Kihei Garden Estates est un charmant complexe juste en face de la plage de Waiohuli, que vous pouvez voir depuis votre véranda privée. Les célèbres couchers de soleil de Maui sont à quelques pas de votre porte.
Notre maison offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances parfaites à Maui. Nous offrons un luxueux condo style loft contemporain avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains.
Les lits offrent les mêmes matelas trouvés dans les hôtels cinq étoiles d'Hawaii. Ils ont confortable toppers en peluche, et les draps de luxe offrent un confort pour votre séjour. Le maître loft dispose d'un lit king size, plus et salle de bain avec grande douche à l'italienne. Ceci est un loft ouvert. La deuxième chambre a un lit superposé avec un lit double et un matelas double. Split système de climatisation dans le salon seulement. Les plafonds sont hauts et l'air conditionné est en haut du plafond, donc il refroidit vraiment le loft. Pas d'air conditionné dans la chambre en bas.
Il y a un canapé-lit queen avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire améliorée dans le salon.
La cuisine gastronomique a amélioré les appareils et de nouveaux outils pour profiter des repas à la maison. Times Market est à distance de marche et offre un large éventail de nourriture et de boissons pour inspirer vos repas. Servez vos repas dans les sièges de style pub ou sur la véranda; ou, se faire des amis et se détendre repas en plein air au pavillon barbecue bien équipé près de la piscine. Vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner? Essayez l'un des restaurants locaux à proximité. Vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants classés "ONO" par le Guide Révélé Maui à distance de marche.
La piscine est un endroit idéal pour se détendre au soleil et se baigner. La piscine est chauffée pendant les mois les plus froids; pas chauffé pendant les mois d'été chauds. Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous surdimensionné après une journée aventureuse d'exploration de tout ce que Maui a à offrir.

Perfect stay

The location of the condo was great! I was very impressed of how clean it was and access to the pool was awesome for the kids to have an evening swim. The beach close by was a nice perk and grocery store near by made our stay easy and relaxing.

Awesome

We enjoyed our stay and found the accommodation worked out great for our family. We stayed here with 4 children and everything worked out very well. Location is great. The beach is a very short walk away and also a grocery store. The swimming pool was a favorite place to hang out.

Great condo complex and location. Pool was nice. Good amenities around, including food trucks. Only downsides were that the dishwasher did not work that well and a few more basic amenities could have been provided (e.g. dishwasher detergent pods, coffee filters, dish towels etc.). Nice bonus to have beach chairs available for use.

Perfect stay and great location

Overall the apartment was pretty nice and in a great location just as described in the description. The apartment also had beach chair and umbrellas for use which was pretty amazing and not to complain about it but it would've been great if the same had been mentioned in the apartment listing as we had already made other arrangements for it.

Amazing!

Everything about this condo was amazing. The location, the size, cleanliness, amenities, layout. We comfortably fit 3 adults, 2 teens, and a ten year old. Love the fans and AC, and full size kitchen. Also lots of windows to enjoy the lovely island breeze. The patio is great. The landscaping of the property is beautiful and parking was easy. Thanks!!

Quiet, clean, great location condo in Kihei

We stayed at this condo in Kihei for 3 nights. Great location within steps of the beach, grocery store, and dining options. The only thing that was missing was measuring devices in the kitchen (measuring cups, spoons, coffee scoop). Condo complex has public foot showers to clean your feet which was a nice feature. The parking lot underwent a paving project during our stay so we had to park across the street in a church parking lot, but it was not an issue.

Kitchen Condo was adequately supplied and condo was very clean. There was a few issues with jacuzzi/pool heater not working but management got it fixed the next day. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Bed upstairs was amazingly comfortable and right next to parking. We always rent through Rentals Maui and stay at the same conplex/condo every time. This one was new to us this trip but hest believe this is the one we will stay at as long as it's available during our travel.

The location is perfect, close to the beach, backing onto a grocery store and walking distance to bar and restaurants. The location is quiet and relaxing. Pool area was lovely. The condo had everything we needed, beach towels, chairs, etc. Air conditioning worked beautifully, one bedroom didn't have air conditioning but this was not an issue, the ceiling fan kept the room cool. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice property

Stayed here for about a week in June 2023. Nice property in general. No problems with parking, condo access, or getting around. Steps from the beach and we walked down for sunset as often as we could. The grocery store next door was a nicety for each morning when we forgot that "one more thing". Pool was great for those evenings where we needed to cool down after a long day at the beach, or we couldn't get to the beach. Only problem we had during our stay was finding a broom to clean up the sand we tracked in. The property manager was overly responsive in clearing that up for us. Would definitely consider staying here again if we were to target Kihei.

My husband and I had a bedroom and bathroom, while the kids had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living room area were just what we needed. Everything was clean and cared for. The highlight for our family was the heated pool and hot tub. We had some rainy weather, but were still able to swim, despite the beach not being a great option. The grounds are beautifully taken care of. We would recommend this property to friends and family!

Good location, complex could use an update

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice and well stocked with basic needs, beach gear and toiletries. The layout of the loft style was great with kids, and being steps from the beach was awesome. There is no AC for the downstairs bedroom, so it's all about fans. The single living room ac unit does well to cool the rest of the space though. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was only a few degrees warmer than the pool; NOT a hot tub. Quite a lot of homeless population right around the complex and in the parking area panhandling each time we went to our car.

The fires and my dads health issues had me flying back as fast as possible. The booking process for this condo, the customer service with the rental company, all of it was great. You're even behind the Times supermarket, which made it convenient for last minute needs or a fast plate of food. This was also my family of 4's first trip together and to see where I am from and it was comfortable. The bunk bed suited the kids comfortably and my gigantic 6'3 husband and I really enjoyed the uostairs loft/bathroom.Please please remember when visiting Hawai'i that sugar ants are a problem. I had to explain that to my husband. No matter how well kept a place is, It's a tropical environment with nooks and crannys and Ants just manifest, so please kokua when leaving food out on the counter. The condo is in a really good area for food and a nice few steps to the beach. They even provide seats and boards if you need those things to take with you for a day in the sun. The AC unit was awesome. Run it for a little bit and the entire place cools down and stays cool well after **** off. The bedroom downstairs has a ceiling fan, but not to worry, hawai'i nights are always cool so even if it feels a bit warm during the day, the ceiling fan is enough. Thank you for making my stay comfortable while I had so much to do for the week we were there. That's all I ever really need in a place to stay. ❤️
