A welcoming and cozy inner west retreat with rare indoor/outdoor living. Maisonnets welcomes you to this beautifully renovated 2 bedroom Annandale apartment just minutes from Sydney’s CBD. Enjoy a light filled open-plan living space with Bosch kitchen appliances, plus a standout private deck and courtyard with alfresco dining and BBQ. Walk to cafés, village shops, Glebe Foreshore Park and the Tramsheds food hub, with Newtown and Rozelle close by and only 3 light rail (tram) stops for the brand new Sydney Fish Markets.
The Space:
Ascend a short flight of stairs into a thoughtfully refreshed retreat designed for comfort and flow. Polished floorboards lead you through an open plan kitchen, dining and living zone anchored by sleek black subway tiles, stone benchtops and an island bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher, plus microwave… ideal for anything from quick breakfasts to dinner parties.
The dining table seats four and opens to a cosy living area with wall-mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning, Smart TV, occasional chair and a sofa that converts to a double bed, allowing the apartment to sleep up to six guests when requested..
Glass stacker doors open to a sun-splashed deck with a four-seater alfresco setting, protected by a glass balustrade. A few steps down reveals your private paved courtyard which is a highlight, complete with gas BBQ and space to unwind, dine or enjoy morning coffee.
Both bedrooms feature queen beds; one includes generous wardrobe storage, making the home well suited to longer stays. The bathroom continues the chic aesthetic with black subway tiles, floor-to-ceiling white tiling and a spacious frameless shower. A European laundry with Electrolux washer/dryer adds everyday convenience, and portable heaters are provided for cooler months.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire apartment, including the deck, courtyard and dedicated parking space.
The Neighborhood:
Set in Annandale, this leafy inner-west pocket offers a relaxed village feel just minutes from Sydney CBD. Stroll to local cafés, boutiques and historic pubs along Johnston and Booth Streets, or head to Glebe Foreshore Park for waterfront walks. Food lovers will adore Tramsheds, a buzzing dining and shopping precinct housed in a heritage tram depot. King Street Newtown and Rozelle Markets are an easy 10-minute drive.
Getting Around:
The apartment is well connected for both public transport and driving. Several bus services run along Johnston Street and nearby Booth Street, providing easy access to the Sydney CBD, Central Station and surrounding inner west suburbs. Common routes include services toward the city via Parramatta Road, with travel times of around 25–30 minutes to the CBD, depending on traffic.
For light rail, the Glebe Light Rail Stop (L1 Dulwich Hill Line) is approximately a 10–12 minute walk, offering a relaxed, traffic free ride into Central Station, Darling Harbour and Chinatown.
The apartment also includes a dedicated off street parking space if you’re travelling by car, and the surrounding area is easy to explore on foot, with cafés, shops, parks and dining all close by.

* **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.
* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.

Great property
The Annandale property was perfect for our needs. Great apartment with everything we needed. Close to shops and the parking was great. And the management team were very helpful and answered any queries quickly. I would stay at this property again.

Very nice, clean apartment with all you need for a great stay. It would be helpful to know that best acceaa is from the rear lane before arrival. Would have liked to organise check in when I made the booking. Concierge very nice and helpful.

Whilst we were advised the dishwasher was out of order, there were no instructions on getting the cooktop to work. We tried the online tutorials for the brand and contacted the hosts but it still did not work, maybe include some instructions in the unit? The cushions were a little smelly on the couch but overall very good and meet our needs. We did park in the wrong number park so maybe just a photo of the correct parking space as it was raining and dark when we arrived.

GREAT LOCATION
The location of this property was literally less than a 5 minute walk away from our family’s house. It was so perfect!! Coming from America we didn’t trust ourselves to hire a car and this location was so close to the light rail station. There’s also lovely cafes nearby and easy access to stores. It was very quiet and clean. The hostess was very helpful and kind checking in with me before we came so everything was perfect when we arrived. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. <3 Thank you so much

Fabulous area. Walking distance to light rail to city and Dulwich Hill. 20 mins into Haymarket and Central. Cafe, restaurants not too far either.
Unit was really comfy and newly renovated I think. I did have a problem with contacting them at some point but found them on Facebook. Easy from then on and they were very helpful with any enquiry I had.

Great apartment & location!
Great to have an off-street parking space - a rarity in the inner west! Pretty squeezy to get a 4 wheel drive wagon into parking area from back lane though! Apartment had all facilities & equipment needed. Good beds, shower, lots of space & only 10 or so steps from ground level. Easy walk or quick drive to Annandale shops or Tramsheds for groceries, restaurants/cafes or takeaway food. Communication with apartment management was not easy - responses to emails & messages weren't that quick & not possible to make contact by phone at all, as message bank full. Some confusion on booking as to whether children were allowed to stay in this apartment - VRBO listed it as no children allowed, but apparently that wasn't correct. Wouls definitely stay again!

delightful stay
Communication between Stayz and the owner resulted in some stress a few days before arrival when I was told the total amount had not been paid even though it had been debited from my account a long time previously. Was also confusion regarding refundable deposit to be paid at the property vs paid as part of payment to Stayz. This all happened when I advised original arrival flights has been altered as I had been requested. Once that was sorted (without any acknowledgment or apology) the check in was seamless and courteous and the property was spacious and delightfully presented.
