Située dans le centre et offrant une valeur exceptionnelle aux voyageurs et aux visiteurs de la région de Pikes Peak, cette maison de 2 étages BDRM réserve d'agréables surprises. L'extérieur est peut-être un peu modeste, mais entrez dedans et immédiatement, il est évident que l'intérieur a été mis à jour à la perfection. Une cuisine élégante, une salle de bains et deux belles chambres à coucher avec un confort king et queen vous attendent. Il y a également un grand parking privé sur place, des magasins, des restaurants et une dégustation de bière. La propriété a tout nouveau AC central!

Great place to stay

Property was as advertised, great to actually have a house and not the basement converted, or part of a property. It was the actual house and it was very nice. Personally, we liked the convenience to stores, highways, etc. Very clean and updated with a charm of the original syle. Will definitely stay there again.

Great and convenient location

Clean and supplied with essentials. Host are kind, patient and respond to inquiries quickly. Grocery and pharmacy close by. We had everything we needed to visit family over the holidays. Appreciate a place willing to accept a pet

RULES

The house was great don’t get me wrong. It was in a convenient part of town, roomy enough etc. But the rules that this place makes you follow, man let me tell ya. Don’t plan on acting like you live there even if it’s for a few days or a week. If you stain a washcloth, you pay for it. If you stain a pillowcase or sheet, you pay for it. If you leave makeup on a towel, guess what? You pay for it. Ranging anywhere from $5 to $20 per item. My wife has purple hair (not natural) and sometimes the color runs and she loves to do her makeup when we go out. So that was heavily weighed upon since we didn’t want to owe a couple hundred bucks for towels and sheets. I understand not smoking weed or tobacco in the house, but vaping and any other “drugs” you want to do, they tell you that you will be charged $2000 and kicked out. Due to the FreshAir sensors, they will be notified immediately of any burning tobacco and marijuana. So you better not leave a window open if anyone outside has anything burning, or are walking down the street smoking a cigarette. Tv remote was broken and couldn’t control the volume. The app they recommend for a Roku remote is $40 unless you only need it for 3 days. The company was responsive and helpful but there was just a few issues that could have been resolved better.

Colorado Springs Special

Available on short notice. Affordable, Convenient, clean, & centrally located. Lots of space for 4 people. Excellent Communication/arrived late, live person available for assistance. The driveway is steep & narrow with walls. Recommend using left turn access only with another person to help guide. Nice to have shade for vehicles during the heat and a safe place to park, away from street view.

SUper Cute Cottage !

Loved staying here for a little getaway with friends. It is a small little cottage, but it has everything you need and more! The owners are extremely nice and fast responders. The neighborhood isn't the nicest, because it's close to downtown. However, the pro is that it is super close to downtown and is in central Colorado Springs. Overall we loved it and it was perfect for us.

Watch out for the driveway

Rental & personal car was damaged on the driveway due the scraping (about a 50 degree angle). Management says they can’t do anything about it. Tried charging my account 2 weeks earlier than day I was told I would be charged. Location is pretty sketchy, a lot of loud traffic throughout all hours of the night. All in all, if you’re looking for a relatively cheap place to stay in CO Springs, it isn’t terrible. Just make sure your car is lifted, and you bring some ear plugs.

Nice place, VERY comfortable beds!!!

This was a nice place, though extremely loud traffic on Friday and Saturday. Lots of cars racing, sirens, very busy 4 lane traffic with traffic light right on corner. Kind of irritating glowing green "sniffers." If you are light sensitive they come on throughout the night in the bedroom and wake you up. Other parts of house you don't notice. Beds are VERY NICE!!! Nicely stocked kitchen utensils, dishware, pots, pans, would have liked a kitchen towel, but there were paper towels. There was no dishwasher soap, so couldn't use dishwasher. Would have liked more than one extra garbage bag, we stayed 5 nights. Nice back yard area. Evan and Phil were very helpful, quick to respond to any questions. A lot better than a hotel. Very easy check in and out. Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you!
