Maison / villa - Playa Blanca

La Villa Ámbar Cherry est une villa de construction récente avec vue sur la mer située à seulement 250 m de petites criques où vous pourrez vous baigner et prendre le soleil et à 10 minutes des grandes plages de Papagayo.

Elle se trouve dans un petit lotissement calme et privatif (Residencial Ámbar) situé à Faro Pechiguera, à 5 minutes de route de Playa Blanca, dans le sud de l’île de Lanzarote.

Villa de standing, paisible, confortable et accueillante, meublée avec goût et complètement équipée. Toutes les portes et les fenêtres sont équipées de volets à lamelles mobiles afin de préserver votre intimité tout en laissant passer la lumière du matin. Piscine entourée d’un gazon synthétique de qualité pour profiter du soleil.

Elle dispose de 2 chambres doubles (l'une d'entre elles avec salle de bains privative), une seconde salle de bains, séjour avec télévision LED écran plat, connexion Internet ADSL Wifi et téléphone, télévision par satellite avec chaînes françaises, anglaises et allemandes. Salle à manger, espace repas à l'extérieur, cuisine équipée, buanderie indépendante avec lave-linge, table et fer à repasser, piscine chauffée et éclairée (nettoyage et entretien de la piscine compris).

Piscine chauffée à environ 29ºC d’octobre à début mai sans supplément.

Everything about the villa is ideal. The indoor space is well organised and the furtniture of a good quality. Outside is brilliant with a great pool, top hot-tub and plenty of seating etc. The table tennis table is superb and the pool table fun (although passed it best if you're expecting a serious game).Location suited us; quiet but near to some great restaurants and bars and a nice walk to busier coastal places.Finally, the host could not be nicer. In contact throughout, clear instructions and quick response to questions. Would not hesitate to book again.

The villa was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The grounds were great - having our own private pool was great and the kids really enjoyed the table tennis table and the pool table. The pool table has definitely seen better days and has a bit of a lean on it, but for them it was fine. The contact from the host was great. The information that was sent out beforehand was useful and really helped when checking in. The only thing I’d say is make sure you use the Google coordinates that you get sent to find the property as it’s on a development with 29 other properties that all look very similar.Location wise, it’s very quiet. There’s a small supermarket, think large Tesco Express size about 5 minutes walk away with a few restaurants and other shops nearby. The main centre of Playa Blanca is about a 10 minute drive.We will certainly be looking to stay here again in the future.

Lovely well equipped villa

We enjoyed a great stay. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the beds were comfortable and great showers, too. The outside space was fantastic, with the covered dining area being used every day to eat and to play cards without them being blown away! We also enjoyed the pool which was cleaned twice whilst we were there. Francesca was a delight to communicate with. We would definitely book here again.

Lovely warm pool & hot tub. Comfortable king sized bed. Well stocked kitchen. Pool table was unusable due to its poor condition- this wasn’t a problem for us however as we don’t play. The villa is surrounded by a low wall and quite open.

Holiday of a lifetime

First time ever for 52yr young lady and her support worker what an amazing villa full time wheelchair use and we managed to get everywhere around the villa. Communication with the owners was very easy and fast response no problem when we asked for anything. Home from home (with better weather!)

Just the perfect villa for a stay in the Playa Blanca area. But you will need a hire car to make the most of this location. We loved it. The pool and hot tub were excellent, as was the outside seated areas. The kitchen had everything you would need. And satellite tv was a welcome bonus for the long, dark January evenings Local supermarket was a 5 minute walk away, as were a number of restaurants, some with take away options. Communication with the host, Francesca was particularly good and she dealt with the few issues that arose promptly. Overall, a great villa for a relaxing holiday.

As expected - nice area

Just as expected, clean and as the photos suggest although you do have to pay for air conditioning if you require it, which I didn’t see any mention of. Quiet area but can walk to restaurants in Faro Park (5-10mins) or about an hours walk to Playa Blanca by the sea front. The really amazing thing about this villa is the pool and hot tub and outside area although in August it was extremely windy which I was surprised about which did mean I didn’t use the pool as much as I had expected. Had everything you would expect although missing some basics like bin bags and washing up sponge. I know it shouldn’t be expected but was only left a bottle of water and a pack of biscuits as a welcome gift which seemed a bit mean!

Regarding the welcome pack, the person in charge was new and forgot to put milk, juice and a rosé wine, which we always put. I am extremely sorry. FLIGHTS GOT CANCELLED OWNERS WOULDN'T ACCOMMODATE. WE BOOKED IN FOR ADDITIONAL WEEK WHEN EVENTUALLY ARRIVED NO KEYS, HAD TO WAIT OVER 2 HRS TO GET IN GOT IN LATE THEN THEY STARTED TO CLEAN THE POOL CLEAN THE HOT TUB. VILLA LOOKED LIKE HAD BEEN USED FOR THE WEEK WHEN WE COULDN'T BE THERE. VILLA WAS DIRTY. DIRTY PLATES IN THE DISHWASHER. ##### BEWARE OF CCTV CAMERA WATCHING YOUR MOVEMENT THEY DONT DISCLOSE THIS IN THEIR LISTING NOR DO THEY TELL YOU YOU NEED TO PAY FOR AIR CONDITIONING ##### WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL STAYED IN MANY VILLAS WHERE OWNERS HAVE BEEN MORE THAN HELPFUL.

We had a great week at this villa. The owners directions were clear and we had no trouble finding the villa - we had a 16hour delay to our journey but this didn't cause any problems with the rental at all. The villa has a lovely outdoor area with a great view of Montana Roja (which is well worth hiking up! - the footpath entrance is a 5 mins drive away from the villa). The pool was a big hit with the kids! Clean villa with plenty room for 4 of us, kitchen had everything we needed and there is plenty storage in the bedrooms for clothing etc. The area is nice and quiet with a couple of small supermarkets and restaurants about a 5 min walk away (a couple of the restaurants do take-away). We took a walk along the sea front from the lighthouse toward the main part of Playa Blanca - it is quite a long walk so you'd probably want to drive it if you were planning on eating out or doing any shopping, but if you just want a walk its a nice path (we did 7 miles there and back and didn't reach the end of the walk way!) - All in all a lovely stay - Thank you :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A l'intérieur la villa est très bien équipée et bien meublée. La climatisation est un plus appréciable. A l'extérieur la piscine est chauffée, le jacuzzi, la table de ping-pong, le billard, les 2 vélos et le hamac ont été très appréciés. Francesca a été arrangeante et très réactive pour faire réparer la crevaison sur un des vélos.La description de l'annonce est conforme à la réalité.
