The cabin itself was beautiful, but not well kept. It did not seem like it had been dusted or had a real deep clean in a long time. Every room in the cabin had webs in the corners, and spiders were observed a lot. There was only two containers of hand soap, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom of the ground floor, causing us to have purchase two more for the other bathrooms. There was only one plunger for three bathrooms, no extra trash bags, and the balconies were filthy and had to be swept and cleaned before we could enjoy them. The hot tub jets barely worked and it felt like there was a pound of sand and gravel at the bottom of it. For what it cost to rent, none of these things should have occured. Highly unlikely we will rent at this property again. Very disappointed.
Check in was simple and straight forward. Easy info sent to our email. Cabin was perfect for our stay with older kids. Loved the pool table and hot tub. Comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms for our party of 6. Great location. No mountain roads to navigate for my easily car sick crew. Slightly secluded little community with a short drive to town. Kitchen had all we needed. Perfect getaway!
We loved staying here, I will say that it has some flaws as in the handles for cabinets are not all the way on and we didnât have any chalk for the pool table sticks. But other than that, we loved our stay here.. we will probably be back when we take our next vacation here! Also, we saw a bear the first night which just added to our experience! This cabin is on a pretty steep hill but the drive up to that steep hill is not bad at all, 10 minutes away from Gatlinburg and 20-30 minutes from pigeon forge.
Our stay was amazing . We got to see new things and explore new places . The hosts were very polite and I felt as I had their personal numbers with how easy it was to talk to them , and them responding promptly. The 2 stars was for the cleaning, donât get me wrong everything on the surface was clean and welcoming. However, to pay 200 for a cleaning fee and being scared to turn on ceiling fans because of the caked on dust around them and some more minor issues. We feel as it could use some fixing in that department. With all that said, I would definitely stay again.
Check-in was exceptionally easy, and the cabin was beautiful, but we did notice a few things which would have made it spectacular. The minor issues included cabinet handles which were not fully attached, a lack of plugs for the kitchen drains (we wash a lot of things by hand), there was no chalk for the pool cues, and the foosball table had a dented ping pong ball instead of a foosball. Again, all of these were very minor and did not affect our enjoyment. However, the hide-a-bed mattresses were terribly uncomfortable, and the blankets provided for all beds were very light. The nights of our stay were slightly cool, which made it hard to get warm at night.
We enjoyed this place so much! Clean, beautiful, comfortable. Lovely setting. We can highly recommend this cabin to others. Thank you for the perfect memories!
The location was perfect and convenient. Though a few of the amenities were out dated. The hot tub was having issues with the jets and filter so we really didn't get to use it. Also, the water level was way too high so we couldn't all get in it together. The pool balls were all pitted and worn out and the pool sticks were either warped and had no tips, or both. There was also no chalk. The cabin was very cozy and lived up to expectations. There are just a few things that need to be attended to.
Great location, super cute cabin, plenty of space, easy check-in and out. The inside jacuzzi tub was not working and some dishes had been put away dirty. But overall, great place. We would stay there again.
Had a late Christmas celebration with family and this rental was a perfect fit. Cozy yet spacious. Convenient and quick drive into Gatlinburg but far enough away from all the noise and hustle of downtown that it was quite and peaceful. Owner is very quick to respond and accommodating to questions or needs for the cabin.
My son had fun playing pool and it was his 1st time in snow. Awesome view and close to local amenities. Cody was easy to work with and quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again.
It was a nice cabin. We had a great time. Good location to town. The only negative was it had roaches. We seen several in the kitchen on our first night and then one in the upstairs bathroom on the last day.
This was a great place to stay, not far from downtown. The cabin was fantastic, and customer service was excellent. I would recommend, and we would stay again.
This was the perfect cabin for our family (7). We stayed 4 nights. It was convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Three levels with a king bed and bath on each. We will stay here again.
The cabin is nice and the check in process was flawless. View was nice and driving distance from Gatlinburg was perfect.
Unfortunately, we did discover roaches in the kitchen area (isolated to that location) and did inform the property manager. They were quick to respond and said they would have someone come out to look at it. Other than that, the cabin was clean and well kept.
One other disappointment we had was that the hot tub was not working. I did message to ask if there was a trick to getting it running, but did not receive a response. After looking more, it appeared that it may have been broken.
We also noticed that the soap in the bathrooms were not full/were watered down. There was also only one trash bag in the kitchen for the 3 days we were there.
With all that being said, I would be inclined to give this property another chance in the event these things were fixed.
Everything was clean and as advertised. The living room could use more seating, and several light bulbs were out which made the living area rather dim. Otherwise everything was fine.
Only 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, the location is PERFECT! located in the local arts & crafts community where you can find local treasures and art!
