The property serviced us very well as a multigenerational family with sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for 13 people. The view was stupendous from the porch and a terrific breeze which made it pleasant. The pool and pool area were wonderful and kept us cool. The kitchen equipment was kind of old but all worked. We had some issues with airconditioners and Demetris dealt with it with extraordinary responsiviness sensitivity to our needs, way beyond our expectations. We did have very hot weather and the hours that there was no breeze from about 17-20 the heat was a challange especially with no airconditioners in the living room or kitchen. That said we had a wonderful time and would go back in a flash.

Great host

We have arrived back after a 10 day stay at the villa. The host Demetris was wonderful providing a fabulous welcome pack and dropping in with donuts and treats every few days. The view was amazing, however you need a car as it’s not walking distance to much and too hot to walk. The pool was lovely but the games room was a little disappointing as the darts and board were broken and the pool table has seen better days. There was plenty of room in the villa but one of the rooms downstairs did smell of sewage. The walk to the villa was a killer and most taxis would not drive to due to the steepness. We really enjoyed our stay and as I say the host was wonderful arranging transfers but I do feel the villa needs modernising for future families. Thank you Demetris for doing what we asked.

Fantastic Family Holiday

We stayed here with 2 families of four and 3 friends for 2 weeks. There was plenty of room for everyone with large rooms , plenty of en-suite and good working air con. Demetris the owner is the best host you could wish for and makes the holiday experience 5*. The villa is up the top of the hill and up a very steep road but that makes for incredible views down upon Peyia and Coral Bay. The villa is fully equipped with fridges, crockery & cutlery, pans, bbqs, games room, treadmill Good WiFi, sun beds and a lovely pool. A car is required to get around.Demetris meets with a lovely welcome pack and then pops by at regular intervals with treats and to check all is ok. I would definitely come back again to any of his properties as our whole party loved our time and are sad to leave.

A wonderful family holiday.

We have just returned home from a 2 week break at this villa. As a party of 8 adults and 3 children we have had a wonderful stay. We were able to have privacy when needed as there was plenty of space. All the bedrooms where air conditioned and the living areas where plentiful, inside and outside, shaded or in the sun. As a family we loved the pool and there was plenty of pool toys such as balls, a lilo and floats. Plenty of sun beds too. A previous review has said the road was at time noisy, we a no pintbfound this to be the case. Demetris was a pleasure! You have to see the welcome package to believe it. He popped in several times with extra (the donuts went down very well) and was always on hand when needed (power cut out of his control that was village wide). He was also very witty and the kids loved him. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend. Thank you 😊

Great property!

This property and it’s host are a 5 STAR rating. Lovely clean property, amazing views and lovely surroundings. Demetris had drinks and snacks set out for our arrival and was on hand for any questions we had. Will definitely visit again !! 😎👍

Three-story villa with spectacular view

We rented this property for two weeks, and the house easily fitted all fourteen family members. Our host, Demetris, was extremely welcoming, and brought us bread, pastries and wine a couple of times during our stay. The pool was clean and very appriciated by everyone, as well as the sauna, the biljard table (very uneven, though...), and a small ping pong table. I can highly recommend this beautiful house, and the Pegeias/Coral Bay area.

Great host, great views, nice pool, but noisy and needs some maintenance

The positives: - Demetris, the host, was fantastic. Good communications, v flexible to welcome us late at night, left a wonderful welcome pack of food & drink (with regular further deliveries of bakeries, etc.) - The villa was spacious, pool was bigger/ nicer than the photos implied, games room a nice addition - Fantastic views and good location, just a short drive from restaurants, beach, shops, etc. (although not really walkable, apart from one not-very-good restaurant/ bar) The negatives: - It's in a built-up area, close to a sometimes-noisy road, with sometimes-noisy neighbours. So not as peaceful as we'd have hoped. - One of the bedrooms downstairs had damp/ smelled of drains - Some of the facilities in the villa were a little dilapidated - e.g. dishwasher broke down (although was quickly replaced), beds with tough old mattresses, hot water ran out regularly (needed boosting), fridges and air-con vibrated/ hummed through the night, etc. Overall, mixed feelings. But thanks to Demetris for doing his absolute best.

Breathtaking location

Once up the hill, Demetris could not be more welcoming! He provided a welcome pack like no other and is a very kind and thoughtful man, visiting every few days to ensure we were OK and brought amazing pastries from the local bakery. He promptly answered and sorted the couple of issues we had with no problem. The villa overlooks the whole of coral bay with views you would never tire of looking at! The villa had ample space for our party of 10 adults and 2 baby's and was also nice and safe with stair gates to give peace of mind. Definitely need cars here but these can be rented from lots of places. Thanks for a great holiday!

Excellent friendly and personal service

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by Demetris and his family. Throughout our stay he was always contactable and often turned up with gifts and food for us all. The welcome pack was perfect with something for everyone and he also provided some extra provisions upon request. The villa was perfect, there was plenty of space for us all and was well equipped. The games room and pool were well maintained and the maid service mid stay ensured a change of linen and a deeper clean. The views are spectacular from the balcony and the walk into the village was pleasant (a steep walk back), but still pleasant - just take your time. We would highly recommend a stay at this villa.

Fantastic

10 of us in our party of which 8 were 18/20 year olds, coral bay was a short drive from peyia, definitely needed a car, or two, as it is high up in the mountains, but the views were to die for, from our verandas. Taxi for the teens was 18.50 euros back from the bay, late at night, so very reasonable. However they wouldn't take them up our road as it was half made up and the rest was very off road.. and very very steep. Wasn't a problem for them though. The owner was absolutely fantastic and well and truly looked after us, he was always quick at getting back to us, if a problem occurred. And brought us breakfast a couple of times through the week and to check all was ok. The food package on arrival was plentiful and certainly enough to keep you going on the arrival day, then a big shop at the local Phillipos where u could get absolutely anything and everything. Again you would need a car for this property , and we got a great deal from local coral bay, much cheaper than hiring from the airport. 147euro for the week, no extra driver charges and fully comp. they collected us from our villa on collection and brought us back once finished, fab service. Didn't want to leave, thanks Demetris for your hospitality.

Lovely stay, owners went the extra mile!!!

Just got back from a family 2 week stay at this villa. There was 11 of us altogether. We were welcomed at the airport by Demetris as promised. Upon arrival at the villa, we were stunned at the welcome pack that was over whelming in generosity. We were delighted with the amount of space we all had, no-one was on top of anyone else. The pool area was clean and ample for the party size. The only downside was the games room, which was not adequately supplied. Some simple TLC would sort this. We were elated that we had the use of an air conditioned 7 seater car for the whole duration. This came in so handy!!! Local Coral Bay is about a 5 minute drive, there is an abundance of restaurants and cocktail bars. We can highly recommend the Japanese restaurant. (Samisen Japanese Teppanyaki. Will need booking as very popular) The owners couldn't do enough for and made sure we had the holiday of a lifetime, something Demetris promised upon our arrival. I would recommend this villa to anyone. We will definitely go back. Enjoy as much as we did.
