Relaxing stay

This is the second time that we have stayed in this villa. It’s in a quiet residential area but just a few minutes walk to a couple of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a bus stop with buses every half an hour that take you into the main resort for €1.40. It’s also just a few minutes from a lively walk along the coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely holiday

We had a brilliant holiday, the villa was even better than we expected. The pool was perfect size for us, the welcome pack was a nice touch and the selection of DVDs and TV was excellent. The added benefits of washing machine and dish washer were very helpful. Lovely restaurants and supermarkets down the street.

Everything was great, we had an amazing time. Santiago was super helpful, we’ve got a complimentary bottle of a nice wine and a booklet with all the information needed if you’re coming to Lanzarote for the first time. I recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous very easy communication with santi. The villa had everything and a welcome package which was so nice. Lovely, quiet and relaxing just as described. Will defo book again and would recommend to anyone.

Love this villa!

Lovely villa. Well equipped Kitchen. Sat outside throughout our stay as the covered outdoor seating area is so nice. Love the heated outdoor pool. Faro Park is a lovely quiet development. Its a short walk down to the shops/pubs/restaurants and similarly down to the sea(no beach) Good bus sevice to Playa Blanca only 1 euro 40, although the 4 of us got a taxi back and it cost same as 4 busfares!

Great stay - already booked for next year

The villa is quiet, peaceful and private which is what we wanted as well as having a row of good shops and restaurants a five minute walk away good if we didn't want to cook or venture far for dinner at night. The en-suite bathroom sometimes had a bad smell of drains, but it didn’t spoil our holiday. Santi was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any queries. The villa was easy to find and access with the key code provided in advance of our stay. Having arrived we were greeted with a great welcome pack to start us off - great as we arrived late. Many thanks Santi, can’t wait for next year.

Liked the house - loved the heated pool :o)

A nice house with a great outdoor area and restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We had 3 days in this house and spent almost all of the time outdoors and in the heated pool. Easy communication with the host via the VRBO app. The house is starting to look a bit tired and could use a little TLC - But, the price is very fair, so you get what you pay for.

Great holiday, Faro park a great base to get round the island, Playa Blanca a really nice part of the island, Got to the property and one toilet broken, fixed within 24 Hours, no problem, the property was clean and tidy and a comfortable place to stay, pool needs a bit of TLC but a nice temperature to swim in, my only real observation is the settee cousins need replacing as uncomfortable and a bit of TLC outside. Other than that, the property is a nice property. Would I stop there again Yes.

Amazing family holiday

We had a great time, lovely villa smelt lovely when we walked in everything clean , some lovely items left for us like essentials coffee water bread butter biscuits and more, area was nice and quite and clean some shops and restaurants down the road, bus stop and taxi ranks there but never any taxis we found it really hard trying to get a taxi so decided to hire a car beach and more shops and restaurants within a 6 min drive , only bad thing i could say about our stay is the pool had some sand at the bottom when we arrived and the stickers round the pool are coming off which makes it look dirty , also i dont think the pool was cleaned the whole time we was there, i did write that on the form when we left, didnt affect our stay we had a great time and would definitely come back

The villa has everything. The outside space/pool is wonderful, with 3 different areas to sit plus sunloungers. Theres a small gate to ensure young children cant get to the pool without their adult too!! So very safe.The bbq was a plus.Theres a utility area with washing machine,iron etc.Inside, the kitchen is so well equipped, there is everything you need. The beds were really comfy, 2 seperate bathrooms, ideal. Theres a tv, dvd player and loads of good dvds, a stereo,books.

Nice villa in a good location with a safe for valuables

The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Access to the villa is via key safe and directions are very easy to follow. There are some good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk away. The `internet is very good and the villa has a wide range of English speaking channels available. The kitchen has a wide range of cooking utensils and crockery available. The pool was clean and warm being heated in June. The outside area needs some attention especially in relation to some floor tiles around the pool where some have suffered from erosion. Also the sun beds will need replacement at some point as there are splits in the slats but they can still be used. A big bonus was that the villa had a safe for valuables which is not listed in the property details. All in all a nice villa with just a few improvement points which is very much offset by the very competitive rental rate. Also communication with the host was excellent.

Calme et confortable

C'est la 10ème fois que nous allons à Lanzarote mais la 1ère fois dans cette charmante villa, loin du centre, du port et de Marina rubicon, mais proche de la mer et de la belle promenade du phare jusqu'à playa blanca centre. Arrêt de bus à proximité si vous ne louez pas de voiture. La villa est parfaite si on recherche le calme, le confort et l'intimité. Nous y retournerons...

Une ile lunaire!!!

Séjour très agréable dans cette superbe maison ! Toutefois l'équipement en ustensiles cuisine est réellement insuffisant ( pas de passoire ni d'essoreuse à salades, les poêles et casseroles en très mauvais état) . Les couvertures devraient être lavées + fréquemment . La situation de cette très agréable maison (tout à fait conforme à l'annonce) permet de visiter toute l'ile en excursions d'une journée .

Fabulous Holidays

We passed a great holiday despite the current context. The villa is just wonderul. Very clean, well equiped, 2 beautiful bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Outside, a beautiful heated swimming pool, garden equipped with dining table, deckchairs with a terrace in the shade and very cozy. It's just perfect. The residence is very quiet with restaurants and supermarket next door. There is no view with the neighbors. It's great. Santiago, the owner is just very nice and very kind, very available, responsive and helped us a lot with the current context. We recommend this villa and we will come back with great pleasure.

Belle maison dans un quartier résidentiel calme proche de commerces.

Un belle maison de vacances avec toutes les facilités à proximité immédiate (commerces, restaurants,..). Quelques petits investissements à faire pour maintenir le niveau de qualité de la maison (ex: baignoire à remplacer un jour, matelas des transats à changer). La localisation est un must en décembre pour visiter le sud de l'île. Une voiture est utile pour se déplacer, même s'il y a un service de transport en commun de bus qui semblent efficaces. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille (2 ados et 2 adultes)..

Jolie maison bien agencée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y être à l'aise. La piscine chauffée de 7m est à très bonne température. Rien à signaler de désagréable.

Had a great stay here, outside space is superb, private and gets the sun all day. Inside the villa was really clean perhaps a little dated and sofa not comfortable but hardly spent anytime indoors. Would definitely stay again. We tried a couple of the faro park restaurants within a 5 minute walk but tended to head into the centre of town most evenings. New hyperdino supermarket that has appeared since we last stayed on faro park a great addition.

Perfect, peaceful location

I'd not stayed at Faro Park before but would stay again and would definitely stay here. I loved that it was a quieter area but still with enough options nearby for food and drinks. All the restaurants within walking distance were excellent. We stayed for 5 nights and there were plenty of options if we wanted something different every night. The walk into the centre of Playa Blanca took about 1.5 hours using the coast road. A lovely walk but be sure to have sun screen and water. If walking isn't an option the bus into town is only 1.40 and takes about 20 minutes. Taxis are also very reasonable. The villa was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well maintained.and had everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic! Responsive and very accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
