La villa occupe une position prestigieuse étant 1 des 6 villas en première ligne de l'urbanisation. La propriété a été meublée sans compromis et est encore renforcée par des sols en marbre partout. Situé sur un développement exclusif, La Goleta dispose également d'une grande piscine commune à l'usage de tous les clients.

Fantastic holiday

Had a lovely holiday very quiet exactly what we wanted, accommodation was great, would certainly go back without hesitation, we hired a car which was great, however there is a local bus service which seems to be good

Lovely well equipped villa

Just returned from a relaxing break in Lanzarote. Well equipped villa, spotlessly clean and comfortable villa situated in a very quiet part of Playa Blanca. Would recommend and would return.

Very relaxing and stress free stay

Excellent property. Location quiet albeit facing the road. Windy corner property but with wind breaker in place which was a great bonus. Pool a little colder than expected but still lovely.

Fantastic villa

Beautiful Villa, perfectly located, immaculate and the host had thought of everything. The Pool was fantastic as well. stayed for 2 weeks, could have stayed all summer. My husband and I haven’t been to player blanca for 18yrs, loved it then and still love it. Thank you Adele, Jenny and Martín for a fantastic stay, will definitely return, Amanda and Chris x

Great Villa

Photo's don't do the property justice. Fantastic Villa with lovely pool. Villa has eerything you need including extra towels for sun loungers. Good location, would recommend a car. Would re-book again.

Nice relaxing stay

Just come back from 2 weeks stay at villa esperanza. Lovely villa in peaceful location but not too far from playa blanca town or marina rubicon where there are plenty of restaurants. It was our first experience of staying in a villa, and we would definitely do it again. The pool was lovely and cleaned twice a week. Everything you needed in the villa for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Absolutely wonderful

Villa Esperanza was everything we could have wanted and more. Incredibly peaceful location, and yet only about €6 euros to get a taxi into the town. Beautiful warm pool for our daily swim and a fully stocked villa with everything you could possibly need including coffee machine, games, dishwasher, and the list goes on. We came back from our break thoroughly relaxed and would highly recommend this as a holiday destination!

A Perfect Holiday

Thank you Adele, we loved Villa Esperanza. It was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Jenny the housekeeper was really helpful and a mine of local information! We particularly liked the location, being away from the main resort area. We lazed by the pool, read our books and went for glorious walks every day. An absolutely perfect two weeks! We will definitely return.

Lovely accommodation has all you could want

The last time we stayed in Playa Blanca was 27 years ago and wow what changes. The villa is comfortable and has all that you would need. Both managers and owner are really helpful. The bus is regular and cheap though had problems getting times for return trips so ended up taking a taxi. Promised ourselves when we come again to hire a car from the airport as the roads down are so simple.

Our second wonderful stay

Within the last years we have rent many apartments and houses and this is the first time ever we returned to a house - within one year.... It was as wonderful as our first stay: clean, well equipped, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Especially we love the heated Pool. We are sure this was not our last stay. Villa au bord d’une voie de circulation peu de nuisances en décembre. Difficile de manger le soir sur une terrasse car insuffisamment isolée du froid…piscine bien entretenue et chauffée

Perfect for us.

Was a touch concerned about the location when I booked it however I needn't have worried as it covers all bases really well. It's about a 50 to 60 min walk into Playa Blanca centre down the lovely promenade which can be broken by a few stops on the way if you wish. It's also very handly placed just of the bus route €1.40 for any length trip in Playa Blanca and a taxi back from town costs about €5. If you don't fancy a trip into town you can make the short walk to the shops/restaurants at Faro Park. All the ones we tried were really good. Although facing onto the road the villa is very quiet and offers a nice view over to Fuertaventura. The pool is great (heated) and the outside area comfortable. The Naya also has a fabric awning which drastically reduces the breeze ( which can be strong at times) making it a great place to sit at any time. The villa has everything you could need and we found it spotlessly clean. Overall really glad we booked it, would definitely stay again.

