Appalling stay on Wigram Rd
This property is in a great location for us to stay to catch up with family but there were so many things wrong we couldn't wait to get out of there.
The fridge continually alarmed and leaked water into the apartment. It was unusable.
The wifi for computers and phone use was woeful, being unable to connect any computer or even phone. If it did connect you were unable to download even a small site, eg banking.
The windows to the outside garden did not shut, therefore the apartment was unable to be locked.
The dryer did not work to dry the towels after they were used to mop up from the leaking fridge.
The company were hopeless, for our 5 day stay nothing was done to allow us to even stay in the apartment.
With all the elements broken in the apartment and being unable to shut the windows to the garden I was too scared to sleep there and this was relayed to the Made Comfy team who looked after the property.
We booked this time in Glebe through Stayz and dealt with MadeComfy who did not enable our stay at the premises.
The time and angst dealing with Made Comfy changed our time in Sydney.
I will stay away from both of these companies and alert others to do the same.
Disgraceful work code and I am looking into reporting this to consumer trades.
