we were moved from an apartment that slept 6 on St Stephens Green to a crap apartment in a basement on Hatch Street, I am still fighting to have the difference in price refunded, owners are horrible

Check in process is easy, but inconvenient that you need to go to a separate location. The location is fantastic. The apartment is loud at night, but the location makes up for it. Bring earplugs. The spacious apartment was perfect for our stay.
The location of this apartment is terrific. Great for walking to many attractions and restaurants.
There is construction across the street, but it didn't disturb me at all during the stay. However, the construction was just beginning.
A minus is the pub noise that went until after 1am. With the windows closed this was not an issue so I think this would only be a concern in the summer since the apartment is not air conditioned and you would sleep with the windows open. This is Dublin so many places have pub noise.
To check-in you have to go to their office first with your luggage and then go to the apartment. To check out you just leave the keys in the apartment and go.
I would probably stay here again.
Checking in/out and communications throughout were flawless. The apt was smaller and less well equipped than anticipated, no info in apt as to how things worked, local suggestions, et al. Street noise was incredibly loud at night fr local pubs and traffic, making falling/staying asleep until after 1:30/2am close to impossible. Itâs a convenient neighborhood but would not recommend or stay here again.
