Achevé en 2010, Casa do Retiro Praia possède 650 m2 de superficie totale. Le décor, minimaliste, confortable, composé de mobilier moderne, est distribué pelos300 m2 de surface de la maison. La maison dispose d'un seul étage, sans étapes et est donc idéal pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Il ya aussi une terrasse avec vue imprenable sur mer et un paysage aride de palmiers. Il se compose de quatre chambres dont deux avec salle de bain privée. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de double vitrage et des moustiquaires pour la protection (ainsi que le reste de la maison) et équipé d'une grande penderie. La chambre est en continuité avec la salle à manger est équipée de TV câblée, poêle à bois, des canapés confortables avec une capacité de 6 personnes. La salle à manger est en continuité avec un porche ensoleillé et dispose d'une table pour 8 personnes, donnant sur le jardin.

La cuisine est superbement équipée avec appareils électriques de haute qualité afin que rien ne manque. Il ya un barbecue. Il ya des meubles de jardin pour que vous puissiez vous reposer ou passer du temps avec plaisir en famille. Il ya un garage avec salle d'entreposage pour une voiture et deux bicyclettes pour votre usage.

Belle maison. Bien située. Près de la plage

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce

Wir verbrachten 2 herrliche Wochen im Casa do Retiro. Alles war perfekt: Ausstattung des Hauses, Lage ( der Weg zum Strand durch eine alte, dichte Palmenallee war jedes Mal ein besonderes Vergnügen), die Ruhe und ein Gefühl der Sicherheit in der Anlage. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und warm empfangen mit einem großen Obstkorb, Weihnachtskuchen und Gebäck, einer Flasche Champagner, und fürs Frühstück war ebenfalls alles vorhanden. Wir möchten das Casa do Retiro unbedingt empfehlen!! Ganz lieben Dank an Tito, Christina und Carla.

Villa zum wohlfühlen

Ein superschönes Haus mit gemütlicher, geschmackvoller Einrichtung, sehr schöne Bilder und Möbel. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen, sei es für Küche, Schlafzimmer oder Strand. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen traumhaften Rundumblick. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Wir haben mit unserer Familie über Weihnachten und Sylvester Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus gemacht und sind wirklich begeistert von der Ausstattung und der Umgebung. Der Strand liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe, man kann den Morgen mit einem ausgedehnten Strandspaziergang beginnen. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind mehr als zuvorkommend und überaus gastfreundlich. Bei eventuellen Fragen kommt sofort jemand, der sich hilfreich kümmert. Selten haben wir uns von Anfang an so wohl gefühlt, danke!

Rundum-Service im Luxus Haus

Da einen Tag vor unserem Ablug Marcia Lopes das seit langem gebuchte Ferienhaus ohne Angaben von Gründen storniert hatte, haben uns die neuen Vermieter Familie Noronha freundlich und sehr schnell aufgenommen. Innerhalb von ein paar Stunden stand uns das Haus geputzt und sehr sauber zur Verfügung. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der wunderschöne Strand ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Noronha und auch an Claudia, die sich vor Ort sehr gut um uns gekümmert hat.

Wonderful property, ideal location, highly recommended.

We loved our time in Porto Santo, and the foundation of our vacation was a stay at Villa Retiro Praia. The home looked exactly as it did in photos, had great outdoor and indoor spaces, perfect for our traveling party of 6 to spread out. It's a few minutes to the beach, where we experienced great weather every day and uncrowded space to relax and enjoy the warm water. The entire home is well-appointed, from kitchen to bedrooms to garage; bikes are available, the washer is high-capacity, clotheslines make drying easy, outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying the evening weather. Housekeeper Claudia provided a great overview of the property and had answers to any questions about the property. The location is great, a short walk to not only the beach, but several great restaurants; a convenient takeaway is a few minutes away, as is a mini-market sufficient for most needs. The city center is a 20-minute walk that's easy to make or a 4 Euro taxi ride. We look forward to visiting Porto Santo, and staying at this home, again in the future. - Brian

