Nous sommes ravis de vous offrir un appartement indépendant au cœur de Fitzrovia, au centre de Londres. Cet appartement est situé à deux pas des attractions touristiques du centre de Londres et des environs.

Les magasins d'Oxford Street et de Regent Street sont tous accessibles à pied.

L'appartement est situé au premier étage sans ascenseur.

Nice apartment in a convenient neighborhood with lots of amenities

My wife and our adult kids stayed here for our visit to London and Cambridge. The check in process was in-person and really welcoming. The location was close to tube stations and train stations. It was also just a really nice neighborhood to walk around and get a pint or do some shopping.

Great Fitzrovia Apartment

Love the location - a quiet area in bustling London with plenty of restaurants, shops and pubs plus close tube stations. Host met us in person and let us drop off our luggage before check in. The apartment isn’t luxurious but very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. I’d happily stay here again.

Good location

Everything was great. This was the second major stop in our 2 week holiday. One of our main concerns was to get the laundry done. The washing machine was very useful. There is a coin operated laundromat about 1.5km from the flat as well. Plenty of dining options, underground and bus stops within a few minutes of walking distance.

Good place, good location. Communication prior to arrival was slow, but once we arrived the host was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Location, location, location

Our second stay was just as good as the first. The check in process is great, they asked us when our flight landed and coordinated check in, where a real human being meets you at the apartment. Having done a lot of VRBOs that is a nice touch. We were on a long multi city trip so took advantage of the washing machine, allowing us to pack much lighter. You are in walking distance to 3 tube stops, so easy to get almost anywhere in London without having to transfer trains. Loved the noodle shop (Noodle & Snack) down the block on Cleveland St and went every day to Miel bakery around the corner on Warren St. Nice location as it is not super touristy and the price is really reasonable for the size.

Fitzrovia apartment

Great apartment with a very convenient location to the underground. Lots of pubs and grocery stores within walking distance. Very clean and hosts were easy to get in contact with when we arrived in London. Perfect size for a family of three.

Great location, exactly as expected.

Very easy to communicate with via text beforehand. Met us at the flat at arranged time no problem. Ground floor was nice as stairs are not my favorite thing to climb at the end of the day. Really close to 3 tube stations (great Portland, Warren and Regent Park) so super easy to get anywhere. Small table in kitchen as well as sitting area with TV. Plenty of room to put our stuff away. Great hot water! Perfect for a long weekend at a reasonable price.

Location, Location !

This was all about the location, which was super. The place was clean but small. It could be so much nicer if a bit more money was spent on decor, furniture quality, utensils quality, etc. It had the appearance of the owner trying to spend as little as possible.The other pain is that there is a baby washing machine but no dryer, everything has to be hung up to dry.The back bedroom was very quiet.The agents were helpful.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location

We loved this comfy, quiet apartment. It was easy to walk to many sights of interest, including the British Museum, SOHO, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery, Big Ben/Parliament and Buckingham Palace. The kitchen made it convenient to have breakfast before heading out.

Spacious flat in fabulous Fitzrovia

We love the Fitzrovia neighborhood and were delighted to find this flat available for our stay - so many great pubs and restaurants just an easy walk away - as well as easy access to the Underground with a multitude of tube stops close by. Be sure to stop by Fabrique bakery on Goodge Street for sourdough bread - the flat had all we needed to make a nice breakfast in while we did laundry. Thank you, John, for meeting us on arrival to let us in and show us the flat's amenities.

Ideal location

The unit is very near Euston Station, where our rail tickets brought us into London. Therefore, we had a very easy haul to the unit with all our luggage. Once there, we were met by a relative of the owner who did a solid job of showing us in and all the elements of the unit. While a bit on the small side for the three of us, it fully met our needs and was well stocked. The area was comfortable to walk around and we found both groceries and restaurants easily. The unit is on the ground floor and so dealing with steps was a non-issue. The washing machine was very helpful, but having to use a drying rack in the shared space added to it being a bit tight. Still, we were exceptionally happy with it all and would quickly return to it should we be in London.

Great location

This was a cozy flat in a wonderful location. Close to two tube stations and numerous bus stops, which made it easy to navigate the city. No complaints about the flat or hosts. They were very patient and understanding when we turned up later than expected. I blame the tube… The flat was well stocked with kitchenware, and close to a number of shops. I recommend the Sainsbury’s on Great Portland Road for selection and cleanliness. Lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs within a short walk. You could stay here for weeks and never need to leave the neighbourhood! The only negatives were that we ran out of toilet roll and had to buy our own, and the pillows were not that comfortable. Also, I found it difficult to adjust the shower temperature, it ran from hot to scalding. Luckily there was also a hand held shower with good pressure and temperature. So we used that. I would stay here again if I come back to London, and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. Thank you Jo and John

Convient location, quiet for sleeping

Had no problem locating the flat, walking from St Pancras. Our hosts were there to greet us and show us around. The flat is excellently located. Super Close to two great tube stations and close to two others, as well as St Pancras/Kings Cross. Great shops and resaurants around each corner. The best for groceries was Lidl, just 10 min walk. Check out the Square Tavern near Euston station. Great food. Also Fish Bone. Great fish and chips! We were greatful to have a clothes washer in the flat as well as cook top And oven! Helpful to prepare some dinners to stretch the budget. The location of the bedroom on the courtyard side made it quiet for sleeping. My teen son used the pull out sofa. Said it was good. The flat had all the amenities needed for cooking, etc. French press for coffee. Toaster, microwave also appreciated. I did find the flat a little cluttered in spots with several bottles of cleaning solutions, but not enough to hamper our enjoyment. Would certainly stay here again.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 5 nuits à Londres . Nous avons pu disposé de l appartement dès notre arrivée avant 16h . Le propriétaire nous a accueilli pour remise des clés . L’ appartement est très bien situé ( commodites commerces bus métro …)beaucoup de visites sont faisables à pied , proximité du régent park.l’ appartement était propre et tout le nécessaire présent .Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Londres .le quartier est sympathique , secure,petits commerces de bouche et pubs à proximité .

Un excellent séjour à Londres

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Londres. John était très disponible même avant notre arrivée pour répondre à toutes les questions que l'on avait. Il a été très arrangeant et nous a permis de déposer nos valises dans l'appartement plus tôt que l'heure prévue. L'appartement est très pratique pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Il est très propre et bien équipé. Nous étions également très bien situés, au pied de Regent Park, à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare d'Euston (liaison vers les studios HP)... Le secteur est très calme. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation! Encore merci à John pour son accueil, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille.

Good location

This flat is in the Fitzrovia area of central London, which worked well for us. It is a 3 min walk to the Tube station, which we used everyday. There is also a small grocery store nearby so we could get snacks and drinks for the flat. The refrigerator is small, but that was ok because we ate out most of the time. The flat is a bit stuffy, air flow is not too good and the 2 fans provided by the host did not work. I did tell them about this upon our departure, so they have probably rectified this. The place is perfect for 2 people, I think more than 2 it would be too small, even thought there is a sofa bed in the living room. The place was clean and had what we needed. I thought the price was great for the area. There are many restaurants and pubs within walking distance, which was great. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Logement au top !

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour notre premier séjour à Londres en famille, du 30 avril au 4 mai 2023. Nous avons apprécié sa localisation ideale pour visiter Londres (proche des stations de metro de Great Portland street et de Warren Street) et à quelques minutes à pieds du British Museum. Nous recommandons cet appartement qui est confortable et propre. Enfin notre hôte a été parfait, réactif et très aimable.
