Très belle maison de style Floride, confortable et luxueusement aménagée! Situé sur le complexe de villégiature Windsor Palms, toujours populaire et fermé. Très proche des complexes Disney.

La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains privative avec deux lavabos et une baignoire de jardin. Maison de plain-pied pour un accès facile. Téléviseurs dans toutes les chambres. Dehors, vous pouvez vous détendre à la piscine avec spa, ou sauter et nager!

Perfect for Disney days

The house is comfy, the kitchen has everything you could need, the rooms are big and the place was very clean. We loved the location to Disney and flamingo crossings. Host got right back to me each time I messaged.

Great location

We stayed here for a quick trip to Disney. The location is fantastic. There was an issue with the AC but the owner and property manager were very responsive and got it fixed quickly! Located close to a walmart and publix. Neighborhood is very safe!

Perfect for a family get away

Highly recommend. This was a great location for my family of 4 plus my mother and aunt. Location was close enough to all major attractions in Orlando and even closer to general shopping including groceries. I would stay with them again if I were to return. Thank you!

Would stay here again

Pool was well heated the entire 2 week stay as paid for, and we enjoyed swimming every day. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk in. We enjoyed watching a movie at the clubhouse movie theater, and the popcorn was less than $3.00 at the little store. Great location with dozens of restaurants and stores nearby. We are at Miller’s Ale house several times and would recommend for good quality food at a good price. The master bed was comfortable.

The home is very spacious, although some maintenance throughout the home are due. We love the communication with the owner. Any & every concern was immediately addressed. Every appliance needed was there to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you

We had a great 4 week stay at this home, home was as advertised ,great communication with host and a few minor issues we had were dealt with immediately .We are planning another 8 week stay at this home for 2025 .Would definitely recommend dealing with this host . G.Power St Johns . nl Canada

We had a great stay!

Check-in was super easy. The house was spotless and looked exactly as pictured. Kitchen was well-stocked. Even had an electric kettle which was great for us tea drinkers. The smoke alarm was beeping. I called the property manager and they fixed it within 30 minutes. The owner was polite and extremely accommodating. The pool was lovely and the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day at Disney. The pool furniture could use new cushions and the bed pillows were really flat. Minor inconveniences though and didn’t affect a very pleasurable stay. We would definitely return.

Location was great, property requires updating

The property is in a lovely, quiet location - close to the parks (10-15 min drive) and not far from the lively W Irlo Bronson highway with all that has to offer - restaurants and shops. The property itself was relatively clean, spacious and, more importantly, refreshingly cool during the hot/humid spell. Unfortunately, the house requires a lot of updating - a lot of the furniture needs replacing due to damage - and the decorating needs updating. The bed in the master bedroom is too high - you almost need a step to get on to it ! Whilst the pool is of good size, the lining is damaged on steps into the pool and the floor itself. So much potential but, unfortunately, we would not stay here again unless it was updated.

Wonderful stay will be back!

Me and my partner and family and friends all stayed here for 3 weeks and had a fantastic time had an issue or two with the pool heating but it was sorted straight away. Very safe and friendly, old town Kissimmee is only 10 mins away which we love and plenty of restaurants and bars around not to far and parks are only down the road. Walmart and the gas station 4 minutes away was absolute gold also! The villa itself was very clean, tidy and comfy plus air hockey and a pool table in the garage was an awesome bonus! Already planning another trip! Thanks again

Luxury home from home

We all loved the open plan aspect of the villa. The heated pool was a great success with all three generations. The surrounding area was so safe and pleasant. The clubhouse was a delight. The owner was friendly and extremely helpful. We re- scheduled twice due to covid and appreciated his understanding and help. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves one day.

The location was perfect. Easy access to Disney. Many restaurants nearby. The gated community made us feel safe and the clubhouse amenities and pool were an added bonus.

Great location to the parks

My family and I had wonderful time with relatively easy access to all of the Disney parks. If not for traffic, Universal would have been easily accessible as well. There were some minor issues but the property manager replied quickly to my email and all is good.

O Administrador foi bastante atencioso no processo de reserva. Localização excelente. O Imóvel precisa de manutenção. Os utensílios domésticos de cozinha deixam a desejar em quantidade e qualidade. Garagem/Salão de jogos abandonados.

Great Home

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely consider staying at this property when we return to Orlando again. Everything was a short 15/20 minute drive. The home was super clean and in a great neighborhood. The check-in process was simple and communication with the owner was fast and prompt. The pool and jacuzzi was great to entertain the adults and the kids after a long day at the parks. The bedrooms were big and spacious as well as the overall house. The pool table and play room in the garage was great for our entertainment as well.

Lovely villa

Lovely clean villa on Windham Palms, an estate we’ve stayed at before & has the security of it being a gated community. Rooms are large and kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots & utensils. Whilst the pool itself needs a little bit of updating (pool floor is worn & loungers are old), it doesn’t stop the enjoyment of the pool which is a great size and had lots of children’s toys which my daughter loved playing with. I did want to mention how responsive the villa management company were - we have a few minor issues during our stay (AC stopped working once, screening panels were torn, we found a wasp nest) all were resolved immediately - for the AC someone was out within 90 minutes!

This is a single level property with a living room in the center and bedrooms in all directions. This has given our family a unique bonding situation that we did not expect. In addition to convenience. From children to grandparents, this property has been a popular one. Our Guests love their stay here and almost always comes back. See you soon!
