The Eagle’s Nest is by far the best home and premier location in Catalina!! Anna was very responsive and helpful getting us access and was AWESOME helping out with not one but two golf carts!! I highly recommend this property, the amenities, the Host and we will definitely return when our next trip to Catalina gets booked!! John and Jill

Peaceful get away

This property was everything we hoped it would be. The owners were available every step of the way to quickly answer any questions we had. The house was equipt with everything we needed from beach supplies to anything you would need in the kitchen to cook each meal. The bbq out on the deck was great at night to cook our meals and have family time while taking in the beautiful views. The house was very clean and put together. My mom was with us and she isnt able to walk a lot back and fourth in town and they made sure we had access to a golf cart this was very helpful getting into town and back. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. I would definitely rent this property again.

Relaxing getaway from the mainland

My husband and I were captivated by the view from the deck as well as from inside the home. So nice to just sit back and relax with a refreshing adult beverage. We had breakfast and lunch in the home and enjoyed dinner at The Lobster Trap, Pier 24, Buffalo Nickel, and Bluewater. All great places. The home was well stocked, well taken care of, very comfortable, nicely landscaped, overall a great place.

Perfect little get away

Fantastic house, perfect location. Great hosts!

We stayed off season over the MLK weekend. The house was perfect for our group. When we arrived, the kitchen was nicely stocked with water, sodas even some beer and wine! There were coffee pods there for morning so a trip to the store was unnecessary until we were able to settle in. Such a nice touch! The views of Avalon harbor and the Casino were unparalleled! And the home is truly a quick walk down to the main strip. It’s a bit of a hike up because of the hill, but definitely doable for the average individual. No problems with our stay, but even those little last minute questions that popped up were answered promptly by the host. Amazing home; will definitely plan to stay here again!

Awesome property with an incredible ocean view

This is an awesome property with an incredible ocean view— highly recommend it! Located on the top of a small hill, the property is a perfect gateway for a relaxing vacation. Wake up to front views of the ocean in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked, we also used the BBQ grill on one of the days. The hosts are very responsive and made sure that we had a great time. If I have to nitpick, the water pressure in one of the bathrooms is low; so we used the other bathroom more often.

Dream location for a girls trip

My friends and I just had the BEST stay at Eagle's Nest for our girl's trip. The deck and hot tub were a dream and where we spent most of our time chatting, reading, eating and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The welcome drinks and snacks were a much appreciated surprise. The location was perfect-an easy 5 minute walk to town and we got our workout in everytime we walked back up the hill back to the house. The golf cart was a great addition, as well. The hosts communication was superb. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay at the best location in Catalina. Hope to be back soon!

Visited Catalina for a girls trip, and this house was exactly what we needed to rest and relax. We could not get over the view and the generosity of the hosts! The house was immaculate, plenty of room for all of us. Close to everything. An amazing experience!

Eagles Nest

A lovely place with a gorgeous view, and certainly very peaceful. The hot tub was pre-heated and relaxing. The drinks and snacks left in the kitchen for the guests is a nice welcoming touch. The view is better than any in-town restaurants so we walked the short switchback path just below the property in to town get takeout and eat on the deck outside. Great place!
