The villla was exactly as described. Thoughtful gesutres like having hats and umbrellas enhanced our stay. The owner even agreed for late checkout for no additional charges!

WOW! Gorgeous home that helped us feel right at home. Very well decorated, supplied and clean! Pool area super and great temperature. Cold weather upon arrival so owner ran the pool pump continuously with heat for a week, keeping it swimmable. Had a plumbing issue while there and talked to owner, who sent the repair folks over very quickly, who took care of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this home!

The host was awesome at communicating. The property was clean and as described. A few hiccups included not enough toilet paper or soap to accomodate the guests for the entire length of stay, a faulty ceiling fan, and the temperature being set warmer than what we are accustomed to. The host helped us adjust the temp as soon as we asked, but the minimum was 73, which we just weren't used to as we were coming from winter in Minnesota. Overall, we had a pleasant experience!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and celebrated my daughter’s 10th bday. The house was just what we needed. Spacious, clean, kitchen stocked and heated pool/spa. Definitely recommend paying for the heated pool/spa if traveling in the winter months. Communication was great…got a response quickly when needed. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Chris & Karen

Nice getaway home

Home was clean and comfortable. Nice pool area. Would have liked stronger jets in the hot tub. Home in a pretty quiet neighborhood.

School convention and mini-vacation.

We just spend 8 days here for a school convention and it was the best stay! The house has everything you need and more. We loved the pool and gaming tables. It was nice to have some activities in the home after our long convention days! We hope to return this fall or early spring! The host is super friendly and quick to respond! We have already shared this listing with some of our friends.

Awesome house

Definitely worth the money we paid to have a nice little space of our own while on vacation! The kids loved the pool/hot tub & so did we. The kitchen was nice so we could make dinner/breakfast. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay & the location was even better, not crazy busy and still close to a bunch of attractions!

Great home

The house was great. Pool was warm and clean. The back primary bed was the first bed at a vrbo that was comfortable and did hurt my back. We will definitely be back. The owner's are very responsive to messages.

Excellent House with everything you need!

I recommend paying the extra (winter months) for the electric heat for the pool and spa. We spent every night out in the lanai swimming. The kitchen is well stocked.The layout of the house is perfect. This is a Perfect home for two adult-couples; no one fights over the master suite, you have two!!

Beautiful home from home

Absolutely gorgeous property owned by Chris & Karen with the help of Lee & Sharon. A beautiful villa in such an ideal location close to champions gate and very quick drive to Disney. Very much a home away from home and already planning to book there again.

Felt like home!

We spent 10 weeks at this house. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great location to get to both coasts as well as Disney and Universal. The house was large and had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for five days in the park. It’s about a 20-25 minute drive, which we felt was reasonable. Our kids enjoyed the pool on our rest days, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

HI, I'm Chris along with my Wife Karen we have owned our property on Sandy Ridge since the community was first established in 2004.

We take great pride in maintaining our house to a high standard. We love making sure that our guests enjoy their stay by providing all the amenities that they would need for a comfortable vacation. Sandy Ridge is a lovely community within a conservation area, yet still within easy reach of all of the parks and surrounding beaches and amenities that Florida has to offer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Sandy Ridge is located off the I-4 with ease of access to all the Orlando parks, just fae enough to relax in a conservation area, yet close enough to amenities , including Supermarkets and restaurants.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property is located in a quiet conservation area benefiting from not being overlooked to the rear as we back on to the conservation area.
The house is on an oversized lot with a South West facing pool to soak up all of the Florida sun from early morning to late evening. We are close to Disney and very accessible to Sea World and Universal Studios. Including the New Universal Studios Epic park that is opening in 2025.