Perfekte Umgebung für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir ( 4 Frauen ) haben unseren 2 wöchigen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Bei 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern sind wir uns niemals in die Quere gekommen. Sowohl der Wohn- und Eßbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Jeder fand seinen Lieblingsplatz. Die Küche hat ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es gab alle möglichen Kochuntensilien, reichlich Geschirr und Besteck. Sowohl eine Nespresso als auch eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine für schnellen Kaffeegenuss , Sandwichmaker, Backofen, Spülmaschine ! und, und , und...Der Garten war mit sehr bequemen Terassenmöbeln und Liegen ausgestattet. Der Garten liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. In der Garage eine wahre Fundgrube an Strandzubehör, 2 Fahrrädern und weiteren Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Auf dem Dach ( durch die Garage erreichbar) eine weitere Sonnenterrasse mit 2 Liegen und traumhaftem Blick rund herum.Der Weg zum wunderschönen Strand nur wenige Meter durch eine wunderschöne Palmenallee. Sowohl Strand als auch der Garten der Casa de Retiro sind auch für kleine Kinder geeignet.(2 Kinderbetten sind ebenfalls vorhanden).Wir haben uns hauptsächlich selbst bekocht, doch das nächste Restaurant war auch nur wenige Meter entfernt. Da die Anlage, in der das Haus liegt nur für Mieter und Besitzer zugänglich ist , haben wir uns auch jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Ich könnte noch sehr viel mehr schreiben, der Platz würde nicht reichen. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für diese wirklich schönen Urlaubswochen in diesem Haus. Vielen Dank auch an die liebevolle Begrüßung und Betreung durch Claudia und Christina vor Ort. Nicht zu vergessen Danke für den tollen Obstkorb und den teils gefüllten Kühlschrank für die "Erstversorgung". Für die Technikinterressierten hier noch die Bemerkung, dass es ein stabiles WLAN rund ums Haus gibt und auch der Fernseher viele Programme liefert. Wenn man denn überhaupt Fernsehen schauen will.

Beautiful property, beautifully decorated and with all the commodities as advertised.

We had a wonderful stay at Porto Santo and would like to thank the Noronha family for their warm welcome into their property . Beautifully decorated and safe. Very close to all the amenities and most of all very close to the beautiful sandy beach. A restful place away from the stress of London, really what we needed! We are looking forward to return soon with the rest of our family as the house fulfills all our needs. Peaceful, clean, private and most of all very private . Thank you Mr Noronha and family . Schönes Strandhaus

Unsere Familie, bestehend aus 2 Elternteile, einem 7- jährigen Kind und Oma, haben 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechen 100% Realitaet: das Haus ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Es befindet sich in einer geschlossenen Wohngemeinschaft mit direkten Strandzugang. Die Vermieter haben uns u.a. ausreichend Strandtuecher, Sonnenschirme, Liegestuehle und Strandspielzeuge zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Küche gab es viel Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien und alle notwendigen Geräte ( Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Backoffen, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Orangensaftpresser, 2 Kaffeemaschinen für die Kapseln, etc.), so gab es keine Probleme mit der Selbstversorgung. Wer jedoch kein Kochen mag, hat auch kein Problem, denn es gibt mehrere Lokale in der Nähe, wo man gut, preisgünstig und frisch essen kann. Wir können Casa do Retiro sowie der Urlaub auf Porto Santo an sich für diejenigen empfehlen, die Individualität und Naturschönheit schätzen und sich in Ruhe, fern von Trubel des Massentourismuses erholen wollen. Wir danken Vermieter- Familie N. fuer den herzlichen Empfang in Funchal, vor der Abreise nach Porto Santo und deren Gastgebergeschenke (ein Buch über Porto Santo und ein Willkommenskorb im Haus mit Obst, ein paar Kleinigkeiten zum Fruehstueck und Erfrischungsgetränken)

A very special place for a wonderful holiday

We have just returned from a lovely holiday at Casa do Retiro in Porto Santo and would like to thank you sharing your beautiful house with us. We had excellent weather and spent a lot of time on the beach, as well as exploring the island. We had some good meals in the local restaurants and so I didn't have to cook - a real holiday for me. My mother was very grateful for the chair you provided which we took to the beach and she also enjoyed relaxing at the villa. Your house is absolutely wonderful and is very elegantly furnished - but also feels very welcoming and homely. The surroundings are so peaceful and the neighbours we met were very friendly. In fact everyone we met on the island was friendly and happy to see us. We don't speak Portuguese but this was never a problem. The facilities and equipment at the villa are first class and Claudia looked after us very well - welcoming us on arrival and providing housekeeping for us during the week. We also bought some tasty bread from the man who delivers it to the door. This was our second time of visiting the island - we stayed in a hotel the first time - but your villa and everything that it offers made for a much more enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Our party was 3 generations- a 20 year old, two 50 somethings and an an active 88 year old grandmother. We all loved it and all took advantage of the beautiful beach and warm sea - and for anyone reading this review - yes, it really is as gorgeousl as it looks! Thanks once again to the Noronha family for sharing their home - we hope to be able to return again soon. Sue

