Bungalow moderne avec 3 chambres et vue fantastique sur la baie de Combe Martin

St Crispin est un bungalow de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 7 personnes. Il a également un lit de voyage, chaise haute, siÚge d'appoint, etc. pour un bébé.
Une grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer un repas en famille. Buanderie toute neuve à l'écart de la cuisine avec lave-linge, sÚche-linge, congélateur et évier. AccÚs au jardin par la buanderie. Grand salon lumineux et spacieux avec poutres apparentes et accÚs au balcon. Le salon et le balcon offrent une vue spectaculaire sur la mer et Combe Martin. Le balcon est l'endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et manger votre fish and chips et regarder le monde défiler. Chambre double avec lit king size et une salle de douche attenante, grande douche double, toilette et lavabo. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour la chaise de canapé supplémentaire dans cette piÚce, parfaite pour un enfant mais assez grande pour un adulte aussi. Deux autres chambres à lits jumeaux situées de part et d'autre de la salle de bain principale, qui dispose d'une baignoire avec une douche à jets puissants sur la baignoire, d'un lavabo et de toilettes. Toutes les chambres contiennent des armoires et une commode pour votre usage.

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely house in Combe Martin - the location, views, and overall comfort were exactly as described. Everything in the property worked well and made for an easy, relaxing visit. Just keep in mind that in November some local pubs and restaurants may be closed, but it was still a great base for exploring the area.

Absolutely fabulous views, friendly town, many hiking options. Strongly suggest a day trip to Lundy Island. The house is spacious and very clean!

Amazing spot with terrific views and we had the best weather to enjoy it. The house was excellent. Very well laid out with open plan and 3 bedrooms. Clean, cosy and most things you’d need. Thank you for the lovely welcome biscuits! Mum (83), has limited mobility, so it was important to get the right spot so she didn’t have to move too much. This home was perfect - once she was in! She was able to enjoy the views and take care of herself - the house made that very easy for her. My son came on his motorbike, and he was pleased to park it safely under the house. A few things to note. - the dog beach is the next bay up - check timing of when you can use it. I definitely lost weight with the walks up and down the hill - not ungrateful! - there aren’t any sun loungers. This would have been super for mum as the weather was fantastic. I’d recommend packing a folding one if you have room in the car! - the slope up to the car parking is tight - narrow. This could be scary for some. You need to leave your car in gear and have a very good handbrake! Turning the car in the adjoining spaces when free so you are facing back down again, is a must do exercise whist you get the chance! - blankets would have been nice as the colder nights are here. We really didn’t want to use the heating.- not sure where the recycling bin was
 We’d absolutely love to return. Fabulous place. Thank you Alix, you’ve got a top spot right there!

The property is in a superb location with breathtaking views of the bay and beyond. A very comfortable stay and I only wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, the weather was unpleasant, but the views made up for the days we stayed in longer than planned due to the torrential rain. This was our second visit and I am sure we will return again.

A lovely property in a beautiful location with absolutely stunning views. Well situated to explore the area but if you don't want to drive anywhere it was wonderful being able to just wander down to the bay.

Did not receive my pre arrival details but through Vrbo spoke to the property owner who was extremely helpful - did not receive the 2nd email but it was already explained very well over the phone. Immaculate bungalow with a stunning view

Lovely bungalow in a great location. As others have said the view is just wow! Short walk down to the village and beach and right on the coastal path. The bungalow itself is a really good size and was immaculately clean and tidy. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed and the separate utility was great. There was only myself, the hubby and our dog but a larger family could easily be accommodated here. DVD’s, books and games were an additional thoughtful touch.

Comfortable bungalow with great views

Really enjoyed our stay in the property which has very impressive views from the balcony/ lounge over Combe Martin bay. The description was accurate and communications with the owner were good. The property is located on a steep hill with steps from the parking area to the front door but this wasn’t a problem to us. Only improvement would be some more comfortable patio chairs to enjoy the outdoor space. Others would happily recommend.

Quiet Spot with a Picture postcard view

St Crispins was a great weekend away with not the best weather but the view spoilt us even with the rain. All facilities you need in the house, with plenty of space to share inside and out. Up a steep slope for those who are less mobile but you can drive up to the front of the house and the steps up to the house with hand rail are very good. All as per description by owners, thank you for our stay.

Property is immaculate with attention to detail throughout making it a very comfortable stay. Views are too beautiful for words. Weather was not too kind, but we enjoyed the location exploring Heddon Valley and surrounding area. Enjoyed a delicious authentic curry at Barricane Beach, Woolacombe. We really hope to return next year.

Perfect views

This all about the view. Possibly the best view i have ever hsd from a property in the uk. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Nice size rooms , everybody in my party happy.

We have spent many weeks in Combe Martin at our parents home with our three children, exploring the different beaches and rock pools and different days out in the area.
We have also been on many different walks around the area so any advice you would like on the area please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought our parents place because it is in such a fantastic location with superb views out to sea that we couldn't let the property leave the family. It also means we still get the opportunity to visit from time to time.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Once you arrive at the property you can park up at the property and leave your vehicle for the duration of the stay. Everything in Combe Martin is within walking distance. The beach, shops, plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs to choose from.
The USP is definitely the view - you will not be disappointed!
