You’ll be fully prepped to make the most of your days spent at the beach with chairs, umbrella, wagon and towels, all included for you in the home. Swing in for your morning coffee on your way there or take a break for lunch at one of the many nearby cafés and restaurants. You can also take your furry friend on a stroll past the YMCA across the street to nearby Ron Parker Park where they can stretch their legs at the dog park while the little ones run around on the playground or play tennis or basketball. At the end of each day, there’s no place better to take in the gorgeous sunset than from the St. Johns County Pier, stretching far out into the ocean. For even more shopping, dining, and entertainment options, head toward the downtown area just 10 minutes north and stroll along cobblestone streets as you take in the unique Spanish architecture, or take in a live show at the St. Augustine Amphitheater (2.0 miles).

The inviting living room includes plush living room sleeper sofa and armchair seating, along with a smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows, board games, puzzles, cards, and books. The elegant dining set can seat 4 whether gathering for formal meals or an energetic game of cards. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and dining ware needed to prepare delicious meals right from home. A Keurig coffee maker is on hand to help you start your day off right, and there’s no better place to enjoy your fresh cup than out on the front patio seated at the bistro set for 2 as you watch the neighborhood come to life. 





This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.





Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.





Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.





The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• This is a ground floor unit, no steps required.


• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 35 lbs. or less. An additional flat Pet Fee of $100 will be included upon booking. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
