Que vous preniez quelques minutes à pied de la plage de Saint Augustine [environ 8 minutes si vous devez attendre la lumière au passage pour piétons], plusieurs restaurants à distance de marche avec une excellente cuisine et des divertissements et la jetée et le pavillon de pêche du comté de Saint Johns. C'est l'endroit où il faut être! Condo magnifiquement meublé pour 4 personnes confortablement et 2 autres pourraient dormir sur le canapé-lit du salon queen si vous le souhaitez. Dans la chambre principale, composez votre propre confort sur un lit king-size SLEEP NUMBER®. La chambre a un lit queen size conventionnel et une bibliothèque pleine de livres. Dispose d'une cuisine complète avec vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine et lave-vaisselle. Smart TV, câble de base et Internet sont également fournis. Le YMCA est accessible à pied. We truly enjoyed our stay! There were so many nice extras that were there for you to use- beach chairs, towels, toiletries. It was a pleasant surprise. The location of the condo was great! Just a very short walk to the beach. It was windy and rained some on our beach day but we were otherwise able to enjoy the tourist attractions. We were happy to be able to bring our fur baby with us as well. Only have a couple of suggestions- a tv in master bedroom would be nice and it’s dark in the master shower but I’m not sure how you fix that. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Condo was great !!! Check in was easy and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Condo was very clean. Great area to walk around and explore and beach is very close to condo. Everything you need like dining and shopping is close. Overall great place to stay !!!!

Perfection - can't wait to return

Jeanie is a fabulous host! I really appreciated the supply of 'essentials' - plenty of toilet paper, towels, dish/kitchen needs, and hand soap at every sink!! The place was comfortable and in the perfect location. The quiet beginning of St. Augustine beach with very convenient beach access. Neighborhood is quiet - friendly neighbors! Simple check-in and check-out. Host is very responsive. We would love to return.

Super Convenient

It was great!

We had a wonderful time staying in this ground floor condo with our two dogs. The host was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful location and very close to the beach. Everything worked well in the condo and it was great to have a washer and dryer and two bathrooms. Easy close parking too.

Condo was convenient to restaurants and beach. Everything people needed to stay for four days was available in the condo. Will definitely recommend this condo.

Nice Condo

Nice place. I think you need to leave an extra garbage bag and more than one laundry pod. Liked having beach chairs available. I wasn't expecting a pull out bed to include sleeps 6. My granddaughter and her mother visited one night. They said the second room bed was very hard and uncomfortable but I couldn't say for myself. I liked the location most of all.

Winter Getaway

First and foremost, let me say communication with the host was far above most. The day before our stay Jeanie called us and told us of a problem identified by a previous tenant and she gave us the option to cancel if we chose to do so. We so appreciated that. Because of our plans we told her we would come. Location was great and the property was well stocked. Our problem was the drip coffee maker. We found it unusable.

Excelation location, but

Good location but the st thing we noticed was the sidewalk to the front door has a large unmarked hole with landscaping mulch in it & if someone is not paying attention they could trip & fall and get hurt, there should be something there to prevent a accident. The refrigerator was not clean, microwave is on it's last leg. The floors were dirty with sand & bugs when we got there. I dropped something in the spare bedroom & when I got down to pick it up I looked under the bed & the TV stand it doesn't look like it has been cleaned under in a while. We don't know if they have a extermator come in but we found & killed a lot of cockroaches and other bugs. We found one in the cabnet between the microwave & the refrigerator, my husband had one on his tooth brush & our family member found one in there suitcase when they opened it today to start packing. The light with the ceiling fan in the spare bedroom does not work.

The Beach at St. Augustine

We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. Both the communication and location were excellent and the accomodations were great and just as described. We didn't use the pool so I don't have any comments about that. It was wonderful being in easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Our hearts are with the residents of Florida as they face another hurricane.

Great Beach Place

Planning to spend a long beach weekend in St. Augustine, FL. The unit we booked was very good, perfect for the beach, very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with Hurricane Debby arriving just behind us. But the place was excellent and because it was only a glancing blow, we were able to enjoy great food and a couple of bars downtown. Highly reccomended!

This place is exactly where I wanted to vacation. Everything I wanted and needed in one glorious place. Multiple Restaurants with in walking distance, beach, gym, pool, shopping. This place is too cool.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You can walk to beach, gym, restaurants. There is a bus stop too on A1A Beach Blvd. Salt Life Restaurant and bar has a service to take you home in their jitney if you over indulge. Only two blocks removed from the ocean. This is a wonderful place, full of activities for a vacation destination. Go downtown too for trolley tours, eclectic shopping, & visit the fort on the bay. The Columbia Restaurant serves the best Mojitos!!
