The space
Our 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the buzzing Darling Street. Walking distance to all village amenities. Public transport at your doorstep. If you're looking for a comfortable stay that is close to Sydney CBD but in a unique and charming neighbourhood, our home in R o z e l l e would be sure to appeal and delight.

We bring the office to you. New and exclusive to our valued guests, you can now enjoy the convenience and comfort of a Work From Home set up during your stay. High quality equipment including desk, chair, desktop monitor, keyboard and mouse is now available for hire. Our WFH rental includes delivery and assembling in the comfort of your home. Simply plug in your laptop. Please enquire directly for availability.

** Long term stays **

Please note the following House Rules before booking:

1. No smoking.
There is a strict no smoking policy (including on balconies or terraces). Breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorise the property.

2. Strict no parties policy.
No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules

3. Children.
We welcome children of all ages to our property. Please take into consideration steps and balconies in the safety of your children before booking. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers and supervision is the responsibility of the parents and/or guardians. Supervision of children around stairs, balconies, roads, driveways and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of accompanying parents/guardians and Furnished Properties accepts no responsibility.

4. Please minimise noise between 10PM to 7 AM.
No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 7 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. The majority of our neighbours live here full time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints.

- We have other 4 units in the same building available. Great for groups or friends and family who want to stay close together. Please check our profile or enquire directly to bookings at furnished properties dot com dot au, for more info.

5. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.

6. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.

7. Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests. You will be liable for any associated costs and additional fees incurred from damages, relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time you overstayed. Your cooperation ensures smooth operations and allows us to maintain our high standards of service. Thank you for understanding.

Commercial construction zone immediately off the balcony. Workers are able to look into the place. Numerous small blood stains on the bedding. Parking access is horrendous due to the construction fence, tight corners and unsealed road, and made worse by its access point being off Victoria Rd. Listing didnt say any of the above. But it did say there was WiFi... Which there was not. There's a router there, but it isn't plugged into the wall. The TV also didn't work - literally couldn't get it to turn on via remote or the physical control knob on the back of the TV. The host Billy was very slow to respond (24-48 hours) and then what seemed to be intentionally unhelpful. When I emailed requesting the wifi password (back when I thought there actually was wifi) I was told it's in the welcome email... which I reminded him, we never received. Also be aware that there's several flights of steps within the building to get to the apartment's door, and then multiple steps outside to get into the building. So if you have a bunch of suitcases, factor that in. I don't say this lightly -- possibly the worst place we've ever stayed. At least the AC worked well. Rozelle as an area is definitely a plus, but find a better property. Perhaps the old hospital down the road which is rumoured to be haunted.
