Family and Dog Friendly Beach Cottage

Welcome to Anastasia Lodge!

Nestled in a quiet beach residential neighborhood just steps to the ocean, this charming two bedroom two bath Florida cottage boasts over 1790 sq feet of living space so plenty of room to spread out and relax. Featuring a split bedroom plan you will have a sense of privacy. Anastasia Lodge offers wifi and cable, with a large flat screen in the living room and tvs in the bedrooms. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for breakfast before hitting the beach, or for a home cooked dinner after a day of exploring our Nation`s oldest city. There is a fully fenced yard for Fido (45lbs and under,$200 pet fee) or the kids to run around in with outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. There is off street parking available in the driveway.

**Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, Airbnb does not automatically include pet fees. Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom

* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax
