Great location close to main attractions and public transportation. The accommodations were perfect for my wife and me. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Sydney.
Beautiful 1 bedroom overlooking small park. 10 min walk to The Rocks. 1 block to George St. Lovely. Would stay again. Very responsive owner. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 1 week. The apartment is exactly as detailed and in a brilliant location. Easy walking distance too Darling harbor, the Rocks restaurants and bars and Sydney Opera House.

We have just spent one month in the apartment. The location is brilliant, close to 2 supermarkets Coles & Metro (the better one). 13 mines walk from Circular Quay & the Opera House. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away.
The apartment is attractively furnished & comfortable. Only drawback is the traffic noise at times but it did not disturb our sleep. The small pool was convenient for an early morning swim. All in all a great place to stay.
This property is privately owned but within a residence hotel - made check in a little confusing but was sorted quickly - well furnished, clean and stocked with everything needed including kitchen and laundry requirements. Excellent location, two supermarkets nearby (note, they are underground in the Wynyard station) and two noodle shops on the ground floor of building. There is traffic noise as others have noted, but not so much that it kept us awake - if you live in a city, you're used to the background noise. Easy to catch the train, tram or bus, everything within a block or two and easy walk to the Rocks, Circular Quay, etc. 100% would stay here again - communication with owner was prompt and clear. Nicely appointed furnishings as well.
The location was great for walking to most must see places in the CBD. We walked to the fish market, China Town , the Rocks , the Quay/Opera House. There is a Coles just down the road , two minute walk for groceries. It's all pretty close. The few issues that popped up would be the traffic noise , very busy corner, lot's of horn honking ! and the Train ran under the building. Made a strange vibration and sound. But it was comfortable and cozy. I would return. I do think a few upgrades/TLC is in order. Like double pained glass. That would help with the traffic noise. A larger bed would have been nice as well. Seemed pretty small , Like a double . There is room for a Queen with room to spare. TV did not work in the bedroom , nor did the safe, that should be fixed before any new rentals come in. One last thing the sliding glass door to access the balcony did not latch or lock ! It would just slide and really any one could have come in , we told the building guy and he knew about already but did not come and fix it !
Good location. We had to wait for the owner to make the car park space available for our use as was arranged when we booked. The property could have been cleaner. We hand washed our cutlery, plates & cups before we used them as they were not clean properly. The kitchen surfaces & appliances also required a wipe over which is disappointing considering we are in COVid times. The last morning of our stay the gas was disconnected so we had no hot water to shower. A disconnection notice was slipped under the door by who we assume was the gas supplier. Contacted the owner who apologized but havenât heard anything else back.
A beautifully presented and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Sydney Town. Easy walk to Darling Harbour, The Rocks, Shopping Malls as well as Restaurants and Bars. Highly recommend. Excellent communication with property owner.