Vacanze con bambini piccoli

Devo dire che la casa e molto ben arredata e dotata di ogni confort. Manca niente, come a casa propria. La casa e vicina alla spiaggia con accesso diretto. La casa e recintata e i bambini possono giocare in tutta sicurezza. Il centro e un po’ lontano ma comunque si raggiunge in bici abbastanza comodamente, a piedi e un po’ lontano. Non ce traffico e una zona molto tranquilla. La macchina che viene offerta costa 20 € al giorno. La macchina comunque non e adatta a fare lunghi tragitti e soprattutto non e adatta per fare escursioni sull’isola. Nelle vicinanze purtroppo non ci sono negozi e quindi si deve andare in centro a fare la spesa. Vicino ce un take way abbastanza buono. Il posto e molto bello e noi con i nostri gemelli ci abbiamo passato 2 settimane stupende in primavera senza il solito affollamento sulle spiagge. Non e un posto molto tranquillo anche la sera, almeno in primavera. Chi viaggia con bambini piccoli consiglio sia il posto che anche la casa. Vacanze con bambini

Fabuloso

Casa muito bem cuidada e decorada. Apetrechada com tudo o que é dito no site, inclusive tiveram a amabilidade de adquirir uma tostadeira pois tinha referido que o meu filho gostava muito de tostas.Muito perto da praia e ideal para crianças e para o relax. Caso tenha a oportunidade, voltarei de certeza absoluta. Mário T.

Aux portes du Paradis

Inoubliable séjour que l'impatience nous fait répéter après un mois! "Retiro da Praia" est supérieure à sa présentation sur le site. Par sa position idéale, confort, tranquillité, équipement, bon goût de l'aménagement et en plus chaleureux et amical de la famille Noronha, en fait un endroit unique. Porto Santo n'a pas que son climat, son golf et sa plage merveilleuse connue de tous. L'île offre une côte sauvage et grandiose avec des promenades uniques dont celle de "Terra Châ" est la reine. C'est un endroit idéal pour retrouver la paix intérieure et la forme physique. Grâce à ma longue expérience de locations, dans divers pays, je peux affirmer que 5 étoiles ne sont pas suffisantes. Uma experiência a repetir

Acho que o comentário mais expressivo que se pode fazer é que ficámos com muita vontade de voltar no próximo Verão... A casa está muito bem localizada, à distância de uma curta caminhada do fantástico areal de Porto Santo. O espaço é muito tranquilo e propício ao "relax"... A casa é espaçosa, está muito bem apetrechada e vê-se que tudo foi pensado (e mantido) com muito cuidado e atenção ao pormenor. A família Noronha está de parabéns pelo bom gosto e pela enorme disponibilidade e simpatia com que nos recebeu. Recomendamos vivamente. ***** Família Patrício Ferreira Família Tapada Moreira

Casa do Retiro - Porto Santo.

O anúncio da Casa do Retiro no Porto Santo fez despertar a nossa atenção e curiosidade. Após alguns anos a frequentar hotéis no Porto Santo, decidimos desta vez alugar esta moradia. Que boa decisão! O anúncio se de facto não espelha o que a casa é, seguramente peca por defeito! A localização, o melhor que há no Porto Santo! A calma e tranquilidade que necessitamos para relaxar durante o período de férias estão lá. A acessibilidade à praia é excelente. A moradia é muito confortável, tem óptimas instalações, está muito bem cuidada, muito asseada, e o bom gosto dos proprietários reflecte-se na simplicidade o no nível de conforto que conseguem proporcionar aos seus hóspedes. O equipamento disponibilizado aos hóspedes é muito bom e aqui não podemos deixar de fazer uma referência ao material de apoio à praia… não sentimos falta de nada! À família Noronha o nosso muito obrigado pela simpatia, disponibilidade e eficiência demonstrados antes, durante e após as nossas óptimas férias na vossa e nossa Casa do Retiro no Porto Santo. Apreciação da casa de férias "Retiro Praia"

