 adults and two 15 year old girls it is wonderful to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kendra is a great hostess. The condo is great and we are already wanting to come back next year.

Love Breakers at PVB

Great condo on beach, very easy check in, property manager Kendra very responsive and helpful. Our family has vacationed at Ponte Vedra Beach for over 50 years and it is still our favorite. Great time to go middle of May. Amazing job by the county rebuilding the beach, a colossal undertaking done beautifully well. There are very few places you can go and stay right on the beach, unobstructed views, hear the waves, watch the osprey, duck because it feels like the pelicans might fly in the window, eat outside on the porch or inside. The Breakers have held up well over time. We’ll be back.

Wonderful view 2/5 days

This property is amazing for a relaxing stay near the beach! It is clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view. My husband, myself, and our three teenagers stayed 5 nights at this property, and on our very first morning, we saw dolphins. We enjoyed waking up and eating bfast, lunch, and dinner on the lanai the first 2 days but were disappointed to see a ladder and workers outside on the third day while we were making lunch and relaxing inside for the afternoon. The workers were on the ladders for several hours and we felt uncomfortable being watched. On the morning of the 4th day, the outside of the lanai porch was covered in opaque plastic and remained covered until our departure on the 5th day. Apparently, the outside of the condo was being painted. We were highly disappointed that our view of the ocean was obstructed 3/5 days since our booking of the condo was solely selected for the proximity of the ocean and its view.

Always a pleasure staying at Kendra's properties

We've stayed in Kendra managed condos on Ponte Vedra Beach many times now and they are always great visits. The location is perfect: Quiet with access out your back door to the beach and a short drive to dining and shopping and the check in and check out processes are easy. Kendra is always very responsive to any questions. The condos she manages were mostly built in the 80s and some have been updated more than others but the pics will tell you what's there. Regardless of how current they are, they are always clean and in good working order and you won't find a better location which is why we've been coming back twice a year for many years now. I highly recommend any PVB condo managed by Kendra and her team.

Wonderful and Recharged

The condo was well supplied with everything we needed. The furnishings had a great beachy vibe - all and all a truly wonderful place to vacation! Our property manager was excellent - answered all our questions immediately and felt like she was looking after us. Thanks for the fabulous vacation!

The condo is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It’s fully equipped in the kitchen and has plenty of linens and towels. Kendra was very sweet and attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent there again. We had a fantastic time’

Fantastic trip!

We had an amazing time. The condo is wonderful and the location could not be any better, being right on the beautiful Ponte Vedra beach. The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms, nice kitchen that is well-equipped and my favorite part is the large porch looking out on the ocean. This was our second time in this specific condo and hope to go there again! The property manager, Kendra is also wonderful to work with and very responsive.

10th visit with Kendra excellent

We've been going to PVB 2 or 3 times a year for many years and always stay in one of Kendra's properties on the beach. They are always spotless and Kendra thinks of everything. This visit was no exception. She even left fresh flowers in our condo this time! You can't beat the location and Kendra is very helpful and responsive. We'll be back again in a few months.

A great weekend

Even with Tropical storm Nicole bearing down on Florida, we enjoyed our stay at Sea Glass condominium, which we rented to attend a family wedding at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. The location was perfect, the space was generous and quiet. Working with Kendra Jordan was easy and very pleasant.

Wonderful stay

We had an awesome stay at this property. Our group was pleasantly surprised by how much bigger the property looked in person compared to the pictures. Plenty of room in the kitchen, living area, porch, and bedrooms. Direct access to the beach from a back stair well off the porch was another big plus. The beach itself was beautiful and almost entirely private along this stretch with just a few people walking by periodically. The sand was smooth, not rocky, and it was so flat you could go way out into the water and still be able to stand. Knocked one star for cleanliness since the stand alone ice maker was in need of cleaning and the ice it made was not suitable for consumption/drinks, but we just used it to fill up our cooler and used the ice maker in the fridge for drinks. Overall, this is perhaps the first property I've stayed that I would be excited to return to.
