Loved the environment. Wish the outside didn’t have so much trash laying around. A lot of space in the house for everyone to have privacy if they wanted.

Unfortunately the bunk bed was broke and you could tell someone tried to fix it by putting a screw In the support beam but missed. Kids almost got hurt. Very dirty, has not been property cleaned in a long time.

This cabin was good for what we needed. It had a few issues, but they were taken care of quickly. It needs to be updated a bit as far as pots and utensils, they were a bit "used". Other than that we enjoyed our stay.....

This cabin is located in Gatlinburg Falls resort, which is very conveniently located to town. However, if you're looking for a private or secluded location, this is not it. The cabin had great amenities with plenty for everyone to do. We enjoyed the Foosball, pool table, large screen TV's, and arcade games. It's also pet friendly, which is a great plus. Thanks for a nice stay!

Needs TLC

We came to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family . Everything on booking and directions were great! This cabin is ok if your just “looking for a place to stay “ but if your looking to get what you paid for unfortunately I would not recommend. Upon arrival we pulled up and the cabin looked like it has sat unmaintained for quite a while. The exterior windows and inside curtains were covered in cobb webs. We had no problems getting into the cabin with our code. There was plenty of parking areas.The kitchen and table area is VERY small. The refrigerator is right by the door so you cannot open the front door if someone is at the refrigerator. We found out the hard way . Someone’s lost a toenail because they didn’t see anyone by the door and opened it, causing the door to run over someone’s foot 😞. The microwave would not run very long before going out . We had to unplug it and re plug it back in after every use just to get it to stay on. The bedrooms were comfortable and game room was fun although the uncleanliness kind of ruined a lot for us .We had used soap in the shower .The kitchen hand soap was filled with water . The air vent in the basement was completely covered with thick dust.The 3rd floor shower does not work at all it’s missing a pull up for the shower to even work .The floors were very dirty.We loved that it is pet friendly but unfortunately there’s no green space for a dog to go potty ? I wish I could give more positive because it’s a beautiful area and view .

Dishwasher was broken with standing old water. The locks were hard to open on the balcony. Upstairs game room was the BEST part of the experience along with the balcony.

Simply Serene met all our expectations. It was a great location and had all the amenities we were looking for. Loved the game room with projector TV! Beds were very comfortable as well.

Family Time

Good location to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge activities. Third level game room was fun for the whole family. The pull out sofa in the the main living room has broken springs and was very uncomfortable. Dishwasher did not clean well. Stove was well worn. Good refrigerator and coffee maker! Easy parking.

The was great except the front door has a big gap you can see straight outside which made it alittle cold inside .. The fire place you can turn it on but the light to the logs don't work.. There isn't enough seating at the kitchen table for you number of people that can stay there or enough seating in living room for 8 people . That splits us up if we all wanted to sit together we had to do upstairs to the gameroom.

Not Clean - I have traveled weekly for almost 40 years and never had a hotel/motel as nasty

Upon my arrival and inspection of the cabin, I hate to say I'm very disappointed. We have paid over $3000 to stay here for and we were hopeful for a week of relaxing and enjoying our family time. The cabin doesn't look to have been cleaned at all. Sheets have not been changed as their are crumbs in them, the pillow cases are nasty and unwashed (even the dirty ones are still laying in the closet floor and in the dresser drawer?), the floor is very sticky and has food and liquids spilled all throughout the kitchen, the stairs and carpeted areas haven't been vacuumed (with crumbs piled into the corners), the fridge doesn't look to have been wiped out as old food is stuck to the walls and the shelves. There is also a chair at the kitchen table that is broken so it renders our family from sitting together at the table for meals. The dishwasher smells disgusting, and there's no way it is cleaning the dishes properly. There are someone's clothes in one of the dressers. We have also found dead roaches(which is very concerning). It literally looks like someone came in and made the beds and walked out. We had no choice but to stay the night last night as we have kids with us and we cannot be driving around trying to find another place to go for the night. We need this addressed ASAP so we can figure out what we need to do on our end, to enjoy our vacation. I hope you understand we didn't expect to pay this kind of money to have to come in and clean and wash linens in order to relax on our vacation (that we haven't been able to have in several years) as well as the added worry that now we will be taking roaches home. We chose this place based on reviews and pics showing a much cleaner environment. So I am very disappointed.

Safety is most important next to cleanliness

The property was beautiful , although I was expecting it to be much cleaner. I am a housekeeper myself and I always try to leave a place as if my mother was going to be staying there . The balconies {3} were covered in spiders and spider webs and also in the showers were cob webs . Dust was another issue ,and it was everywhere . The other issue that I had was a big one which was safety , We were there to celebrate my mom and dads anniverisary ,my mom is 80 years old I guess someone had made a big mistake and double booked the cabin and at about 1am someone entered our cabin with the same code we had and scared my mom and kids to death .Although we got it straitened out we didnt feel safe as they could not change the code . My dogs are very protective and this could have been a really bad situation had someone had gotten attacked by my dogs . It was just a bad situation. We were told that we would be compensated for the intrusion I guess we will see in 7 to 10 business days. I dont know that I will ever feel safe in renting another cabin in the future . So I guess I can sum this up by saying Cleanliness is next to Godliness and safety is a priority .You have a beautiful cabin and I think we would have enjoyed staying there had it not been for these few problems . I hope this does not happen again to your future occupients because I dont want anyone to get hurt or to feel unsafe on their vacation .

Pics of the cabin are older, rocks missing from fireplace inside, downstairs master bedroom stays hot with AC on 69. Pool table needs new felt and pockets fixed, dust on the walls in the rooms etc. Whole place needs a good cleaning. Location is good, parking and acces are good.

Not a good vacation

I would recommend staying somewhere completely different. The neighborhood was awful. We had neighbors that were so loud and disruptive we had to cut our vacation 2 days short because nobody in my family could sleep at night. Our poor kids begged to come back home. I am livid. People were so loud until 2-3am every single night. It was a terrible experience. For the price you pay for something like this it should be a good experience. I will never stay here again. I should have heeded the other reviews. We also were told we weren’t even listed as guests in the resort. They couldn’t find our reservation so we didn’t even have access to the pool during our stay. The wifi didn’t work at all. We would try and connect and it would stop. Nothing went the way it should have. Like I said, never ever again.