Esta casa, onde eu e a minha família passámos uns dias de férias no início deste mês, excedeu, em muito, as minhas expectativas. As fotografias que vemos na Internet, bem como a descrição feita pelos seus proprietários, corresponde, integralmente, àquilo que encontrámos, além de algumas ´surpresas, nomeadamente as cadeiras para transportar os miúdos de carro, os capacetes para as bicicletas ou os chapéus de praia. A casa fica bem situada relativamente à praia, num condomínio muito acolhedor. Está muito bem apetrechada, destacando-se, em particular, a cozinha. O jardim, com todo o mobiliário de apoio, é, também, uma mais-valia. Provavelmente pelo material escolhido para a sua construção, a casa é muito fresca, mesmo nos dias de mais calor. A decoração, simples como seria de esperar numa casa de praia, foi bem concebida. Apesar de sermos 6 adultos e 3 crianças, estávamos perfeitamente à vontade. Perfect holidays in a perfect house!!!

It was a pleasure to stay in your house on Porto Santo Island! We love the beach and the way to the beach between the great palm trees! We visit many restaurants and beach bars, our favorite restaurant is Pé na Água. It was wonderful to sit there with a cool drink and good food watching the kids playing in the sand... Porto Santo is a very beautiful, small island with a wonderful, clean beach. There are only a few people on the beach, the water was always clear and blue... We have never seen such a clean beach in the south of Europe! Vila Baleira is a nice small city where we found all we need: a good supermarket, small bars and good restaurants. Also the four bikes in your house fit perfectly, so we cycled along the cycle way a lot. The flight to Hamburg is not very difficult, the flight only takes approximately 4 hours from Funchal to Hamburg - so it is an easy journey for people from Germany as well! Thanks a lot again to you and your parents, it was a pleasure to met them!

Excelente local para passar férias e descansar . A casa está equipada com tudo o que é necessário para que nos sintamos na nossa própia casa . Um especial agradecimento ao propietário pela atenção e amabilidade demonstradas. Um dia que regressemos a Porto Santo já sabemos onde nos vamos instalar.

Óptima estadia!

Passámos 7 noites em Porto Santo, no "Retiro da Praia" e foi uma óptima estadia. A casa é maravilhosa, extremamente bem decorada e apetrechada, num condomínio calmo, cuidado e com saída directa para a praia. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e providenciaram para que toda a experiência em Porto Santo fosse inesquecível. Recomendamos vivamente o "Retiro da Praia" para quem procure umas férias de sonho.

The most exceptional villa we have stayed in!

This was our first visit to Porto Santo Island and we are determined it won’t be our last! When we return, our first choice for accomodation will be Casa do Retiro Praia – what an exceptional villa! It really is a place of relaxation, peace and quiet. Family Noronha moved from Madeira Island to welcome us on arrival at the villa. They have been great - helpful, friendly and patient. Brilliant service! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – it had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. The house is furnished to a very high standard and is extremely well maintained. It is very minimalist and modern. It is clean, tidy and spacious, with a very well equipped and modern kitchen. We spent a great deal of time sitting outside on the porch, eating breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sun set behind the cliffs – sheer bliss! The avenue of palms that many times we go through from the house to the beach is certainly the most beautiful avenue of palm trees and makes the 150 meters we have to walk to the beach a paradise and always a pleasure! Must be the most beautiful avenue of palm trees in the world! And the terrace? We lay down in sunbeds at night and we were looking at the sky counting shooting stars! In Porto Santo the stars seem closer to us. We had lunch and family BBQ's everyday at the outdoor table (perfect for al fresco dinner). The proximity to the kitchen and BBQ made ??inviting outdoor meals! After lunch a little nap on the hammock over the green grass! The children have slept beautifully after all the activities, beach and fresh air - in the comfortable beds - and so have we! Unexpectedly I found friends on the beach that regularly go to Porto Santo to enjoy the therapeutic properties of sandy beach that help in treating diseases as diverse as psoriasis, rheumatism, stress, exhaustion, fatigue, smoking, dietary deficiencies, recovery from delivery, arthritis...! And really work! There's even a thalassotherapy center that provides many natural treatments, facials, peels ...! Very sad to leave this lovely and healthy place. Can´t wait to go back to Porto Santo Island, such a relaxing and friendly place! Thank you to Family Noronha for the best holidays we could wish for!

Passei umas férias de sonho nesta casa em Porto Santo! Parabéns aos proprietários por terem pensado em tudo: bonita decoracão, super limpa, com todo o equipamento necessário para uma estadia confortável e junto da maravilhosa praia de Porto Santo! Para o ano lá estarei de novo!
