Dans la ville recherchée d'Elviria, cet appartement au rez-de-chaussée est spacieux, joliment présenté et entièrement climatisé. Il dispose de 3 chambres doubles avec des meubles, des installations et des sols en marbre de qualité. Les caractéristiques comprennent: salle de bains, deuxième salle de bains et toilettes invités, Wi-Fi, télévision multi-canaux (avec sports et films), lecteur DVD, grande terrasse ensoleillée avec auvents, meubles de terrasse et barbecue pour manger ou se détendre et un choix de 4 piscines dans de beaux jardins. À seulement quelques pas du parcours de golf 18 trous de Santa Maria, des courts de tennis et des terrains de bowling, à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville avec des installations, des bars et des restaurants et à environ 15 minutes à pied de l'une des plus belles plages de cette côte. Elviria est à 30 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Malaga et à 10 minutes en voiture de Marbella. Le complexe est privé et sécurisé. L'appartement dispose d'une alarme et d'un coffre-fort. Cet appartement est également adapté pour des vacances en famille, des vacances de golf ou une simple pause au soleil.

Perfect!

Very comfortable and beautiful place to stay and enjoy the south coast of Spain. We enjoyed the garden, the lovely patio area, the pools and the house was very clean. We would definitely come back!

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week and could easily have stayed longer. Great location within a 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The secluded terrace and garden is an added bonus. Definitely recommend.

Simply gorgeous

We travelled as a group of 5 friends. Peter's apartment was perfect. It was in a great location - very quiet, very clean, very relaxing! The pools were lovely. It was a short walk to decent restaurants and the beach. We would definitely recommend this property! Peter was fantastic to deal with. Replying quickly to emails and so very helpful! We loved it! If in Elviria - look no further

The pictures etc do not do justice the apartment. It’s a great size with three bedrooms and a big living room. Kitchen has all mod cons. Apartment has a large patio with garden - an oasis of calm. One of four pools in the complex is steps away - very quiet neighbourhood. Any issues we had - all minor - were deal quickly by Peter - really efficient communication. Definitely will be back.

Perfect

We know Elviria well and wanted a late October week away. Peter was a pleasure to deal with and provided immediate responses and excellent information and guidance. The property was just as described and just what we were looking for. It is well proportioned, very well equipped and occupies a quiet ground floor position in a secure gated setting. The host has gone to great lengths to provide everything needed for a comfortable self catering holiday. The local area is blessed with excellent restaurants so there is plenty of choice not far away. Would not hesitate in recommending and hope to return.

Great location and high standard

Really enjoyed our stay the accommodation was more than we expected. We are a family of four, 13-year-old and 17-year-old, so the space in and around the apartment was excellent. The pools on the complex always had available sunbeds and were very clean. Elivira is a good venue to explore from and the restaurants and bars have plenty of variety, the beech which is around a 15-minute walk, are equally clean and safe. Would highly recommend and will return, Peter the owner made it very easy and his directions and apartment instructions were all easy to follow. Jason Archer.

Highly Recommend!

We have recently returned from a wonderful 1 week stay in this beautiful apartment. We were very impressed with the property which is immaculate and really spacious! The property is in an ideal location within walking distance of a large number of shops and restaurants, perfect for families or couples looking for a lovely relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment in ideal location

We stayed here for a week after a tiring weeks cruise and we couldn't have picked a better apartment if we'd tried. All 6 of us (2 adults and 4 teenagers) had an amazing week. From the moment of booking right through to coming home, Peter's communication and help was great. The apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the local area and beyond and the description and photos do not do it enough justice. The facilities in the apartment were way beyond others we have stayed in before. We will most definitely stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.

Highly Recommend, already booked for next year!

The Villa is perfect and has all you need, We had a group and there was plenty room for us all, We especially enjoyed the patio area with the BBQ which we made good use of! a short 5 min walk takes you to shops bars and restaurants I would recommend hiring a car we did not but it would have been handy for shopping and travelling to various places, Great place to stay!

We had a great 3 week stay in this lovely apartment in July. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable. The private outside terrace and garden are an added bonus. The communal gardens and pool areas are well maintained. The apartment is in an ideal location: walking distance to cafes, shops and the beach.
