Wow… that’s all

This is the perfect place to stay on Catalina. Away from the excitement of town, all you can hear are the seagulls and the waves crashing. The balcony views are breathtaking, and the binoculars provided helped us watch the dolphins and sea lions out in the water. I can’t say enough about how gorgeous the place is inside and out.

Had such a great vacation to Avalon. The Vacation rental was perfect with the most amazing views. The location was great, and the host was very responsive with any questions that I had. Will definitely be back!!!

My wife and I have stayed at several local hotels; all good some better than others. This property was well above the others in terms of exclusivity, safety and quietness. Communication with the owners and property management was easy and extremely timely. The view from Hamilton cove is amazing!

Anniversary trip

I cannot say enough about our stay and experience here and on the island. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations. It was very cozy, clean and the views were spectacular. Having the golf cart was also icing on the cake. We were able to get into the town of Avalon and experience all of the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

This condo was so beautiful! Breathtaking views of the ocean and we felt like we were in Italy or somewhere else! The owner and property manager were very responsive and very helpful. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. Recommend this condo for a getaway!!

Exactly as listed— so nice, clean and comfortable. Saw shooting stars off the deck at night and dolphins during the day. Nothing short of magical. Definitely would come back!

perfect location beautiful house

we've stayed in this area before, in a larger home with a panoramic view, but i must say, i love this house much more. the location was PERFECT! parking ofnthe gold card was great , right next to the stairs. JUst overall SO convenient. And at the same time had a beautiful view with a very clean and beautiful house.

24 year anniversary getaway

Newly-remodeled cozy 1 bedroom w/ awesome views of Hamilton Cove, the provided 6seater powerful golf cart allowed us to get to town in a convenient manner. Only recommendation would be to attach the headboard to the bed frame to minimize the rattling noises that ensue. .Other than that, it hit all our sweet spots.

Fantastic 5-year anniversary trip!

The Vista Blanca villa was perfect in so many ways! It made our 5-year anniversary vacation perfect. The villa is exactly as it shows in the pictures with the views more breathtaking than you can imagine. We could hear the soft waves and see whale and dolphins from our balcony each morning. The decor and all made the villa so welcoming and gave us a really relaxed feeling for our vacation. The villa is only 2 flights of steps down from the main street, which made for easy carry of our luggage and just far enough not to hear the carts on the street. So thankful for the golf cart too! It was easy to drive and we had no issues around the island or parking anywhere. Though it was colder weather we were able to go down to the private beach on the property and relax. The villa is close enough to visit all the sites (all within 10 minutes), but far enough not to hear the busy streets, people, and carts in town. Everyone in town was so kind with giving us tips on restaurants and sites. We loved the villa and the whole vibe on the island. We will definitely be returning!

A lovely condo out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Avalon.

This property is everything you could want. Tiffany was easy to communicate with and the property manager was readily available. As we were heading over on the ferry we received a message that there was a mechanical issue with the golf cart so a replacement had been obtained for our use. This extra effort really meant a lot to us as we were in town for a wedding and had to go back and forth for different events several times a day. The condo upstairs from our unit was under construction so it was noisy but as we were in and out it only a minor inconvenience. The only reason I gave a four star rating for cleanliness is because there were loads of ants wandering around the bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. We did keep them at bay using the Raid provided in the unit but it was a little inconvenient. The ants might have been there because they were disturbed by all the construction or because it was so hot outside! We did not contact the manager about the ants so I’m sure she would have sent someone out to do something but we were having too much fun with the wedding festivities to bother. I’m sure the construction is completed by now and you would really enjoy staying at this fabulous property if you have the chance.

Sweet 16 weekend for our daughter

Gorgeous, beautiful, perfect!! We watched dolphins and seals play all day long from our balcony and had so much fun riding the golf cart to town for tours, shopping and dinners. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Amazing location with an amazing view

Perfect location…close enough to town while being far enough away to get to drive the golf cart around. Loved the amenities and the rocky beach down below. Condo was absolutely lovely and Tiffany was super responsive to any inquiries. Property manager was also very responsive when a minor issue came up (which ended up being us not knowing how to work the lock…lol). All 4 of us plan to book here again soon!! Definitely a gem of a place to stay!
