Village by the Beach Le B917, unité située au premier étage, occupe un logement de première classe sur la côte du golfe du Texas. Venez séjourner et profitez d’un des luxueux logements à louer de Village by the Beach. Que vous recherchiez un week-end ou une semaine de vacances, vous adorerez le confort et la convivialité de ce complexe familial. Chaque unité est décorée sur mesure avec des intérieurs meublés et propose des aménagements de lit uniques et des commodités pour leurs invités. Mais il y a deux commodités que chaque client va adorer… 1. Le superbe emplacement, juste à côté de la plage et �� 2. La piscine spectaculaire unique en son genre!

INTÉRIEUR
En entrant, vous trouverez un canapé confortable, des chaises rembourrées et un espace ouvert avec un salon et une salle à manger spacieux et une cuisine bien équipée comprenant des appareils en acier inoxydable, des plans de travail en granit et tous les extras dont un chef aurait besoin. Profitez de beaucoup de lumière naturelle et d'une décoration côtière moderne, de hauts plafonds, de sols en béton teinté et de nombreux petits extras que le propriétaire a pris le temps d'ajouter.
En passant devant la cuisine, vous trouverez la laveuse / sécheuse et la grande salle de bain complète avec un combo douche / baignoire. En continuant dans le couloir, vous trouverez la chambre d'amis qui est unique en ce sens que c'est l'une des rares chambres d'hôtes à offrir deux lits queen. La plupart des unit��s du Village by the Beach sont équipées d'un lit queen-size et de lits superposés dans la chambre d'amis. Cette unité est donc une excellente option pour ceux qui souhaitent éviter les lits superposés. La chambre principale se trouve au bout du couloir et comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative. Les deux chambres sont équipées de leur propre télévision et constituent un réseau wifi privé à l'usage des clients.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis.

The condo was very nice and the pool was amazing. The only drawback to this place is the location. There isn’t a beach within a five minute walk. It was a five minute drive.

June Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice, with more than plenty of space for 6 people. It was well supplied and had everything we needed. The plus is that the right outside your door. The only issue we had was that our room was not ready at check-in. But we were kept informed on status from Padre Escapes. Very responsive. Great stay!

Cozy condo

The condo was really cute, cozy, clean and just what we needed. It was in front of the pool, which was a nice size and a really nice poool to cool off. We were super close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

This unit was clean and met all our needs. Master bath sink faucet needs to be addressed. Water comes out hard and fast.

Great location- unit needs updating/deep clean

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at village by the beach. We love the location and the family friendly layout with the pool. This unit, however, was by far the most unkempt of all the units we've stayed in. The concrete flooring is dirty and needs to be resurfaced. The area rug in the living room is very stained and dirty as well as the chair and couch covers. There was hair in the refrigerator and other spots where housekeeping cut corners. It was a shame because we love coming to village by the beach, but this unit felt subpar compared to the others we've stayed in.

Rental needs updates - stained couches

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at this complex (first time at this particular condo). We love the location, close to the beach and the pool is always fun. BUT this rental needs some updates. The springs in the sofa make some serious noises, it’s very worn out and uncomfortable to sit on. The white armchair needs a new slipcover as there are some very obvious stains everywhere and overall looks filthy. The living room rug was also visibly stained; we tried to vacuum it and during our attempt to clean it we saw the underside and I wish we hadn’t. It was just so disgusting. I wish I could attach pictures. We eventually rolled the rug out of the way since we have a crawling baby that we didn’t want touching it and called management for sheets and blankets to cover both couches. It’s just so disappointing to pay so much money for those conditions as it left a really bad initial impression. The rest of the condo was clean and we had a great time.

Great condo and great location

We loved the condo and the location! The pool was so cute and quaint. The only complaint is it definitely wasn’t quiet and relaxing. We were able to swim and enjoy a quiet night on Thursday, however, the clientele of other units arrived and it became a huge party. Loud music, and our neighbors were clearly smoking marijuana. I’m not trying to be a “Karen”, but it was a rough group. I don’t even think everyone at the pool were paying customers. Only suggestion is having more security and regulations enforced. We did love the comfort of the condo. Thank you.

Great little beach get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our condo! It was just the right size for our family and the kids were in the pool daily. Nice and close to the beach, you could walk if you didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach stuff with you. It was mainly clean, the only reason I gave a 3 on cleanliness was that the floors were dirty still. They looked clean, but my feet got dirty walking on it. That’s to be expected I guess with a constant flow of beach sand in there though. The kitchen was decently stocked, but I thought they should have some basics on hand (salt/pepper/cooking oil or spray) maybe I’m just used to Airbnb whos kitchens are usually stocked with seasonings. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The property was well taken care of and the kid splash areas all were functioning. I would definitely stay again and bring friends to stay too.

Roaches and spiders

Reviewer Comments: There were roaches and spiders and I literally got rushed out of my unit i felt like I didn't get enough time to check out even though I was supposed to have complimentary 12 check out I had to change kids and feed a 3 month old outside of the unit and do my make up outside im hardly a morning person so this was the worse waking up and rushing around ever I hate rushing around in the morning I got 7 kids 10 and younger but the 3 youngest 1,2, and 3 months so its hard getting up and getting them going

Family-friendly beach vacay

Nice location right next to the pool. We enjoyed being that close to the pool, but the trade off was having to walk a distance from parking to front door of condo. For us, this wasn’t a bad trade off. We were also surprised at how quiet it was being so close to the pool. Security made sure the pool closed down at night and soundproofing in the condo was great. Even when the pool was busy during the day we couldn’t hear anything inside. Check-in and out was super easy. We only needed basic communication, as we didn’t have any issues. Beach was only a short drive away. Really appreciated the outdoor hose to rinse off sand after a day at the beach. Pillows sucked- very flat, but beds were comfy. Fold out couch was miserable, could be a torture device. But honestly, I’ve never known a fold out couch that was comfortable. We have come to this area for several years and stayed many different places. This was one of the good ones.

Weekend trip

everything was very good. The only problem was the area above the icemaker needs to be cleaned. Something was spilled there(looked like a soda) which caused some of the ice to look dirty. Otherwise everything was great!

Don’t stay with them!

Reviewer Comments: Had a place we rented months in advance to make sure we got our stay.. a week before our stay they called saying it was not available and they could price match our stay with two other rooms or give a full refund. Well with it being a week before vacation we knew no one else would have a place available. So we agreed to the two places they chose, sucks because the Day before our checkout day we had to move rooms, but we were satisfied... until we realized after I agreed to the rooms they had sent a correction email because they’d given us a better room than they had wanted to I suppose but they just put the links at the bottom of the email and in the email they said nothing but no they could not give a discount and why. I just assumed they were the same links as the ones before that I agreed too. Now I will say they did give me a partial refund for their mistakes but as far as I’m concerned I’m still very unhappy and will not be staying with them again. It sucked having to move rooms the day before we left and they wouldn’t allow us yo checkout any later than 11am when our other room wouldn’t be available till 4pm!! All and all it was super ******. And the poor people in the room next to us in our first room had their KITCHEN UPSTAIRS!! All and all a nice place but not very great customer service.