Zon en rust

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad op Lanzarote, de villa is voorzien van alle gemakken. Keuken met goede apparatuur, bedden liggen prima, 2 badkamers, zwembad verwarmd door warmte pomp was heerlijk. De ligbedden buiten zijn al wat gedateerd maar liggen nog prima. Wasmachine met zeeppoeder is erg handig. De buitenruimte met BBQ is erg fijn om s avonds te zitten. Contact met de eigenaar verliep prima, in de villa liggen duidelijke instructies. De villa zag er netjes verzorgd en schoon uit. Leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand, we bevelen vooral la Flamenca aan! Wim, Annemieke en Rien

From the initial contact with Adele the holiday was a dream. I wanted peace & quiet to get over a family bereavement and Villa Esperanza met the bill completely. The location, furnishings and fittings were top quality and couldn't be faulted. A perfect villa and host.

Perfect Getaway

The whole process was super smooth and the communication with Adele was excellent. The Villa itself is beautifully presented with everything you could ever need for your stay. The bedrooms, the living area, the kitchen are all perfect. When I have booked previous villas abroad I have always ensured that they had air con, this villa is the first that I have rented without but the villa remained cool in the evenings and the bedrooms were a comfortable temperature even without the use of the supplied fans & this was in August. The lovely breeze helped out of course. The pool area is where we spent most of our time and it is great for lazy days watching the world go by with the kids having so much fun. The location is great with a short walk to the local supermarket. I would personally recommend car hire as we did for getting into Playa Blanca in approximately 10 mins or if that’s not for you taxi’s are available. Playa Blanca has some lovely beaches and Rubicón Marina some great restaurants. You are sure to find something for all tastes. Our holiday in Lanzarote was something we where really looking forward to and we where not disappointed - it was a perfect getaway. Thank you.

das wohl am schlechtesten gewartete Objekt in der Gegend

Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war stets effizient und freundlich und leider notwendig, da es immer wieder Probleme mit der Villa gab (Windschutz und Poolpumpe bei Anreise schon defekt, Einbruch in Villa, defekter Geschirrspüler,...) Die Verwaltung vor Ort ist inkompetent und nicht wirklich willig ihren Job zu machen (daher auch der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern). Dass der Pool beheizt ist, ist das highlight. Ansonsten ist die schon in die Jahre gekommene Anlage renovierungsbedürftig. Dennoch ist die Villa, wie tausende andere in derselben Gegend, ideal für einen Aufenthalt von 1-2 Wochen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt (7 Wochen, wie wir) ist diese Villa nicht geeignet wegen fehlender Beschattung, Garderobe, Rasierspiegel, mangelhafte Beleuchtung,...

I can say no more than Villa Esperanza was perfect in every possible way. We had an amazing holiday. Clean, tidy, shops and restaurants nearby and peaceful, we could not ask for anything else! We will most certainly be back!

Villa Esperanza -A delight!

Immaculate villa extremely well appointed within secure gated community. We had difficulty finding the villa initially due to unusual method of villa numbering however management official was extremely helpful and unconcerned that we had called at 2230 hours. The pool is as warm as a bath and as such is very welcoming. There are two outside eating areas both with cover and from protection from the wind. This is the best villa we have used in 20 years of coming to Lanzarote and its location alongside equally amazing villas makes this a great place for a holiday. We definitely will be back.. Villa Esperanza

Much too fast, the 3 weeks have passed in the Villa Esperanza. The house and the pool are very nice. There was nothing wrong with us. Excellent also the pool heating with Caribbean water temperature. The Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube also add value to the house. Under the covered and wind-protected patio, you can sit comfortably in the evening with a glass of wine. A plus for me as a wheelchair user would still be a folding handle on one of the toilets. Many thanks to Adele & Richard for renting Villa Esperanza. Also I would like to thank for the good service and support with Jenny and Martyn. I hope for a speedy return Petra and Hartmut
