De la porte d'entrée, une étendue magique de la plage de Maui attend votre exploration - et à l'intérieur, ce condo a ��té magnifiquement remodelé de haut en bas, avec tous les nouveaux meubles, surfaces et accessoires scintillants. Cette unité située au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment B du Kihei Garden Estates présente un sol en béton peint et poli et des comptoirs qui donnent le ton à une élégance raffinée et raffinée. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée pour créer le nid ultime pour votre aventure à Maui.

La cuisine comprend de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable de taille normale et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer et servir votre festin privé. La climatisation, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision par câble haut de gamme et une blanchisserie sur place font partie des commodités.

Peaceful Vibes and Prime Location

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay^^ We were able to use the pool privately, and there was a large supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient

Kid-Friendly Comfort Near Beach, Shops, and Food

As a family with two children under 6, this was the perfect spot. The location, being walkable to shops, food, and the beach was easy for morning coffee and quick food. The onsite pool was perfect for the kids as we could bbq and relax after long days at the beach etc.. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had an amazing time!

We had an amazing time. The pool and hot tub were great to come to after a long day of walking and exploring Maui. And we got to see turtles sleeping on the beach that is within walking distance of this place. Love that!

It was perfect for our stay.

Really convenient location!

Really convenient location! The beach is a walk away and so is the grocery store. My friend and I enjoyed the nice pool and jacuzzi at night, it was everything we wanted and more!

Beautiful

The location is beautiful - we never got tired of having our meals at the lanai! Just a short walk from the beach and tasty food truck parks.. Our host was extremely responsive and always able to answer our questions and point us in the right direction. Thank you for opening up your home to our family and we already cannot wait to come back!

Awesome Location

Awesome location, not a too busy area. Having the cooler and beach chairs and towels was very handy for us! Everything was great for our stay! The only issue was I removed my shoes and left them outside and one pair got stolen, but I probably should have been more careful about that.

Great place!

Great place, close to the beach where you can watch the sunset as well as close to times supermarket. Only flaw was that there were ants on the stovetop when we arrived and during our stay, we would see ants moving up and down the stove top. We never used the stove top during our stay. Other than that, perfect accommodation.

Beautiful condo in an amazing location

Loved everything about this place. The location was perfectly nestled in between the beach and a business district of Kihei. Walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, coffee house, Maui Pie, Nalu's, Diamonds and many more. Keep your drinks cool and snacks ready at the condo while at the beach, only a 2 minute walk away. Everything you would need to cook plus more! (ziplock bags, coffee filters, ice packs...) Beach chairs where amazing. The only drawback was that some of the furniture (outdoor and indoor) was worn (the patio chairs wicker was peeling, the coffee table was scratch up, the pillows on the couch smelt funny) but we didn't care as everything else was great! The shower rail fell and the manager came and replaced it the following day... great service! We will be back! ♥

Close to beach however bunch of homeless people hangout just outside the parking area (church across street appears to attract them). The place is walkable to beach and sunset views. Walkable to Nalu for breakfast and Akamai coffee. Close to resorts for Resort Pass or dining opportunities and central to Kihei and Wailea. Would probably stay here again, clean towels, clean space. A/C works in family room area but bedroom sleeps warmer even with the fan on. TV easy to use. Pool area is nice!! Plenty of awesome restaurants nearby and easy highway access. Communication with property manager was perfecto!

We could not have picked a better unit.

We could not have picked a better unit. The location was amazing. Walking distance to the pool, beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Our lanai was the most pleasant in the entire condominium. Our garden views were amazing. We loved the outdoor furniture, the shade screen that we were able to use in the early morning as the sun was rising. Maui Vacations thought of everything, with the hose by the lanai to rinse off the sand from your feet to the beach chairs, the beach towels, cooler and the umbrella. They have laundry available on the premises, but unfortunately our washer in “Unit B” was not working - we reached out to Maui Vacations, got a quick response back, and they were able to give us a key to the adjacent unit. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans and dishes that you need to make meals at home, but you may want to bring some of your own spices. Convienently, the grocery store is adjacent to the condominiums. They also have a great pool, hot tub and outside grills.

A home on Maui

The property was great well maintained. The condo was showing its age. The kitchen was not well stocked with utensils for meal prep. There is no table and chairs indoors to enjoy a meal. The outdoor furniture is old And uncomfortable.
